Nice'ish hotel in a good'ish location. The room we had was very small and outdated. Beds were very average, the coffee machine was not working. For £500 for two nights is should have been better.
4.2
Very comfortable room, breakfast was great and very attentive service
4.2
Small room but comfortable
4.2
I cancelled trip!! Check your records!!
4.2
They need to warm the breakfast plates, food gets cold before you can finish. Plus have mustard on hand.
Then why no newspapers? Out of fashion i guess.
Plus clean under the soap dispencers!
4.2
There was no hot water!
Air conditioning loud. Gave me allergies.
Staff said it was an engineering issue that there was no hot water but we checked previous reviews and same problem repeatedly since 2020!!
4.2
Room was OK but the TV had an issue of needing to frequently needing reset and the in room phone did not work so I had to walk all the way down to front desk to log complaint. Front desk stated FOUR TIMES over two days that the maintenance was informed and would show up shortly but they never did over a 5 day 4 night stay.
4.2
Unable to provide a twin room despite earlier agreeing to do so. Rude and entirely unhelpful service from night manager. Lift malfunctioning and unsafe. Dirty old carpets in poky unpleasant room. We ended up not staying and choosing another hotel
4.2
Hotel rooms are dated and need better maintenance. Accumulated moisture damage and gunk in the shower. Was given a room that was not ready for habitation, mid-repair.
4.2
Helpful staff; Bathroom was very small. Convenient to British Museum
4.2
Absolutely horrendous service. Our room was not ready when we arrived we waited the whole morning to get access, finally got access to a dirty room where beds were not made and dirty glasses with lipstick on the side on the table and dirty towels on the floor. We were tilde it would take hours before a room was ready, so we went out to see the city in dirty clothes after 24h of travelling and came back destroyed to have two separate rooms (in stead of one big family room as we had paid for).
Absolutely impossible to meet the manager Zubin Lobo until the very last day where I had to insist several times and refused to leave u til he met me.
Finally he offered a compensation for the first night, which we are still to receive. Rose Chester, Operations Support Coordinator, confirmed by email that we would receive it, but she must surely be a fictional character cause we have not received anything and she does not respond to emails.
Horrendous experience. Shameful customers service.

They are great. Nice staff and quality property. Coming back in March.

This was a great surprise in London. The rooms are beautiful. Worth every cent.

The hotel's location was very convenient. The rooms were clean. If only the plumbing worked, we would give it a high rating. Alas, in a 7 day stay, we had hot water only on the last night. Also the water pressure in the bathroom sink started out weak and eventually weakened to zero. We were told a someone would come to look at it, but no one did, so we asked for a different room and were given one with proper running water in the sink. But no hot water. When we complained that a supposedly 4-star hotel ought to provide hot water, we were told they were working on it and promised we would get a 10% refund on what we paid. We don't believe that 10% is adequate and so far haven't gotten anything. As noted, other than the plumbing, everything was ok, but when you pay for a supposedly 4-star hotel, you expect hot water daily.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was fab. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family, and I would happily return myself.

great stay, good location , clean hotel

We had an awful stay at not one but two Radisson Blu properties across the street from each other. The first, Kenilworth, had no hot water the first day we checked in after a full day of travel, so we took cold showers before dinner and theater. It was supposed to be fixed but the following morning, again no hot water, cold shower #2. That afternoon, still no hot water so we asked to be moved across the street.
We moved to Tottenham Ct on the second floor, only to discover upon returning that there was no A/C on the entire floor. Mind you no mention from staff upon the change. So we packed up and moved again to the fourth floor where we were promised there would be hot water & A/C... well, it came on for a minute and then shut off with an error message. We had maintenance up to the room three times over the next two days and NEVER got A/C working. So we slept with the single shaft window open and our travel fan. NOT Comfortable.
Finally, the bathroom, with no window, had a towel rack heater that no one seemed to be able to turn off, so yes, generating heat in a room without A/C. Oh yes, also the Do Not Disturb light on the door would not turn on...
What did the staff do for us? ONLY after us complaining and asking multiple times??? One free breakfast and a round of drinks in the bar!!! Hmm, compensation for a miserable $1,200 three night stay??? I DON'T THINK SO. Never again Radisson...

Reception clean large smelled nice and staff friendly and the a quick check in, the room while very dated was clean and had all the required amenities. The air con however was noisy and had to switch off as the room was cold- view from the hotel windows disgusting as it was an internal window not facing a street. Breakfast wasn’t good. While the room was lovely and there were a lot of staff to offer tea and coffee the breakfast on offer the bare minimum with only sloppy scrambled eggs Ed th er than boiled and poached . It was only as we were finishing breakfast I heard a different waiter tell the neighbouring table they could order eggs . Quite infuriating - also the bacon was streaky cheap and the hashbrowns greasy . So breakfast wasn’t worth the money as there is a restaurant outside the hotel that offers breakfast all day long for half the price .
4.2
This is an over-priced central London hotel. I will never stay here again. The room was tiny - a big cupboard, there was no hot water for 3 days, the IT didn't work (for check in and out) and the staff seemed pretty over-whelmed.
4.2
I booked two premium rooms and I am a hotels.com platinum member.
One room had a bathroom so small that in order to sit on the toilet your feet were in the shower. The shower was tiny and no bath. Budget chains such as Travelodge and Premier Inn have far superior bathrooms
No power points at the side of (or anywhere near)the bed so unable to use a CPAP machine
Check in staff not interested, one guy chewing gum merely stated you have a king bed nothing more can be done
No offer of a room change to a room that is representative of the photos showing a premium room never mind a room upgrade for platinum rewards status
The manager was supposed to email me but no follow up which is not surprising given the front desk staff attitudes
This hotel does not deserve to be in the Radisson Blu group given the serious shortcomings
4.2
We were given the wrong room originally and then the room we had the air con was leaking, the hairdryer wasnt working and there was no phone in the room for us to call down and ask for another hair dryer
4.2
Radisson Blu helped us have a great time in London. We were there on an unusually hot day, and the hotel's social areas and restaurant made a significant difference.
It was our family vacation. We traveled from the USA to London. I initially booked a different hotel but moved to the Radisson Blu because the initial hotel was horrible."
4.2
Stay was convenient and hotel clean and quiet. We were however perplexed at the apparent shortage of pillows in Bloomsbury! Having only one pillow on each of the twin beds, we called up as specifically invited on the card beside the phone "...if you need a restaurant booking or just an additional pillow..." to be told "you can only have one more". Explaining we were 2 guests, was told again "yes, well you are only allowed one extra pillow". So we got 1 more pillow !!! 4 star hotel. Really?
4.2
The staff were really helpful and the hotel reception and breakfast area were very well kept. Our room was a nice size, however, the bathroom was tiny and the room could do with a refresh. We had booked a room with breakfast that had been confirmed at check in, however, when we went into breakfast our names were not on the list and we were asked whether we had indeed booked it.
4.2
Great experience all round from the staff to the room to breakfast although their coffee was not the best. Clean lovely hotel in a great location. Definitely will be my go to place when in London again
4.2
Lovely staff. Great breakfast too! Great area close to shops and Soho nightlife and theatres.
4.2
Good location. Rooms were very small and hotel didn't have great amenities
4.2
Lovely staff, and situated super close to main shopping area.
4.2
Great location, 5 min walk from tottenham court station. Hotel and rooms generaly dated but bed and pillows were very comfortable. For the location alone, I would stay here again
4.2
Good location and friendly service
4.2
All of the staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. Sardor especially went above and beyond to help us navigate a special night! The rooms were quaint, clean, quiet. Just enough room to sleep well and get ready to see the town! The location was great! 11/10 would recommend!!
4.2
Excellent staff and service, good sized room and great breakfast. Only downside were the pillows. We had 1 pillow each (most hotels give 2 each) and they were uncomfortable. We should have asked for an extra pillow as I'm sure they would have accommodated as the staff were lovely

I couldn’t resist the deal of staying in such a great location for fewer than £175/night in summer in London and the reviews look good. Run away from this place. My room was so antiquated and dirty - I can’t confirm but it looked liked mold and at minimum dark dust from the bathroom vents. My room also shared one wall with a connected building undergoing construction every morning at 8AM on the dot and another wall connected to the staff stairwell. It was so loud and noisy that it would have been impossible to get a good nights sleep. Immediately I went back online only to read more reviews about how people are being paid to give good reviews! No way is this anywhere above 3 stars. I was originally supposed to stay for 3 nights and moved elsewhere for the final 2 nights.
Spend a little more to stay elsewhere. The only nice things I have to say about this place is that the staff are very kind and the hotel location is fantastic.
4.2
Location is the best I’ve had in London for years! Everything is reachable by walk. A quiet street just a block ir two away from the Swingin’ London. A business-as-usual hotel for those who are in London for London, not for a hotel. A very nice bed and bath tub are big bonus!
4.2
A perfectly satisfactory place for us to stay for our anniversary trip to town to see Frank Skinner. Everything was satisfactory apart from the restaurant dinner which was very good and the breakfast which was excellent. Is probably a bit overpriced for what it is as some elements are a bit tired but this was a reward night for us so not a major concern.
4.2
As you walk into hotel foyer is very impressive so is the bar. Our room was not ready for the check in time and had to wait 45 mins. When we finally got our room number 410 we were greeted with a door that didn’t cater for the disabled person in our group the door didn’t open wide enough for her to go through with her walking aid It was a family room as we were a party of 3 One king size bed and a sofa bed which collapsed when I sat on it To accommodate this extra bed a coffee table was put at the side of the main bed which meant the person could not get out of bed without climbing over the table There was damp on the wall in bedroom and also in the bathroom. The bedroom carpet was dirty and the room had a few moths flying around After complaining about the sofa bed they offered another single room to use without charge which we accepted. I’ve stayed in a few Radisson Blu hotels and have never had any complaints about them but the Kenilworth one was not up to standard and would not recommend staying at this hotel.
4.2
Carpet in hall and room was stained and ripped. Bathroom counter was dusty and hairs in the shower. Bed was comfortable and staff was nice. Fire alarm went off twice in the evening.
4.2
Hotel is well located near the British Museum. Breakfast was good, and there are options available outside the buffet that we only learned about 3 days into our stay. Housekeeping was great, but otherwise the service seemed below what we expected for the hotel. Decor in the room is a bit dated, allowing dust to accumulate. Otherwise would stay again in the future.
4.2
Large room for London with king bed. Bathrooms lack good ventilation. AC worked. Very walkable busy area.
4.2
Located in within walkable distance to many amenities and tube stations this hotel is in a great location!
The hotel staff were very professional and friendly, willing to assist in making our stay enjoyable (sadly the attached Bloomsbury Street Lounge restaurant staff were not as accommodating or friendly). The premium room was spacious and had all the amenities we required for our trip.
The only thing we did not enjoy about our visit was the fire alarm going off every other day at 7am (one day it went off three times between 7am-8am disrupting our sleep) but that is not something that can be controlled and it is better to be safe - so that is not really a strike against the hotel.
Overall it was an amazing place to stay and I will stay in the same hotel next time i am in London!
Really enjoyed our visit and the accommodations!
