A long walk 20 mins with luggage from parking to the hotel check in . Then had to walk another 15min to room . Small gambling area and not much food to pick from , no entertainment . I suggest picking another hotel to stay at

It was not convenient, the parking structure is s long way from the hotel, and room a long way to lobby as well. Be ready to a lot of walking if you're a senior I wouldn't recommend staying there. You have to pay for parking also. The room was clean, bed is low and not comfy.

Upon arrival we were flagged down by a hostes to receive our care package which included $175 casino play or Steak House restaurant after we committed to a 2 hour tour. I presented my 2 forms of ID credit card and passport. My partner only had her driver's license no credit or debit card. Our person signing us up Anthony said its ok just present any other form of Id and charged us $25 dollars each. The next day we had to take a taxi to the resort for$35+5 tip. $40! Then we filled out the paperwork, and because my partner Lisa Castaneda did not have a cred or debit card we were turned away. They did return our $25 each. So we decided to take the city bus for $5 each and it was a windy and dusty day 😕. We were not happy. So at the end of the day we were out $50 BUCKS! I did complain and spoke to the manager but No compensation was given.
Our stay at Luxor was nice except for this issue.

Needs usb options cuz we only had 1 cube for charging and had to charge 4 different things. Other than that it was great. Our 2nd stay at this resort.

Room was fabulous ... seriously ...

The overall stay was fine. We were moved from our room that we booked because you were overbooked. So me and my guy friend had to share a king size bed. We were told they were going to give us a rollaway bed. They never gave us a rollaway bed. We went down to the service desk asked them again. They said we'll be right on it. They didn't get it to us again so we dealt with it that night. In the morning we asked made service if they would give us a rollaway bed and they gave us a rollaway chair. I don't know what the difference between a rollaway bed and a rollaway chair is, but I'm pretty sure I can't sleep in the chair so that gave us an overall experience kind of negative. The elevators were very scary. The one felt like you were going sideways. The other one felt like you were going at an angle. The food was good and as far as the MGM betting. We were swindled into the MGM betting of bet make $100. We were told if we bet $100 we would get $100 credit but they did not tell us that we had 24 hours to do it and living in Utah and leaving the next day we weren't able to do it and we lost our $ were $100
. for all the above. I'm giving the overall experience a negative. I don't drink alcohol so I was sober the whole time and I saw everything. I was not pleased with a lot of the experience. I probably will not stay there again

Nice size room. Self parking is better than Excalibur. Great value at this time.

Check in was fast. We stayed only one night at the Luxor. The property can use some improvements. The elevators on the blue side is so old and raggedy. They rock side to side as if you are on a cruise ship. When you flush the toilet it sounds like a big truck. The bed and pillows were a plus very comfy.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I liked that it was near the airport and loved the Egyptian theme. King Tut and Bodies exhibitions were both really good. No coffee or water given but all hotels in Las Vegas are the same l think.

Cheap easy stay, quiet for sleeping, minor cosmetic issues but otherwise great overall. F1 week easy access around city strip.

I had a convention at a connected hotel. The Luxor was the perfect place to stay away from the traffic and be comfortable. Over all a very great experience

I'm a local and had friends come in to see Usher. Haven't stayed at the Luxor in years! Ceilings are very low, design is old and dark. Check in line took a very long time, luckily there were remote check in people helping. Beds were super comfortable.

The overall condition of the hotel portion of the resort was very dirty. Age is very much catching up with this hotel property, and it shows.

Nice views, convenient to walk around Las Vegas, friendly staff, clean and nice rooms and fair for the price we paid.

Stay was fantastic; the Hotel , Lobby amenities and customer service amazing; but the room itself was dusty and needed repairs . Besides that they actually upgraded us to a suite to make up for trouble. I will definitely stay there again.

It was a surprise for my sister's birthday, who didn't know we were coming. The hotel needs updating. No closet, just a bar with hangers. Some of the outlets were loose. The elevator was super "janky". It swayed and seemed as if it could fall at any moment.

This was a poor choice for 1 night stay. We arrive Vegas by 5pm, already dark and cold, couldn't enjoy the resort facility. Long walk from self parking lot to our gold tower which was considered the closest option. Otherwise, it's nice hotel.

The hotel customer service was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the room waa clean. The blackout curtain were nice and the water pressure waa amazing. The pyramid is iconic and easy to get Uber or Lyft. They had restaurants there, plus a walkway that takes you to Excalibur hotel with even more restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again. I like that it haa all the extras but unlike Caesars and some of the others it doesn't take 15min to get out of the hotel lol.

First time in Vegas and Luxor was a great place to stay. Everything was near. Staff was very kind.

The convenience, comfort, fluffy towels Friendliness And proximity to everything was top-notch for me as a solo traveler.

The whole purpose of staying at this property was to experience the “pyramid.” As soon as we checked in the desk representative said, “oh we upgraded you to a better room.” The room was in the towers and was equal to the pyramid room I specifically booked. They had already filled the pyramid evidently. Defeated the purpose of our stay. Not worth the hassle of staying at this property. The room was dated and had no view.

The Luxor is tired and could use an over-all update. The Pyramid Diner served a fabulous breakfast however, and it's conveniently located for walking to Allegiant Stadium.

Excellent location, staff and accommodations. Will definitely stay there again.

You get what you pay for. Luxor is one of the cheapest hotels on the strip. So with that in mind it’s probably ok. But our room smelled like old feet and until this hotel is renovated we will never go back. The only really good thing I can say is that the lady that checked us in was absolutely lovely and very helpful.

Hotel is aging and it shows. The bathroom door needed to be replaced as the bottom showed signs of rot. The elevators were missing buttons, electrical panel covers, and shuttered as they moved. The room and linen smelled of cigarettes, but what room in Las Vegas doesn't?

We had a wonderful stay. Customer service was excellent!

Second time there. Close to everything we were going to. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I'll be there again when the A's move there

Long story short, you get what you pay for. My mom and I were passing through and stopped in for 1 night. We were not expecting anything fancy, just a clean room to rest our heads, but the room was in poor condition. The furnishings are old, the bed frame is dirty, and the bathroom shower was a mess. The shower was weeping water from its handle, not to mention the beginnings of mold growing in some corners. There are no outlets/USB ports by the bed stand, no door latch, the TV is old with no connectivity to viewing apps, it’s loud so you can hear doors shutting and people walking by. And the resort fees are high, if you can use the amenities it’s great, but if you don’t I don’t think it’s worth it. On top of that there’s a daily $18 self parking fee.

It was an ok stay. We were there dor 1 night before heading home. The room was very basic & clean. No coffee pot or refrigerator which I thought were standard, but we managed. Our only complaint was that the resort fee was more than the cost of the room & we weren't even there ling enough to use any of the resort amenities.

I wish they have charging station or cable for iPhone.

The hotel room was extremely dirty. A refrigerator was missing. Elevator was horrible - it was wobbling all direction. It was scary experience!!

In Vegas for concerts. Luxor is easy to navigate and close to Allegiant Stadium. Pool was closed during visit so had to go to Mandalay Bay which was inconvenient but worked.
