We had an excellent stay! The location was great. The hotel was very clean. The service was wonderful and appreciated! The rooms were a bit small, that was literally the only minor negative detail, but we made due and it won't be a deal breaker to stay here again! Thank you!

This is our second stay at the Iroquois and we love the property. The breakfast host was wonderful and had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. He was delightful! The new expansion has done a lot to improve the bar, dining and lobby experience. Our only complaint is the lack of a consistent evening doorman and having to lug suitcases up the front steps to check in. No issues with that daytime or when leaving. Great staff everywhere! Loved our stay and we will be back!

Nice hotel. Great location. Great service. Reasonably priced. No complaints.

The hotel is located perfectly in Midtown. It wasn't too far from where our daughter lives. We loved the room, the hotel, and the speakeasy bar. We gave it a only a four because the breakfast could have been better and wished that the bar stayed open past 11.

A wonderful place to stay when in NYC for business. It is a quiet island in the hear of midtown.

Complimentary continental breakfast, while limited is enough to get your day started. Beautiful breakfast room next to the bar. Lobby bar is open afternoon/ early evening, then the “speakeasy” bar is open later. We checked in late on a Thursday and missed the complimentary wine hour, so the desk agent gave us vouchers for a free drink. They will readily give you bottles of water through your stay. Friendly doormen, safe neighborhood located close to everything midtown and Grand Central to get anywhere else. Many good restaurants within a block. Room was cosy and quiet, clean, tile/marble bathroom. Frette linens and robes (if you know, you know)

Excellent location. I had stayed there in the past. Didn’t find the level of service as good as prior visits. Overall good hotel with a great location.

Still one of the best hotels in NYC. A hidden gem. Great location! The front desk staff, Anthony, John, Najai, Faiza, and Kenny were all very friendly, and super helpful. Ben, in the breakfast area, was best person doing hospitality that I’ve ever met, in 35+ years of going to NYC. He made everyone feel welcome, taken care of, and special.
The hotel is very immaculate. The two bars, front, and the speakeasy at the back, are also excellent. The bar staff, in both rooms, were knowledgable, and great hosts.
Located between the theatre district, and shopping/Radio City, you can’t do much better than this place for a starting point for your days.

The stay was adequate, the staff is wanting, and the elevators need to be redone.

I stay here every time I am in NYC, it is my home away from home and staff members are super helpful and the place is wonderful in a great location.

I was upgraded to a suite in the hotel and it was a beautiful room which made the stay truly exceptional.
5.0
Great location on midtown. A bit expensive. The bed was not so comfortable for us and our room had been “cleaned” following a smoker being in there, but we could still tell (this was a non smoking room). Finally, because the floors are small every time the elevator rings you easily hear it in your room. Generally we were satisfied with the hotel but the value was not there for $500+ per night.

Very clean and quiet despite being close to a busy area. Very walkable to shows, metro, dining and shops. Staff were outstanding and very accommodating.

So glad I chose to stay at the Iroquois. I primarily chose this hotel because it was a block away from the theater and was also close to shopping and the spa I visited. I was allowed to check in a little early which I desperately needed as I was exhausted and hit and need to shower and rest before my spa appt. Loved the Speakeasy and the bartender was outstanding and personable. The esthetics of the room was a mix of old world and modern sensibility. The bed was super conformable and the thermostat worked as intended. Loved the staff at the front desk and doorman. They always greeted me with a smile and a few words. The breakfast crew made sure that no one took the table they assigned me and got my sandwich out quickly. There was a selection of food, yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee.
The Iroquois exceeded my expectations.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Location is great. The included breakfast is very good. We had an issue with our first room and staff (Anthony) were very friendly and accommodating in getting us another room. I’d stay again. Recommend.

Very brief one night stay in a spacious upgraded suite. Beautiful classic well appointed hotel with extremely professional and courteous staff. Snacks and cocktails in the bar were excellent, and included continental breakfast was a nice bonus. From the doormen who greeted us to the check out staff who wished us goodbye and safe travels, everyone was exemplary. Loved the Iroquois Hotel!

No potable water provided to the room.
washroom is so tight and only for one person barely fits in

Staff was helpful, cordial & friendly. The free breakfast was limited but quite satisfying. The two bars on the premises were convenient. The feeling staying here is more of a European boutique hotel.

We would absolutely stay again. We loved the boutique feeling of hotel, loved the smaller lobby, lovely breakfast, great front desk , great location, comfortable beds. We didn't have a good view but was quiet.

My husband and I decided to spend a night in the city. When we went to check in, by mistake I had book the room for the wrong night. The manager, I believe his name was Ed informed us that he could not book the room for us. We needed to go back to Expedia to book it. He told us that if we booked it right, then he would upgrade us to the better of the two rooms available because we had stayed there before. He could not have nicer. This is the type of service I would expect from a luxury boutique hotel. Five stars!
