Nice location, central to downtown. We walked from the hotel to nearby bars and felt very safe. The only compliant is I booked two queen beds and got a king. It was fine since it was juet and my friend vut if it would have been my family it would not have worked.

Older, run down hotel that was not as advertised. Mattresses are old, noisy, and uncomfortable, making a good night's sleep almost impossible. Fridge didn't work properly and was dripping water. No fan in the bathroom made for steamy conditions when getting ready. We stayed for two nights and our room was not made up after the first night. When we asked for new towels and our bottles of water (not even for the room to be cleaned), we came back to find two bath towels and three bottles of water had literally been tossed into the room, landing either on the floor or in my open suitcase. We did not receive any hand towels or washcloths, despite needing them. I'm generally a pretty easy going traveller all things considered, and in isolation, any one of these issues on its own likely wouldn't have been a big deal. Put them all together and it makes for a less than ideal experience.

Spent three days at the Hyatt and enjoyed every minute. Walking distance to Target Field, shopping. Felt safe at the hotel knowing you needed your key card to go up elevator. Only downfall is having to pay for the extra parking fee of $25-$30/day depending if you used it or not.

This is a quality, beautiful, and quiet hotel. The employees are professional and kind. We were in town for concert at U.S Bank and walked from the hotel. I felt safe. The parking ramp is very convenient. We would stay here again.

Don't know how this is 4 star property. The rooms are definitely a 1 star. Upon arrival to the room, we entered the bathroom and it was noted there was dried feces on the toliet seat and in the toliet bowl. We called the front desk and they said they would have housekeeping immediately come clean it. It took over an hour before they showed up to clean it(definitely had to scrub as they were in there for a good amount of time). There are no fitted sheets on the mattresses as well as no zippered mattress cover for hygiene purposes. The sheets had holes in them. Everything seemed very dated and dusty. I paid $290.78 for a one night stay in a dirty 1 star room. Horrible!
