Our family of 5 stayed for a week in early July and were very happy with our flat! It is very convenient to both the Earl's Court and West Brompton tube stations, as well as a few useful bus lines. The lounge area is tiny (as depicted), but gives enough space to take a load off at the end of a busy tourist day. Bedrooms are well-spaced to allow a little breathing room, and there is a ton of storage for all of your clothing and luggage. Wifi strong and reliable. The only downside may be the shower, which as mentioned in other reviews is temperamental. Caroline was so wonderful to work with, very communicative, friendly, and helpful. I'd definitely recommend.
A few things to note:
-- pizza place across the street is really good for a quick meal
-- Caroline gives two sets of directions from Earl's Court tube station, I'd suggest that the Earl's Court Road exit is the easier of the two to manage with luggage, and doesn't add any time to the walk, since whatever small amount of time you make up on the street using Warwick Rd., you lose traversing the station with your bags.
-- The small Tesco down the street is good for a few grab and go items, but it's a very short/easy bus ride (from the bus practically just outside the front door) to the big Tesco on West Cromwell Rd. Save yourself the multiple trips that I did, and just use the big Tesco from the start.

We just got back from staying a week here and our family of 5 absolutely loved it. This is a great flat, in a neighborhood, that accommodated the five of us perfectly. It’s a short walk to the Earl’s Court tube station and there are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Caroline is a great host and easy to communicate with.

Caroline’s apartment is wonderful. Our family of 5 (we have older kids) had a very comfortable stay. One of the best things about the apartment is its location: close to the tube, close to grocery stores and less than a 20-30 minute ride to the center of London. It is a quiet neighborhood. The traffic makes noise, but not enough to be bothered. Normal city life.
Another great thing about this apartment is its owner. Caroline was very responsive to all questions and requests. She was very gracious as we asked for a couple of favors and she kindly fulfilled them.
It was the most pleasant first time ever trip to Europe!

Caroline met us at check in to orient us to her apartment. Very clean and organized. Location was walking distance from Earls court with a metro station and many food options. And a convienence store across the street with most essentials. Thanks for the great stay.

This flat was perfect for our family of 4. Close to Earl’s Court Station with tube lines to get everywhere in London and walking distance to Stamford Bridge for any Chelsea fans. Caroline was a wonderful host and we would stay here again.

Lovely flat - east access to tube station - nice neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in London!

Comfortable flat, well-equipped and pleasant, in Earls Court
Our family stayed there for 2 weeks and the flat had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and there is a useful convenience store across the road.
Minor negative points - the flat is on the top floor and there is no lift, so carrying luggage for a family for 2 weeks was difficult.
There are no cafes or shops nearby
Overall, I would stay there again if I was in London for a short time, but not with family, because of the luggage and the location in Earls Court, not Chelsea.

We had a lovely stay in this clean and well furnished apartment. Host was proactive and accommodating- especially when our flight arrival time changed and we arrived late at night. Short walk to London Underground station Earls Court allowing easy access to the heart of London. Safe and pretty suburb to walk around and small convenience shop in close proximity and shops and cafes nearby. Only issues some may have is being stair accessible only and apartment size small, although not an issue for us as we spent our days out exploring London

Perfect property for our family vacation in London. We were staying with two children, 8 and 12. Close to the underground station at Earls Court which we took daily, and there was conveniently located a grocery store on our walk home each night.
Very spacious bedrooms and enough space for a family of 4 to relax at the end of day with our our own space. Would definitely recommend this property for your family stay.

Great walk up apartment on 2nd (2 flights up). Lovely bedrooms. Great kitchen with everything needed. Comfortable beds.
Great communication with property owner. Clear instruction on how to find and access. Offers to arrange taxi or other if needed.

We spent 10 days in London and felt that Caroline’s apartment was the perfect place for our family. It was so nice to have a fully stocked kitchen, fridge, etc and we were able to have breakfast before heading out for the day. The walk to the Earl’s Court tube stop is easy and will take you anywhere in London. Caroline was a wonderful host— so helpful with suggestions and super fast with her responses. We would gladly stay there again if back in London!

Our family stayed for a week. The unit has everything one needs: laundry, dishwasher, modern plumbing, and the host even supplies travel adapters and power strips. We could easily use the TV for Switch and connect it to phones. The wifi was good.
The unit is in a great location not far from Earls Court and West Brompton stations, making access to everything via the tube easy.
It is near grocery stores and coffee shops. The apartment complex is mostly quiet, some noise from neighbors but not too much.
The host is very welcoming and helpful. It's a great place to stay and we would definitely do it again!

We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Caroline's apartment was perfect for us!!! It was clean, warm, with well equipped kitchen, hot water, working washing machine, pizza place in front, good Wifi. The apartment is small (we were aware of it), but nicely decorated, like on the pics. Safe neighbourhood. It was just 5 minutes walk from West Brompton metro station and maybe 7 minutes from Earl's Court. We also used the buses. With google maps it is very easy. The apartment is really very well connected with the main attractions of London. They are also many restaurants in the neighbourhood. We went to Mriya Ukrainian Neo Bistro and it was excellent! We absolutely recommend Caroline's place and hope to be back!

This flat served us well as a home base for our week in London for a family of 5. 8 minute walk to West Brompton Tube, 10 minutes to Earl's Court which ended up being the station we used the most. The listing was pretty accurate!

A very clean, well equipped flat in a quiet neighborhood. Second floor, but it was ok. Some kitchen and bathroom supplies, and comfy bath towels made our arrival after a 30 hours journey very pleasant. Supermarkets two blocs away, busses and subway (underground) stations also close by. Nespresso machine was a lovely surprise also. Many maps and literature worth taking a look also in the flat. Natural History Museum nearby. Our sincere thanks to the host. Stayed for 10 days with wife and two toddlers, for a nice London Experience.

The flat was a short walk to the tube, restaurants, and markets. We walked about 40 minutes down Chelsea's main street on our first day and saw great stores, bars, restaurants, and cafes. Caroline was receptive and helpful. The beds were smaller than Americans are used to (doubles) but if you want to be "in the neighborhood" then it is a sacrifice you may be willing to make. It is not a luxurious stay, but neither is the price. I would definitely say that the value is good for the price on this property.

Great location, wonderful family time. Comfy beds and plenty of room for a family of four. We were able to cook our Christmas dinner with no problem as she had everything we needed. The Tube at Earl’s Court was just a five minute walk as well as Starbuck’s! Would recommend this rental for any family of four for an extended stay in London.

The owner was very helpful and accomodating. The location was great with a short walk to restaurants and tube. The apartment was exactly as per the listing.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not spend much time there during the day so the simplicity of it was what we needed. Most of all, Caroline was a helpful and wonderful host.

We overall had a lovely time, but her are my thoughts. The owner was very quick with response time, but will pressure you to get your contract back within hours or she will cancel your booking even though you have already paid. This is difficult if you are a busy professional working 12 hour shifts without breaks. The apartment was as described although I did find some toenails on the floor upon my arrival. If you are short or handicapped in anyway you will have difficulty getting in and out of the shower. You must be able to walk 3 flight comfortably to get to your flat, and the hallway is very musty, not recommended for those with breathing issues. There will be very detailed instructions upon arrival….The appartment was well stocked and close enough to the metro. You will be instructed to keep the appartment clean at all times, washing towels, windexing, cleaning dishes, vacuuming daily etc. You are also expected to clean before you leave for a 9 am check out. So get up early because quiet hours are at 10 pm and the washer, dishwasher and showering can not be done late. My husband and I walked to rent a car and were back at the apartment at 8:50 am. Our children had brought our luggage down. I locked the door at 8:59 and texted that we were gone. I got a reply that said, “nearly!” She was apparently watching….

Great place to stay for our London trip. The property manager was professional and communicative at all stages of the process. The property itself is located near a convenient tube station with easy access to lots of the major tourist sites in London, and a variety of reasonably priced dining choices are nearby. Plenty of room for our family of four and a friend who stayed with us, and the amenities of the flat plus a nearby Tesco made it easy to dine in when we wanted.

Clean, comfortable flat in great location near Underground, restaurants and shops. Well stocked flat with nicely equipped small kitchen. Worked great as a base for my grandkids and I to spend two weeks exploring London.

Clean flat with all the necessities for a week’s stay for our family of four adults. Easy train ride from Heathrow Airport, as well as an easy walk to Earl’s Court so one can take the tube to the main sites of London.

Good wifi, functioning kitchen (only a mini-fridge, but that was plenty for us) and washer-drier / clothing rack. Up three flights of stairs / no lift, for those with luggage, but absolutely no other complaints.
Caroline was quick to respond to communication and gave us a quick tour as we checked in.

Conveniently located with great host communication! Word to the wise for light sleepers- the flat can be a little noisy due to street proximity and flat neighbors.

Overall this was a very good property. We enjoyed our stay in such a central location. A couple of minor issues: the sofa bed had clearly been damaged by previous tenants and so was very uncomfortable - and as a family of five we had to use it; the shower was a bit temperamental - very hot and then very cold but it was manageable. Otherwise a good property - close to everything we wanted to do.

Our only concern was the surprise of the building being shrouded with scaffolding for repairs and the presence of builders outside our windows throughout the day. This should have been communicated prior to our arrival but wasn't. It meant we could not comfortably be at the flat during the day and this was not what we'd hoped for.

Lovely apartment with a great location. Very clean with everything you need. Caroline was very accommodating even when our flight time changed a bit.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and conveniently located near 2 Underground stations. The place was stocked with extra power converters, hair dryer, guide books, etc. Caroline went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed.

My partner and I stayed at Caroline's place for 5 days. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.
The apartment is spacious and located in a nice neighborhood. It's also close to 2 tube stations as well as bus stops, so we were able to get around London easily. There is a convenience store and a pizza restaurant right across the street. We went to the convenience store regularly for snacks and food like Ramen. We didn't try the pizza place tho.
Both my partner and I were working remotely for at least 8hrs/day simultaneously (including video calls). We also had at least 6 devices connected to wifi at all times. We never had any internet connection issues during our stay.
We ended up staying in the smaller bedroom because there is a constant hissing sound from the water heater in the bigger bedroom.
The only minor inconvenience we had is the water temperature in the shower. It's hard to get it set to the right temperature and sometimes it would be freezing cold (maybe that happens when hot water is being used simultaneously in other apartments?).
Overall, I highly recommend it.

We chose this flat for the location and the fact that the bedrooms were in the back of the flat and very quiet. We could walk from the flat all the way to Harrod's if we so chose (and we did although we were only a few blocks from the tube), to various pubs, restaurants, and cute shops. Caroline is an attentive and responsive host however there are a few areas that could use better attention. The main disappointment was the bathroom towels are in great need of replacement. Caroline brought over additional towels upon our request, however a complete new set of towels really should be stocked in the flat. The photos indicate that the decor is of a higher standard than it actually is: the decorative pillows shown on the couch and beds are not in the flat (the pillows on the couch were not nearly what is shown in the photo), nor is there a throw on the bed or a table lamp in the living room, making it difficult to read at night if the sofa bed is being used. The decorative flowers are also not there, so we purchased fresh to brighten up the place a bit. Additionally there are some picture hooks on the walls with no pictures. We pay very close attention to these types of details in the listing photos as they indicate the attention to detail the owner pays to their property and their desire for the guest to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. If the decor was freshened up to resemble the photos, this is a good flat to use as a base to see London.

Large, full flat. Great location (close to Brompton and Earls court tube stations)

Caroline’s apartment was absolutely perfect for us. We totally felt at home in this cosy and clean gem near Chelsea and Fulham. The neighborhood feels safe and friendly, while not missing an authentic London vibe. The location is everything you can wish for: it is just a short walk to the West Brompton and the Earl’s Court underground stations with the District and Piccadilly lines, which bring you most of the tourist attractions as well as the many interesting places to explore in London. We will definitely come back and can recommend this apartment to everyone! 10/10!

We stayed at the apartment for just over 2 weeks. We had a very comfortable stay there. It totally lived up to our expectations snd the other 5* reviews. It is perfectly located for getting around London. It was also extremely well equipped. Thank you Caroline.

The property was very clean, well maintained and had more than enough space for our family of 5. The fully functional kitchen was perfect for us and we especially loved the big bright windows in the bedrooms! Caroline made the check in process seamless and the easy and made us feel very welcome. All we needed (food wise) was in walking distance and the Underground was just a short walk away. We cant wait to go back!
