Great Location that was refreshing to not be on the busy Vegas Strip but close enough to all including the newly discovered Arts District.
4.2
It was a great place to stay with family or friends. VIP service was no doubt awesome.
4.2
Hotel was renovated but all the things, eg the bathtub is old. The staff in the counter and the staff/cleansing team are both smart and fast. There’s a guard in the entrance of the lifts and check your room cards. The location is convenient as there are quite a number of restaurants nearby (Chick fil A, Panera, McDonald’s and Starburst), just a walking distance. The location is a bit away from the strip but it’s around 5-10 minutes drive. Parking space is a plus as there are many and even offer covered parking spaces.

Overall, hotel is fine for a couple nights, off strip stay. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was clean facilities were clean, but a bit dated. Only complaint I had was my mattress was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable.
4.2
The room was very clean but it had a musty smell. Overall the room was acceptable.
4.2
Nice hotel off the beaten track............. we chose this as the website said there was a shuttle bus to the Strip , and the airport ............. when we got there was got that this had stopped years ago !!!!!! UPDATE THE WEBSITE
Steff very friendly and helpful
Pool small but nice

Me and my wife had a great experience, everything was very neat and the employees were very polite and welcoming in all areas that we went. We will come back to this hotel.
4.2
An in-room refrigerator would have been nice.
4.2
Great room for great price.
4.2
The room was a smoking room. It smelled horrible. The bed was so soft it was hard to sleep on.
4.2
Off strip, easy to get to. Discount for some of the restaurants was great. Don’t care for the resort fees especially when we’re not really informed what benefits they are to us but I get that that’s Vegas.
4.2
We enjoyed our stay. The hotel and the people were very friendly and helpful; the outdoors where the hotel is located appeared to be a bit sketchy.
4.2
I had a great and comfortable stay.
4.2
Great Place to stay! All the food on property was very good even the pool food! Great location and easy to uber from.
4.2
My only issue is the smell of smoke. We stayed in non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke inside and the hallway. Would not stay here again because of that.
4.2
Good stay. Would stay again. Main negative was no small fridge in room and the wait time for dinner.
4.2
The Front Desk people are not super friendly but just doing their jobs. The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t clean. The soup wrapper was left in the bathroom and missing towels. But House Keepers were super nice and friendly.
The restaurant servers were very friendly and nice. The food was good and price was very reasonable.
The store (?) shop workers were definitely grumpy old ladies. They kept talking to each other and made us wait to pay. You can tell they don’t like working there. We decided to buy things outside of the hotel because of them.
Overall, it’s a good hotel.
4.2
A total sham no privacy at all unhelpful staff overpriced old the whole place could use a coat of paint in the bedrooms, no exhaust fans in the bedrooms if they put The toilet, any closer to the bed you would be You would feel like you were in bed with a toilet bowl.
4.2
Love the location and the Buffalo Machines were 🔥Also 24 hrs of good food 🙌
4.2
They charge me more than the previous deal! Wifi didn’t work … The first restaurant is pretty good, friendly employees…

This was the first time staying at this property in Las Vegas. We usually stay on the strip but decided to go off this time. I'm glad we did and picked The Palace Station. It's an older resort but very well kept. A smell of smoke here and there mainly in the casino but it's and older place. The room was very clean and the attendee was very nice every morning. The pool area was nice and the bartender Mercedes made some really good drinks. I really liked that the oyster bar was open late. Parking was free (always a plus)and easy to get to. The price, location and service I will stay here again.
4.2
Great hotel off the strip! Biggest surprise in all my Las Vegas experiences. Loved Palace Station. Will have to try the other Stations in Vegas.
4.2
The hotel was nice and the staff was lovely. However, one elevator was out of service and it created a very long wait while no alternate routes were offered.
4.2
The bed was very uncomfortable, too many miles felt like its time to replace it. Also inconvenient to pay Vegas prices for food and not have access to a fridge or microwave for leftovers. Not being able to preserve food affected our spending.
4.2
Very peaceful, quiet and close to the elevator.
4.2
Front desk staff always professional and friendly. Recent renovations have made it a real top notch facility with comfortable rooms and an enjoyable experience.
4.2
There was nothing unique about the property. The room didn't have a refrigerator so we couldn't save leftovers or keep our drinks cold.
4.2

We were there for a short time and enjoyed it. Not sure we would return.
4.2
Everything was amazing from the checking-in to the check out.
4.2
It was ok, it was cheaper than staying on the strip.
4.2
The Staff are the reason we come
