Very comfortable, quiet hotel. Concert weekend it is extremely busy. Uber rates were really high and the elevators, bag check area were very crowded. It's perfect location for a show at Alligent stadium. About a 15 minute walk from hotel to stadium. The room and bed were very comfortable. My only issue was the rooms only had "mini bar" items you had to buy. That included the coffee in a cup all packed up for $16 so we couldnt have in room coffee like most hotels. Also the fridge was locked and only had mini bar stuff in it, so we had no refrigerator. I missed things like paper/plastic cups, coffee stirers with napkins, complimentary q-tips and cotton balls, all things that make spending a few days in a hotel, a little easier.
4.1
Great stay. Everything you need is at facility. Good food, shopping, and of course gambling
4.1
Nice to stay in same place as concert venue.

It was a pleasant stay and front desk was very helpfull

I always forget that these strip hotels don't put any money into their rooms. But for Mandalay Bay, you'd think they'd at least try. Holy cow was I wrong. First, we got put in a separate building, "Delano", so we aren't in the main building.
Debris under the mattress. Ratty, torn sheets with a thin, white blanket for a "comforter" that should have been thrown out. Used condom wrapper top discarded RIGHT beside the bed. Is ANYONE checking these rooms? Christ. If the maid service isn't even picking up obvious trash like that, then the gross, worn carpet is definitely not being vacuumed or washed.
ORKIN trucks parked RIGHT in customer parking for all to see? Not a great sign either. Needless to say I slept with one eye open and did not get a good night's sleep. Who the hell lets ORKIN park in CUSTOMER PARKING? This isn't rocket science guys.
Oh, and the mobile check in app does NOT work. Had to go downstairs and get a key made up and go all the way back to the room.
Won't be staying here again.

Pricey, but isn’t everything in Vegas. Great hotel and very convenient location. We will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel! Walking distance to Raider's stadium.

Wonderful, just magical the entire experience overall.

Room, hallways and casinos were clean and airy. No hint of cigarette smoke like found in other casinos. Staff was friendly, knowledgable and efficient.

Check in was a bit rough. We were told they were out of the King bed rooms we reserved and tried to give us a room with two queen beds as an “upgrade.” We finally got our King room after they made a call. There was an odor in the toilet area in our room. Pool area was wonderful and we enjoyed that immensely! Check out was super easy using the QR code. Not sure why we were billed an extra $160+ at checkout since we didn’t use anything from the mini bar. Hotel could use some updating. Convenience of being right at the Michelob Ultra Arena is why we chose Mandalay Bay and that was great!! Overall we really enjoyed our visit.

Pool was nice! Rooms were clean

We had a great stay at the Mandalay Bay hotel in Vancouver. Check in was good. Girl at the check in was really nice. We were given a pool and city view room which was really nice. Pool area has a beach feel. Location was convenient as we went to watch Raiders game at allegiant stadium. We would stay here again.

You need better quality service at Tender, the restaurant. It was pathetic and dirty

Fantastic stay clean room.

Beautiful! Kind check in staff and the room was lovely. 5 stars.

Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were excellent, with double sinks and a private water closet, and separate tub and shower. The Irish pub on the premises, Ri Ra, is excellent and reasonably priced. It also has a stellar whiskey selection. The location is a bit out of the way, it’s not walkable, but that made jr quieter so it was fine. Very nice!

We came in work a mix of work and leisure and the Delano was a perfect location. It was clean, fast WiFi, and quiet.

Clean rooms and comfortable stay

The place and price to stay were great. The cost of everything is outrageous. Understandable in these times but a cab ride to go 2 miles is $28.00, a bottle of iced tea is $6.00 and to open the mini fridge it's $50.00/day. It's just absurd what the cost of everything is in LV.

Great staff, location and well kept property.

Had a lovely time at this property. It had been several years since we’ve stayed at Mandaley Bay and remembered why we loved it. Great restaurant options and great entertainment.
4.1
It’s a nice hotel so I would have honestly expected nicer towels and better toiletries in the room. Pools are great. Plenty of dining options

Great hotel...Highly recommend

Massive Hotel, really catering for Casino clients, no real chairs to relax unless your sat gambling and very expensive food and drink throughout the Hotel (again unless your gambling). Shame as the Hotel could have been so much better if you didn’t feel they were trying to fleece you at every opportunity, Mini bar being the pinnacle of this, its based on pressure pads if anything is moved you are automatically charged so family with kids beware, you can have it removed but they will charge you $30!!!
The pool and lazy river are the saving grace to this property so make sure you pack your swimsuits. (But again watch out for all the hidden charges)

Wife's 32nd birthday was a smashing success! Love Mandalay Bay!!

Nice hotel but there are no amenities including coffe in the room that isn’t extra cost.

We visited Vegas to tour Alligent Stadium. The room was great and the customer service was awesome.
4.1
We went thru Hotels.com to book our hotel room. They charged our credit card for the room. The hotel has now charged us for the rooms, plus the resort fee. We have been charged 2 times for the room fee.

We stayed at the Mandalay Bay for six nights. We were visiting from Australia.
Our twin room was massive. Storage space was copious through drawers and two wardrobes. The bathroom was huge, including a separate bath and shower and two basins.
The best part, we booked a strip view. The front of our room was glass and we could see the whole strip including the mountains in the background. The view was totally amazing. We left the curtains open day and night.
There was plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping at the hotel to choose from.
The tram between the Mandalay Bay, Luxor and the Excalibur was very convenient.
We walked to the ‘Welcome to Las Vegas’ sign one night and it only took 18 minutes.
We would definitely stay at the Mandalay Bay if we were to visit Las Vegas again.
4.1
Staff was great. Didn’t care for all the extra hidden fees with everything. Booking on hotels.com does not include a daily resort fee and tax.
4.1
The rooms were big and spacious however the aircon wasn’t high enough for us so it was uncomfortably hot at night. It didn’t matter how much you changed the temperature it just stayed the same. The aircon in our son’s room were noisy during the night.
Drink prices around the pool were crazy expensive. You were not allowed to bring drinks in. All bags were checked. Unlike other hotels you were not allowed to use the fridge but they were ice machines.
We ended up having to stay another night due to a cancelled flight and although the reception staff let us keep our original rooms they didn’t give us any offers. We had to book through Hotels.com. We read afterwards that others had been offered half price stay so we wasn’t happy.

We ended up getting upgraded to a Delano suite… it was so clean and gorgeous😍

I had a dog with me and on check in was told I had to trek across the entire casino to a small postage stamp area by the Delano (an adjoining hotel). I’m physically disabled with feet problems and a bad knee & it was *awful* having to walk that far just so my dog could relieve herself. Afternoon of day 2 of our 4 day stay & I went down to meet my kids at the pool, when I see there is a much closer pet area!
Shortly before checkout I found out my flight was delayed and talked to a man at the front desk who extended our check out to noon, and said I could call back and extend it to 1pm for $30. I called back 30 minutes later to do that and the woman I spoke with said I couldn’t. This kind of misinformation is really frustrating and when you pay $50+ resort fees, you expect better.
The pet areas are not kept well. They clean the astroturf, barely, but if a dog poops in the dirt or shrubbery surrounding it, they leave it. It was disgusting and unsafe for my dog.
Our room was not cleaned well at all. There was a stinky pouch and receipt from a marijuana store in the drawers, visible hair in the sink drain, and the glass cups were visibly dirty. We bought plastic cups to use while there.
The one counter surface is taken up by exorbitant priced items that you can’t move or you’ll be charged (pressure sensitive) - we had to be careful when setting things down not to accidentally touch it. Ridiculous.
I was really unhappy with the entire experience.

Check-in okay long wait
Bell men are the worst 1 hour to bring luggage 👎and 1 hour to pick up in front .
Now the absolute worst story- took a bath started draining it within 2 mins the shower was filling up sewage just pathetic 1 hour later maintenance came in put Drano down then left one hour later housekeeping supposedly shows up this is now two hours later. With a smell
I live locally and would never recommend this just no fun to get away and deal with this stay vacation.
Valet 30 minutes no one around .
You could miss your flight at this hotel just crazy. To many wonderful hotels MGM shame on you all for not taking time to check your property out !!
Thought I would try again after the devastating Shooting
You just want big conventions , big companies
No umbrella’s paying $100.00 omg
So sad who thought of that idea.
GM of pool area leaves to another hotel
The plastering was so bad just no good .
You had plenty of lifeguards.
Hope you understand I see no one wants to deal with problems.
Training and listening to people is important

My stay at Mandalay Bay was nice overall. However, there were a few things that would have made my stay better. For example, there was damage on the sides of both beds in the room and it's insulting that even the water and coffee in the rooms is not free. Also, a refrigerator or at least microwave access on the floor would be nice.
4.1
The place ran out of hot water for the entire day. I really felt like i was being ripped off everywhere we went. Service was poor on the floor, room wast ready when we showed up. But hey, they have a nice building

No hot water for 8 hours.

I had a 14th floor, strip view room. I loved it. It was clean and felt luxurious. I fell asleep looking at my view. I love the Mandalay Bay!
