We had to switch rooms because ours didn't lock. Then the next room our tv didn't work. The service desk team came up and fixed it. Saying the remotes,HDMI cords, and cable cord get stolen all the time. There was someone's items and a used band-aide in our side table drawer. We were told the room was cleaned and they don't check the drawers in rooms. She did take the bandaid and items out of the room and was very kind. The ac didn't work great, room was hot. Windows open but they don't lock and we're broken like someone had broke in before. We went to check out the hot tub and heated pool. Neither of those were heated or hot for that matter. And the hot tub could use a serious deep cleaning. Overall I wouldn't stay there again.

It was horrible!! I checked out after only being there for an hour!! First room was disgustingly dirty. Assigned another room which smelled like vomit and was an ice box due to the AC blasting. Turned on heat which started smoking and had electrical burn smell. Two rooms? I knew I had to leave. I was alone with my granddaughter. When leaving a truck pulled up to my truck with 3 guys in it. Driver asked if I was looking for a good time. I told him I was calling 911 and they left. I wil NEVER book there again!!!!

The staff, especially the woman at the front desk, was extremely lazy, rude and unwelcoming. She obviously does not like her job and should leave immediately. The hotel itself is in desperate need of a total renovation. There is no way I would stay here again and I don’t recommend it for anyone.

The room was run down. Bathroom countertop was cracked. We had to rewash the bathtub, no conditioner and fan did not function.

I had the worst experience when I was here I had an accident with the staff and someone that was living there an they accused me of taking a microwave an even called the police on me sorry ass hotel never again will I stay at this hotel. The front desk people are rude and most are Africans it’s the worst experience in Williamsburg other then the other hotel I stayed at

The room was a bit of a nightmare, the AC was broken and only blew on the floor, needed fan to cool room off. Other than the tiny uncomfortable beds, the breakfast was nothing but some bagels and cereal. The hot brown water they called coffee was ok with sugar and cream. Not going to stay here again.

We’ve stayed here a few times and have had no complaints. This time, we were given a smoking room (if I accidentally selected that, it’s on me.) The condition of the room was really poor - stains on the carpet, a hole drilled into the bathroom door.

1 light bulbs out in room and inoperative light fixtures 2 Jacuzzi tube did not work, looked like it hadn't worked in a long time. I have a bad knee and hip and purposely picked a room with this tub to no avail. 3 No refrigerator or microwave as stated in listing. Staff stated none available. 4 Heat lamp in bathroom inoperative. 5 TV remote inoperative had to be exchanged and the exchange had dead batteries 6 Paint pealing in room. 7 Carpet pulling back at edges especially near the inoperative jacuzzi. 8 My girlfriend had the last straw. She found a cockroach crawling on the wall and she lost her mind. She captured and took it to the front desk who fluffed it off as "just a bug" but finally offered us another room that was not the same and some distance away. I would have had to repack, load and haul all our stuff at 10PM. I refused and the whole situation caused great conflict between my lady and me for the rest of our trip. 9 Main indoor pool area was dirty, uncleaned. The hot tub water was green and dirty. I refused to use it. 10 The continental breakfast was a sham. Stale food, nothing hot. The prep area had doors falling off at the hinges. 11 ZERO maid service for a weeks stay. We had to ask / beg for extra towels and trash bags. We had to sack our own trash and haul it ourselves to a can in the lobby. 12 Three luggage carts available in a facility of four floors. In summary....NEVER again. If this is the "New Normal" I'm staying home.

They did have complimentary continental breakfast with no meats but did have boiled eggs, 3 cereals, apples, oranges, bagels, orange/apple/cranberry juices, milk, oatmeal, coffee, hot cocoa, muffins, and danishes. My room was beautiful, clean, cool, and had a (rare) refrigerator. I would definitely stay there again.

I got to the room about three am. We had no towels or wash clothes in room. There was a large gap under door. People were loud all night. The next morning I told the desk clerk. I feel I should get a discount. She could care less...

Too many live ins, nothing but drug activity, nasty room an inch of cigarette butts around the wall, body fluids on bed, broke shower, drug reside on the tv stand, brown water in "spa" pool green and cloudy, left within an hour of checking in

Got my first room of the night, when I walked in there was just water leaking from the ceiling on to the carpet. I went back downstairs to get another room. After sleeping for the night, I tried to use the shower and it wouldn’t work. Will never stay here again.

I have never checked in a hotel for 2 days and get 4 rooms by time checkout. 1st room no lights, 2nd room no mirror and water didn't get hot, 3rd room woke up to take a shower didn't work, moved to 4th room get in a night the air conditioner stop working they had this old man working down stairs outside smoking cigarette every night look like he scared because the kids in the lobby like a gang. The manager is the worst she know stuff don't work still checking people in rooms that I know for sure that need to be repaired guest coming down stairs complaining about the same rooms that we moved from it was terrible stay I left like I was in a Hostel / shelter. I go to Williamsburg every year never ever have I had these accommodations. Somebody please help this hotel the need a makeover from the manager to the rooms and house keeping the toilet stopped up the lady came up and gave us a plunger where is maintenance man my god I can go on and on. I give this hoter 0 stars

This is my go-to hotel for Williamsburg and I realize it isn't the Ritz, but it's comfortable and is in a good location. My last stay was fine except for the noisy kids that ran up and down the hall for hours on a Sunday night between 10p and 12a...I had to call the front desk from my cell phone as my room didn't have a phone...the guy said he'd come up but the kids continued their rampage of the hallway. I know the hotel can't control other people's ill-behaved children, but I wish the front desk person had taken more time to at least try and help out.

The staff that works in your breakfast area should be more friendly. They should take their job a little bit more serious instead of talking on their phone or being polite. That was the only problem I had in your hotel stay there before and we will continue to stay there it’s not the problem with the hotel. It’s just some of your employees

Hotel is in great shape. Pools and hot tub are well kept. Staff was super friendly and competent. Breakfast was great every day. The only complaint I have is the AC in the room barely worked and I had a terrible time sleeping at night. Other than that, the location is great and within minutes of all major attractions.. Even with the AC not working, I'd stay there again without a doubt!

The place is definitely run down and needs lots of work. Many holes in wall that have been patched, the bathroom shower leaked, the bathroom ceiling looked like it was about to cave in any min. No hot food for breakfast.

Easy to get to, with plenty of parking 7/11 near by is convenient. Staff were poor, check in was abrupt but efficient. During bfast the staff member spent the entire time talking on their phine with their back to wveryone, things were running out and not being replaced. Ended up going else where for Bfast,

This property needs maintenance. If it was maintained it would be a great place to stay. First the wall was peeling, later that evening we found the faucet on tub was broken and we couldnt bath. They gave us another room, but most of the rooms had a mildrew oder on the on across from my room. The final room was ok but had to shake the toliet handle to stop it from running.

This hotel was DISGUSTING. The first room the shower handle was broken with NO running water and we had to change rooms at MIDNIGHT ! The second room was WORSE if that was even possible. Pieces of ceiling and wall missing See photos below. Do not stay here !!!
