The room stank of boiled cabbage. The bathroom light switch was hudden behind the hairdryer. The botel was dhort staffed. The coffee was like motor oil and the cafe on site was VERY overpriced. 100% would not recommend.

This is my go to hotel when I’m in Miami. It’s nice and close enough to the airport without airplane noise, friendly staff, clean rooms with fully functional bathrooms, quite a few restaurants nearby within walking distance, good reliable free airport shuttle which makes it a plus for me and I’m sure many other travelers, and they have the best rates around Miami airport.

A/C Unit was not cooling down the room and felt very hot during my time here. Mini fridge was not working so my drinks were hot as well. Ice machine at the facility was not dispensing ice. Need to put some valuables in the provided safe in the room, come to find out the handle/knob was completely missing, making it unfunctional. The lobby had a long line every time I walked passed. My room keys stopped working and in result had to wait over 40mins just to get my keys reprogramed. They park there shuttle buses in the car port, so no one can even pull in. This place needs to get it together or close down. I travel very heavy and stay in bad hotels but this was on another level.

I booked a hotel with a bath tub and I received a room with a connecting room and very LOUD neighbors and a hospital looking shower for wheel chairs so sadly no bathtub for me, the water was freezing too and there was no heating in the whole building so I was using the hair blow dryer to get warmth. I felt miserable with the loud noises coming from the connecting room all night. I’m sincerely upset that Hotels.com showed and sold such a different deal of what I signed up for.

The room was fine, just like basically every reasonable hotel room. The service was the issue. It is across the street from the airport and they only run the shuttle on the hour, with a smaller hotel that would be fine, but this is a huge hotel and there are hundreds of people taking the shuttle. And we had a wheelchair that folds and they said immediately the shuttle won't fit a wheelchair. And the desk person was very unconcerned about the difficulty all this would cause. Their "cafe" appeared to be an employee hangout.

Very insafe place , someone tried to break into our room at around 130 am from ajoining room, could NOT get front desk on phone had to walk down there and then o had to tell tjem to send someone up to find out what was going on! They sent an old woman up to see what was going on in the room next to us she came down and told us the people said there was no problem THEY WERE THE ONES TRYING TO GET INTO OUR ROOM SO OF COURSE THEY HAD NO PROBLEM. they gave us another room bit did not have secirity escort us to get our stiff out of old room . New room security lock was a chain lock anyone could havebroke with ease but it was useless because it was installed BACKWARDS I HAVE VIDEO, ONE SONS room had mold growing on ceilin other sons room had HOOKERS IN IT AND THE WHOLE JOTEL WAS FULL OF ILLEGALS! THIS WAS AN ANSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. WE GOT NO SLEEP AND WE ALL HAD TO LEAVE BEFORE MORNING BECAUSE IT WAS SO UNSAFE. THIS RUINED OUR FIRST DAY ON OUR CRUISE. I WANT A REFUND

The worst experience ever. The first day we have to complaint about the water getting stock while we took a shower, nasty. The room was full of mosquitoes. The hallways have a bad smell. I would never stay at this hotel. I do not recommend. Horrible experience. The only positive thing is that they made the beds and brought new towels daily, that's why I gave 1 star.

I missed my plane and ask if they can change date. Miguel said that if hotels.com. called they would be glad to change that. So when I reached there, they said that they have no reservations and that I could not get a refund. Long story short this is a sketchy hotel and hotels.com try to fix it and they still denied the request. After I called them right after I missed my plane etc….. Beware of Miguel the front service personnel.

Carpets need removing and furniture needs updating. The rooms smell musty and show their age. Air conditioning didn’t help with smell. I’m glad it was for only 1 night. Sorry I will not be recommending.

Hotel was run down. Only one entrance and parking lot is a block away. Charge to park every night. Ac/Heat didn’t work right. Windows were questionable. Only stayed because hurricane. Couldn’t extend stay so ended up at Holiday Inn Express. Cost more but it feels like a 5 star AND I get breakfast.

Watch for bugs, as they started going up the furniture as soon as the light was turned on. The restaurant staff are too busy playing with their cellphones to care enough to answer my questions about the menu. I felt It was an inconvenience to ask a question, yet I did anyway and got half answer and one of the staff members just walked away.

Bad customer service . I needed early check in and staff said it's $40. I agreed but was then told there's no available rooms only to watch as. she provided a room to someone I knew from the same cruise with no reservation and many other people who came after as I sat in that lobby for 4 hours while not feeling well.

I think it is amazing that, with a fully paid for room, they charge you a fee of about 3.4% on the deposit you make. It is very unfair.
