Even though rooms are older, nice & clean. Plenty of water for showers.

Nice room, friendly staff. The only downside was no refrigerator, coffee maker or microwave in the room. A fridge is available if you're willing to pay an additional $25 per day.

Not the first time staying here it was good but the pricing was a joke! With the nightly parking fees and the resort fees they cost more then what the daily hotel cost.

So dirty smell bad

Average hotel. Amenities in the rooms are bare bones. Comfortable bed was the highlight. Excalibur is ok if price is your singular priority, beyond that lower your expectations.

The room was nice but the restaurant workers were so rude and racists. Don’t eat at the Johnny rockets. The security guards follow you if you’re black. You get bombarded with people trying to get you to buy timeshares. Truly not a great time.

Really not a hotel that I will visit again. Rooms were so outdated and dark. Smell of cigarettes even at non smoking floor were prominent

For the price the rooms should be of better quality. Just because its a MGM property doesnt mean they should chrage the same price for MGM Grand and like properties when its not.

Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Loves the mobile check in and electronic key

As tired and neglected as they come. It’s time to let this property go if they aren’t going to do a total remodel. Scuff mark and crayon marks on walls. Patched walls. Chipped and disheveled furniture. Barely any amenities in the bathroom. 3 towels. 1 wash cloth. 2 hand towels.no fridge. No coffee maker. Stained fabric on furniture. Bell staff was great and very helpful. Various floor staff were kind. This property is most unfortunate

Hotels.com did not advice me there would be a resort fee for each room additional plus parking each time you left the hotel during your stay and you do not get pionts for stay at excalibur.the buffet was closed during our visit and much more expensive for families to eat out at food court.

The price change from when we first saw availability to checking in changed about $250 more at the counter that i was not expecting. Thought there was going to be a fridge and found out after that only for people with medical conditions. Other then that, was awesome to stay on the strip for my first time in vegas.

A great value, and will stay here again. It is an older building, but that’s what makes the price right. And the bed and sheets were super comfy, making for a great night’s sleep. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly, particularly the bell staff. One hint, definitely use the mobile app for check in. No line and our room was ready within ten minutes! One last note, I like this part of the Strip, so good location.

The trip was good. There were lots of dining options, however not all were open every day. Staff was nice and helpful, some of the casinos you had to wait forever to get a beverage, but not here. The service was good. The ice-cream was excellent!
We were there during a big convention, so everything was very busy.

I was great experience, my grandson was on crutches and we needed a wheelchair from the day we checked to the day we checked out.
Great service.

Digital check in/key a joke. My phone did not work the elevator or door to room. Had to stand in check in line.
Resort fee on top of hotels.com fees.

Only for one night, the front desk lady was very kind. She provided a great customer service. We were on our way to Utah, we just rest for the night and left early.

Mostly - all good!
Two things had discomfort:
1. Not possible to get fresh air (windows is locked)
2. Exhaust vent is working, but not removing bad smell. Even if working whole night

We love the Excalibur as a hotel. Hotels.com says the price is this then you find out about resort and parking fees later. Its getting very frustrating.

We used the mobil app that was sent to us to check in. It was so easy. Fastest check in. We didn't have to wait in that long line. Just used the barcode that was in the app and got our room keys in minutes. The room was nice and clean.

I love this palace!!!
there are so many things to do just at this property, shopping, casino, bar, restaurants you would t even have to leave to find anything else. Being Vegas there are so many things to do and see here. The EXCALIBER is so close to many great things and you can see a lot from your room. The Stadium, the airport, the strip. The personnel are friendly, accommodating and professional. I definitely would stay here again

The bathroom was dirty, meaning there was piss all over the toilet seat, sink was dirty behind the faucet it had not been cleaned in awhile. The whole room smelt like a sewer. The chairs in the room were stained and dirty. The big tub in our room was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned.

Meh. Unless you’re in a bind, look elsewhere.
