The hotel was ok,, breakfast was not great, more like a school cafeteria. Parking expensive. Internet was down most of the days, I could not do any work as needed.

This hotel had over 8 stars when i booked it. There is no way this is an 8 star hotel. The rooms were incredibly small and cramped. The bathroom felt the same size as an RV bathroom. The windows are old metal windows that definitely need to be replaced and updated. We were in the 37th floor and the windows opened about 4”. The windows had screws in the frame not stopping the window from opening any more. I had you g children with me and it felt concerning to have open windows at that height especially when the room was so small and the bed was only inches from the window.
The pool deck was good and had a lot of things to do and the breakfast was good.

I recommend it to anyone.

Going back to the room and the bedding was made with new, clean towels felt welcoming.

This hotel was perfect for our family girls trip. The room was nice, staff friendly and helpful and free breakfast was better than I have ever had at a hotel. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in Waikīkī

Our rental suv was too tall and rubbed on the parking garage height warning bar and spots were not guaranteed even though you paid nightly for them. Got to our room only to discover they were very very cramped with low ceilings. Room had dirty bedding and hair on bathroom walls. Went right down to desk and checked out without staying and found another hotel that was clean and guaranteed parking. Would not recommend.

The room was clean. Express elevators to upper floors was a plus.
Having to pay $40 a night for parking in Holiday Inn's own parking garage not a plus.

We had a late check in and the staff was very accommodating. The check in was quick and the staff was very nice. The room was small but comfortable. We were walking distance to shopping and dining. Would stay again.

Very affordable, convenient location, great staff, nice views and oh that free breakfast!

This is our fourth stay at this hotel because of the service, breakfast and location. We used The Bus to go to two hikes (Moana and Diamond Head Trails), two Malls (Kahala and Ala Moana), the Bishop Museum, The Alley (which has the best oxtail soup - as mentioned everywhere) and for returning to the airport. We purchased a week bus pass; I think a 3 day pass is available, as well. Bus stops are located across the street or a couple of blocks away. Even if you don’t use the bus, the hotel is located in Waikiki, with many restaurants and interests nearby in walking distance. The Military Museum is very close by (7 minutes walk?) and is free. The daily breakfast offers many options - including three types of meat once - and is a great way to start the day. If I had a negative, it’s that the bathroom is small, but we don’t go to Hawaii for that. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Honolulu !

I love the free breakfast.
The room and bathroom is so compact. Not enough space. We got 2 queen beds for 4 people. No space to put your luggages.

The hotel staff were excellent especially during check in. Our room was small but adequate and they cleaned it everyday. My major issue was not with the hotel itself but with the location. Although the beach is within walking distance it wasn’t convenient to drag yourself and all your stuff there. There was also no restaurants close by, one did open up next door while we there and after they get the kinks worked out might be a good place. We just wanted to go have a bite to eat and have a drink at the end of the day but that required walking what seemed like a distance. Would have loved if the hotel had a bar to use in the evening. One other thing is that parking a car is $50.00 a day and then to find a parking space when you do things is sometimes difficult and another expense. We used the city bus, which was great, as well as UBER to get places.

This hotel is very nice. Our room had an incredible view of Waikiki from the 29th floor. The breakfast was really good with plenty of options. Our only complaint was that the bed, sheets, pillows, etc always felt damp. Even with the AC on, it was just muggy everywhere.

Cold shower, and A/C is dirty, it would make you cough.
Shower, again, cold water at peak hours.
Only saving grace is breakfast and pool facility.
Parking fee is around 50 dollars a day, there is hidden maintenance fee you will be charged. Around 30 dollars a day.

Rooms are the smallest i have ever even. Parking is $50 per day and no guarantee they will have spots. Spaces in parking garage are unbelievably small usually find your self crawling out window to exit vehicle. 4 night stay never did housekeeping make an appearance had to keep getting our own towels. View from 31st floor facing pacific was amazing.

From the time we stepped on their property to the time we left everything was perfect. Okay not perfect. The only thing was the breakfast could have been a Little hot but the staff was very very nice. The property was very very clean and the service was very very good. They did a good job with hospitality as well.

I haven't been refunded the deposit for three weeks. Breakfast is the same every day, the food is oversalty, the most delicious thing for us turned out to be oatmeal. I paid extra for a room with an ocean view, and it was not visible from my room as shown in the picture. The windows were all terribly dirty.
The service was friendly, it was clean around the territory, convenient location of the hotel

Staffs are friendly, helpful.room assigned to us were so small, narrow hallway in the corner so close to the other room.as you enter the room again narrow passage can’t enter 2 guest at the same time.
Room is like a studio type or even smaller otherwise,it’s a “ok” the location of the hotel is close to some restaurants and shopping area.

The staff were friendly and the ocean view was beautiful however the room was so dusty even under light fixtures filled with dust. We had to pay additionally for parking and one staff even left our sheets for us to change our own beds. Coffee maker stopped working on second day and the tissue holder in the bathroom fell off also damaging my toe. I would not recommend.

Overall great. Only thing is Expedia doesn’t tell you parking isn’t included so it’s about 50 dollars a day extra for parking. Besides that everything was great
