Escrocrie la honte

Odeur des égouts partout dans les couloirs, dans l’appartement … canapé sales plein de trou de cigarette, appartement ne donne pas sur la la mosquée, appartement sans serviette, absence d’interlocuteur ou de réceptionniste dans l’hôtel..très mauvaise expérience

An sich gut

An sich tolle Anlage, sauber und tolle Lage mit Blick auf's Meer! Allerdings Chaos bei Anreise bzw Schlüsselübergabe. Zudem haben wir nicht das Apartment erhalten, welches wir gebucht hatten. Stattdessen ein viel Kleineres zum höheren Preis! Wir haben leider die Preisdifferenz auch nicht erstattet bekommen. Daher Obacht, was ihr bucht und was ihr letztendlich bekommt.

Not what was expected

The location and the view were pretty awesome.

Amenities were sparce and the linen was dingy. The worst of the stay was the fact that we reserved a 4 bed apt , but had only 2. The establishment seemed eager to make amends while we were there, but here we are a week later still waiting for a partial refund they offered. It seems we have been ghosted us.

Great View of the Mosque!

Location was great for our purposes. We were getting in from Fez and wanted a place to stay for the day (until we headed to the airport in Casablanca for a red-eye flight,) that was close to the Hassan2 mosque. This was perfect. Communication thru WhatsApp was very easy as my email was having issues. They were helpful and lined up a taxi to the airport for us.

I rated comfort down a bit because if i stayed longer, there were no kitchen cloths, there was only 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels, no toiletries. The a/c was very weak, we couldn't get it to really pump cool air out. We asked if we could check in at 1pm (instead of 3pm) but they didn't let us, but did let us store our luggage so we didn't have to haul those w/us when we visited the mosque.

very comfortable and nice view

It was a very nice apartment with a beautiful view of the Hassan 2 Mosque. The staff was also very friendly, and the apartment felt like home. it is a very nice interior, but you can see that it is a bit neglected. if we had a problem or a request it was always solved as quickly as possible!! Our trip to casablanca was disappointing because the city was not that special for us. We were disappointed by the neighborhood and the few activities. It was not as we expected, luckily this apartment brought us some hope to spend the evenings together on the balcony and to watch movies together!

the only tip I can give you is to invest a bit more in kitchen equipment. There is very little equipment to make a decent meal. Cleaning equipment should definitely be present if someone is staying for a long time, and more than 1 garbage bag. more towels or at least new towels would have been handy, since they were really old and of very poor quality. luckily we had brought our own towels. for the rest this apartment was 100% to our wishes and we did not bother too much about the small negatives. It would only make the apartment much more pleasant!

The Seaview, spacious rooms, kitchen facilities, cleanliness and proximity to the third largest mosque in the world.

Super séjour

L'emplacement était parfait, à deux minutes de la mosquée !! L'appartement est super beau !! Trés propre !! Zouhair et son équipe étaient extremement professionnel l, à l'écoute et repond à tous nos besoins!! Mais c'est surtout sa gentillesse qui nous a touché !!! On reviendra c'est sure !!!
