I was comfortable, had a great time with family

Great stay!
4.4
Great stay for the money!! Just a bit noisy if you are put in a room facing the Main Street.
4.4
Great location and nice one bedroom, two bath, room.
Sadly it was facing the busy highway so keeping the doors open to cool the non-air conditioned room in the evening was problematic.

Any family would be ecstatic to stay here. It’s really a gem if you have kids with the ease of location, beach, grassy courtyard, Whole Foods across the street, spacious 1bedrooms suites. Loved it!
4.4
Has a private beach area.

Beach access was nice. Centrally lovated. Will stay again

The property is clearly pretty old. Updates have been done but the walls are still paper thin ( we heard our neighbors conversations and every step they took on the floor, Nextdoor and upstairs) and there is no A/C. , when it’s 90 degrees outside this should be a priority to let guests know, not hide it in the small print.
There is no beach access for you after check out time of 11am and no late check out EVER . We were told it’s policy. I would have thought if you’re in the people business happy customers is a plus for you, guess they’re not too interested in happy customers.

Conveniently located with private beach, access to water sport activities, groceries - whole foods, restaurants.

We like the location of the property. Restaurants are within walking distances. Our two-story room was clean and roomy. We had a kitchenette, but there wasn't a stove. Just a microwave and a fridge. Overall we had a pleasant time.

Such a good family experience

We booked a three night stay in the Studio kitchenette. It was advertised as 1 king bed ,but is was a queen. It did have a pull out bed that my two kids used. They are under 10. It was horrible, you could feel the springs but they didn't seem to mind at. The kitchen was stocked with a few things. Including a sponge, dish soap and kitchen towel, paper towels. Wish it had a stove but it worked for us. The room was very hot the first day. No air conditioning or ceiling fan. They do have a huge box fan in the closet that I used. Kept door open all night and day whole trip. Rest of days were okay with fan and door open. Has a patio and our room had a lake view. The pool and hot tub are literally on the beach. Firepits right next to pool, table tennis, playground, picnic tables are on the beach and we were able to see our kids from all locations. even while sitting lakeside. They have loungers and chairs so no need to bring your own. Do bring beach umbrella. It was hot for Tahoe when we went in July . .88-89. We brought our kayaks and the convenience to just park in front of the pool and walk them a few feet to the lake was the best. We were able store them right next to their fence over our stay and just pull them out when we felt like going in the lake! My only complaint was the hallway smelled so bad. Not sure why. No elevators! We booked a 4th night, we didn't want to leave! Whole foods right across street. The one room suite has the ceiling fans will book that one next time.

This is a nice property in a great location.

Very nice stay. Will consider returning next year.

Everything was great

We chose a studio room, but upon checking in, the room was located on the 3rd floor of the building closest to the main road, so there was LOTS of road noise. The room was very small and, although it had decent amenities, it was quite run down. The floors creak down the hallways. The hotels need to be repainted.

Requested a balcony. I have a special needs child that likes sitting outside to calm herself down. We didnt get it. Also needed to be closer to the private beach because of my special needs child. Hard for her to walk far distance. Noisy upstairs people. At check in workers were talking to each other instead of helping guests. When asked a question, front desk clerk was rude. Also maybe have umbrellas for use. Guests can check out and return when done.

This is our second visit . Great price

Place is old and outdated, no AC channel selections is poor

I did not end up staying at the property. I contacted you for a new option. Got no resolution. I had to park a mile away at the casino. There was a horrible smell through the whole building and the room and no air conditioning. I had originally ordered two queen beds. There was only one queen bed and one sofa bed that was very uncomfortable.
4.4
The property itself was good loved having a private beach to go to. The only down side was the front desk staff were very short and not very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay, it was clean and convenient location. I would stay again.

I stayed at this property in a townhouse in Feb 2024 and loved it so much I booked a stay in June for 4 nights while I was still there. When I arrived in June my room was not a two story townhouse but a one bedroom studio on the ground floor facing the back of a gas station. We walked into a room with blowers everywhere a carpet cleaner in the middle of the living room and rags on the floor. When I complained to the front desk they said they were booked and that room was comparable to the townhouse. They proceeded to remove the carpet cleaning and drying equipment and insisted the carpet was dry, but it obviously wasn't. They said they were fully booked and couldn't do anything about the room including refunding any money or providing any compensation. During the stay the carpet took two days to dry, the noise from the constant A/C & refrigeration at the gas made opening the patio doors super noisy. Since it was summer and there is no A/C the doors have to be open to cool the room but the noise made it unbearable. Then the door to the bedroom didn't close and the toilet paper holder kept falling on the floor. 3 calls to Expedia and I finally got $150 credit. The manager called and said sorry for the confusion (what confusion, I know what I reserved) and never apologized for the wet carpet, crappy room, terrible service or attempted to make up for it in any way. Such a shame, I really liked this place but need to get the room type I reserved with dry carpet and decent service.

Close proximity to the beach

Loved hot tub with beautiful view of the lake. Room was great and had everything I needed.
4.4
The rooms were nicely appointed and very comfortable. The shower was large and had a nice jacuzzi tub. The kitchen was very convenient and really enjoyed sitting out on the two private patios.
4.4
We loved staying here. The pool was very nice and so was the private beach! The only reason I rated 4 out of 5 stars is because we stayed in the very first building so it was a longer walk to the beach and pool than we anticipated. Overall, I would stay here again!
4.4
The property and room were beautiful and front desk very helpful with a logistical problem that atose.
4.4
This is one of the best hotels I've been at. Everything was so close and convenient, and the room was extremely nice.
4.4
The facility has been recently upgraded. Very large rooms with a living room dining are and separate bedroom. 2 large bathrooms, one handicap accessible. Had elevators. Had a view of the lake from third floor, and a balcony. Private beach access made this stay memorable.

Clean rooms, bathrooms. Roomy

Location on the beach was perfect, love that they have patio furniture, fire pits and bbq’s. Only downside was paddle boards, no where to safely store them. But the staff came up with a solution that wormed. Units were really big, so much space. Great stay!
4.4
Very good experience!

Everything was fantastic. My only nit-pick was that the bed was too hard for my likings. Really enjoyed our stay. Gwen at the front desk was fantastic too.

Stayed in bldg 1 and 5. Ongoing construction outside. Seems only Building 5 is fully renovated. Rooms in boths buildings were equally wonderful. Only bldg 1 facility, hallways, elevator, etc dark and not remodeled. Still rooms are great. Elevator extremely cramped in bldg 1. Bldg 5 is better all around. Closest to beach, etc.

Tahoe Beach & Ski Club Is my family’s favorite get-away in South Lake Tahoe! Great location, very clean, thoughtfully stocked kitchen (no stove though), responsive front desk staff, etc. Can’t wait til our next stay!!!
4.4
Closeness to the lake and market
Whole foods

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and were so happy with our stay. The property was quiet, our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We walked to different dinner locations every night. The beach area was so peaceful to sit at and enjoy the lake and snow capped mountains. We enjoyed the fire pit every night and enjoyed talking with other guests. Although it is an older facility, it was so enjoyable and a great value for the money.
4.4
Hotel is old but is functional. We didnt know it was a time share so if youd like rooms in better location, book early. Staff can be a little nicer and friendlier. When we checked in most of them were just giving us curt replies rather than friendly ones.
4.4
Nice clean and quiet. Good place to bring the family
