It was dirty, smelly and the people working there were rude. The rooms had a layer of dust everywhere. Just gross

The pool was closed for the season but it's not mentioned anywhere in the amenities. I booked this hotel assuming the pool would be open. Elevator near to the room was out of service for all 3 days of my stay, stairs were so dirty and always smelled of smoke cigarettes and weed. Another elevator was way far from the room. Passage carpets were smelling like peed on it. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all, was felt like living in cheap motels like mo***6, bud***Inn, etc. staff was good but place wasn't. I would recommend not to go by pictures on Internet or hotel websites.

The carpet stained and dirty the bathroom has mold on the ceiling and there were black short curly hairs in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor, and I don't have black hair!

The stay at the Silver Sevens Casino & Hotel came with daily morning sounds of jackhammers pounding away the pool area. The front desk claims to be unaware of the construction project, when I inquire as to why wasn't this information available when I checked in. No refund was offered.

We love staying at silver sevens. We always have a great time.

It is the very cheapest you can stay in Las Vegas so you can’t expect a lot, but the beds are comfy. The rooms are very nice cause they’re all remodeled only has one restaurant, but it serves pretty good food. They have good security in the parking lot and a well lit parking lot

It is a decent place to stay. The rooms have been remodeled so they are pretty nice. I do not know why they close the hot tub for the winter. It’s not like we are in Kansas. There is always a lot of marijuana smoke in the hallways. I have stayed here about five times
Also, it’s kind of weird the amount of times that I’ve stayed there and I never get any kind of emails from them saying thanks for staying or asking how I liked my stay. But probably because I am not a big gambler so they probably don’t feel the need to entice me to come back. IMHO. But I will be back. It is convenient to where I work only a mile away.

Very old hotel and be prepared to leave with lung damage after your stay. It is a smokers paradise.

The front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful with any questions that i had especially since it was a last min book (literally 10 mins before i walked through the door to check in). They were also informative. The on site restaurant was exceptionally clean and the food was delicious. I will 100% stay there again if i come to Vegas again. The price was a steal

Nice hotel about a mile from the strip. The room itself was really nice. Very spacious and a large comfortable king bed. The room rivaled the bigger named hotels on the strip. Walls were a little thin so don’t be surprised to hear your neighbors and their various activities. The hotel itself is situated by the airport so keep in mind that you are in the flight path of departing flights every minute or so. That’s what woke me up Sunday morning. WiFi is spotty for sure. Don’t expect much from the casino either. It’s just a little smaller and with some outdated machines. But overall, a much better choice of hotels off the strip than many others.

Our stay at the Silver Sevens was just overnight. It was pleasant.
There is no smoking. There were even signs posted No Pets and No Marijuana. I was pleased to see them. The hotel was clean and had a citrusy clean smell.
Our room was no-frills, without a refrigerator or microwave and we were fine with it. The bathroom was a bit small. We had to practically step in the shower to close the door. The room was clean and tidy. The air-conditioning worked well.
We visited the restaurant upstairs. The food was good and was served hot. The serving staff was friendly.
I wanted some hot tea after 10pm. McDonald’s and 7-11 failed me. I went to the gift shop market and I was able to get a nice cup of hot tea with a choice of flavors.
The beds were clean and very comfortable. We had the best night sleep of our entire trip. Also the best-feeling shower of the whole trip.
Checking out was easy. We just handed the key cards in at the lobby and they took care of it.

Definitely not what expected. Only good things about this hotel was the front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. I've never complained about a room but his time the stagnat smell of urine and heavy smoke in a room with a patio was just unbeatable. The sheets, carpets, curtains everything was stained. After being downgraded to an upstairs room on the 3rd floor the room was in better state in smell and looks. There was a $60 dollar difference I was told since she had no more patio rooms available but she couldnt refund since I had booked with Hotels.com. The food at the upstairs cafe was okay although my hashbrowns tasted as if they had been cooked with old frying oil but I didnt complain about it I just didnt eat them. The cafe isnt open 24hr as the sign outside says sonwe had to walk about 2 blocks to find some dinner. Our waitress at the cafe was very friendly though. Tje pool is not functional until March 2025 in case you were looking into enjoying that too. Overall the one night was definitely not what expected and would not return again.

Its like a hostel. The property was bit different. It didn’t seem to be a 3 star hotel. Not satisfied for the price I paid.

Multiple roaches. I had to leave belongings behind so I did not take them to my home. Front desk staff unrepentant and unhelpful

It was good for what we wanted. Close to the airport and a free shuttle. The cost was good.

Extremely rude "security" and front desk people (at least some) not very helpful or accommodating. Room was mostly clean except for bathroom. Pool was out of service from mid October to next year and there was NO signage or notice until you walked to the pool gate. The shuttle runs ONLY once an hr to airport and back.

I was disappointed that there wasn’t a shuttle from the airport when I arrived. I booked this hotel because of the availability of a shuttle. After checking in, I found it very difficult to find an elevator and to find my room. The hallways were like a maze to me.

Will never stay there again. Smoky, even in non-smoking section and rooms. Charged us extra fees that were bogus. Didn't have the concept of 'do not disturb', so got knocks all morning asking if we wanted room clean. Loud noise from casino until at least midnight.

The customer service was excellent. The carpet was not clean but the rest of room was perfect

This was a simple stay, we were in town for the night due to a flight delay.
4.0
Rooms and services were good. Corridors and other places not as clean but it is budget friendly hotel. Smoke smell is quite much in casino
4.0
Quick stay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean (except under the bed, discovered the next morning while gathering our own belongings.) Quiet enough to sleep though we could easily hear neighbors TVs, but AC helped drown them out. Definitely worth the price.

The resort was close UNLV where we attended a conference. It’s a great value but it’s a little bit older looking than some of the other resorts we’ve used. Our room door had to be closed forcefully to close, the phone did not work at all. There was a noticeable security presence. The staff was noticeable and friendly. If you want or need to save money this is a decent option. It just feels a bit old.

Hotel is pretty run down. The bathroom door handle was broken when we got here. Thur pool and spa were not available (a big part of why we booked here). We had two options of hotel. After being here, I should have booked the other one.
