Breakfast was good. But needed more variety.
The room ww stayed in need work. The carpet was wet coming out of the bathroom. The door kept sticking in bathroom. The air air conditioner was to loud
Had to turn the TV up . Entery door wouldn't latch by itself.

Location is great in the edge of the historic district- easy walking distance. Front desk staff very helpful.
Housekeeping us chaotic. First room we were given had one bed not made up - just a jumble of bedding. Each day used towels were taken away and not replaced, and complimentary coffee etc in the room was not replaced - had to keep asking for new supplies.

I didn’t like that the pool was real cold and they don’t turn the heater on the pool in the summer so the water is real cold so you can’t even go swimming that’s how cold the water be.

Room in poor condition and not very clean.

Perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower is amazing! Quiet for a busy place. Located close to everything.
The pool was freezing. Couldn't imagine it in the winter. Tub didn't drain fast enough to keep up with the awesome water pressure. Tit for tat.

We liked the room location on the side of the large building, where it was quiet, and not in the front of the building facing the highway.
The continental breakfast was Wonderful, with great choices and well stocked. The mini frig in the room was helpful to us.

They were very kind and helpful, I ended up being a victim of domestic violence while I was there unfortunately and the staff hoped to my rescue quick they made sure me and my children were in a safe place in the back until police came they kept my belongings safe. They gave me my deposit back even though the defender wrecked the room. They called and checked on me via hospital and police. I’ve never felt so much love from any hotel staff best stay I’ve ever had hands down. They are exceptional wonderful kind caring understanding people

Most everyone was great there was a couple with actitudes breakfast was great every day. It was a very central location.
However our room keys didn't work half the time had them redone several times. The pool was very disapointing it was freezing cold. There was also a day when the elevador was not working which caused my husband and myself to go up and down the stairs multiple times. We are both disabled

The Mexican restaurant next door
Everything, dirty bed, holes in the wall, bad smell, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, etc.

The place was clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. I broke down and got stranded and had to stay for 4 days. They were very caring Jim and Tasha were both amazing as well as the night lady who’s name I didn’t get the chance to get
everything was wonderful

good location
they put me in the handicap suite, which was also not very clean
4.0 / 10.0
The breakfast was fine and the front desk people were great. The first room I was given the toilet wouldn’t flush. The second room the heater / air conditioner was in bad shape. The buttons only worked half the time. There were also some ants in the room and there was some mildew in the bathroom. Apparently the manager does not care about the condition of the motel. Outside of the staff it was very disappointing and the motel needs a lot of work.

I like the location.
Breakfast and the room once I arrived

We really liked the location. We liked that our rooms were close to each other. We were just happy to spend some quality time together.
They put us on the pet floor. We didn't have a pet. Our children would go from my room to their parents room and you could hear the pets stirring and making them bark. The pool was dirty. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Our one room had water troubles and the heat would not shut off. It took going to the front desk complaining twice before they moved us to another room.

clean comfortable rooms, friendly accommodating staff, easy access to activities, etc
obviously an older property so some areas need a little TLC; continental breakfast is limited

good location, room is clean (except a fly is standing by and greeting us)
bathroom is not clean
no one is refilling the breakfast bar which is empty basically

It was a good area of course and was nice and clean.
The room was way around the world and mane I felt like not going out to go no where because of the walk to the room.
8.0 / 10.0
convenient location, refrigerator and microwave, blow dryer, iron, big bright bathroom with good counter, space and water pressure for a hot shower, lots of television stations.
lightbulbs burned out in bathroom and room lamp, would’ve preferred a Keurig.

I liked the close proximity to Busch Gardens. The rooms were in good condition, and for the most part, the staff was very friendly and helpful. A few minor blips, but overall very good.
I didnt really care about the fact that I had to go outside the building and come back in to get to the front lobby/reception. There was a lady at the reception desk during the night shift that responded to my questions with a head shake and a look of disgust when I tried to ask a simple question. Another employee stepped in to answer my question. I feel that being in the business of customer service and being in the position to be the face of a business like this, it is very unprofessional to act and respond this way. Also, both rooms keys deactivated. We had to keep going back to the front desk to get them activated, a bit inconvenient.
