Nice breakfast , clean , and friendly & helpful staff.

The breakfast and on location restaurant. Kept food close if you were in a rush.
The tv sucked, very fuzzy. No a/c, I understand I came at the warmest time of year. But having to leave the window open all night. You could hear the people in the alley.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Underground parking is an asset when it always rains in Rupert. The keruge in the room made morning coffee convent and breakfast was well organized.

It was a VERY brief stay, we arrived at midnight (after driving from Vancouver) and were out by 8 am to catch the ferry to Haida Gwaii. In the brief time, staff were great, and the facilities were great. I was VERY grateful that our request for a cot was accommodated, I wasn't holding my breath as I made the reservation quite late. And the size and comfort of it was much better than expected as well, we were very grateful for comfort after having travelled all day!
The only thing that I had a slight issue with was not enough parking spaces in the underground parking. We ended up parking on the street, which was fine, but it would have been nice to have secured parking. But important to note: we didn't arrive until midnight, so I understand why all the spaces available were taken.
