I stayed 3 nights at the Prestige. Upone check in and i was given 2 complimentary bottles of water due to the boil water advisory. I stayed in the Superior King room. Bed was a true king size. Linens were good. Room was very clean. Shower head was nice, good water pressure and rainfall style. Bathroom was also very clean. I didn't have the included breakfast as my trip was very busy, but it is offered. The room included a desk and a good sized tv. Everything worked as it should. You can tell the hotel is old, but it has been fully renovated. There was a watercooler in the lobby to refill your water bottles if you wish. All in all great stay.

It’s been a long time since I stayed at the prestige. The clerk was AMAZING. (Her name starts with K) The room was very nice. Wanted to stay another night because it was so cozy.

Since the name changed to Ocean view Prestige Hotel, rooms renovated and upgraded, however, no all front desk staff is friendly as it used to. Breakfast is dramatically downgraded, hardly to see anyone to cleanup the table and the basic supplies like coffee, eggs, juices, plates etc are not refill when it is empty.

The staff were wonderful, the room and hotel was clean. Although, under construction and a boil water advisory was in affect. The room view was of building generators and such, (keep the curtains drawn and u don't have to look at) Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Was like they ran out of food. No cutlery. No service. 15 people waiting and they never brought anything out. Waited 15 minutes before I left. One of the main reasons I booked was that the breakfast was on-site and included.

The room was okay but there was an outlet issue which we immediately reported to the front desk. They have us a temporary solution and indicated they would put a ticket into maintenance. We were there 3 nights and the situation never got resolved. The outlet situation could be a fire issue and should have been taken care of. The staff were friendly but more care should be taken to respond to maintenance issues.

The bed frame was falling apart and had been ‘fixed’ by a small chunk of 2x4 balanced on it’s side. This was supposed to support the entire bed. They had tipped over so the box springs were falling off the frame. Frame was twisted and one corner was broken. We had to take the mattress off and try to fix the bed before we could sleep. Couch and floor were dirty. Pop cans were left under the couch. We will not stay here again.

Nicely appointed room, and small public seating area in the lobby. Good complimentary breakfast, served starting at 5:00 a.m. for folks heading to the B.C. Ferries. Free parking (with dashboard pass) in parking lot across the street. Welcoming staff—we enjoyed our brief stay.

When arriving at the hotel it was under construction, there was no signage showing where to even enter the building for check-in. We had to park across the street and make multiple trips to unload our vehicle and take our belongings to the room. The construction crew was drilling from 7am to 7pm and it was so loud in our room we didn't get to enjoy some down time like we planned. All in all we were very disappointed in the hotel for what we paid. The service was great but the property wasn't ideal.

The staff were all excellent. Very friendly and helpful. In fact, this is the first time I’ve ever been called by front desk after checking in to make sure I’m happy with my room! They are renovating at the moment, so improvements will occur. The continental breakfast had decent selection.

After so many years and finally changed to Prestige Resort hotel. A major upgrade from the front desk lobby to the hotel, they feel bright and new. Inside the room remains unchanged much, hope they can upgrade the rooms next

Service was very good and rooms have been renovated, but it is an older hotel and looks it close up. Our room had a view of the roof. The included breakfast was only cereal, toast or waffles, no eggs, yogurt or anything else.
