One night stay, near airport, adequate for early departure from airport.

The whole hotel seems like everything is bandage fixed. Doors, buttons, are all falling apart. Room was pretty clean but their bed was not comfortable and blanket sheets was so thin it did not keep us warm overnight

At 0330 on a Tuesday morning, I jumped out the the bed to the sound of alarms and explosions just outside of my door. This went on for over a minute and I thought the hotel was going to explode. I asked for some sort of refund the next day and I was given the managers name and number. He has yet to return my call after leaving 5 messages with the front desk. Stay far away from this hotel!

Very convenient for the F1, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only disappointment was the ac room was loud and so was the room refrigerator. Checking in was fast and easy which was super plus.

Lovely big room. Unfortunately was too cold for pool. If I ever back in Vegas will stay again here. Will definitely recommend to friends. 10 short mins rids from the strip but quiet and roomy. Breakfast could use an upgrade…

Unique hotel - great location to conferences and airport - across from Virgin Hotel - all in all good value.

The images of the hotel online look amazing, i wouldnt say it was worlds away from that. It has a very beautiful courtyard for relaxing. The car park was somewhat dirty lots of graffiti and trash around. The room we stayed in was not very clean, hairs in shower, blinds were holding on by a thread on the window. There was some red substance (possibly food?) Splattered on the walls around the tv area. There was no microwave or tea/coffee maker in the rooms. This would actually be a great addition instead of having to walk to main entrance every time you want tea/coffee. That being said the hygiene in breakfast/restaurant was really good. The food was delicious, lots of options and changes daily. Definitely recommend the food here. The rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. Staff are really friendly both at reception and in the restraunt. Overall our stay was good.

Like:
#1: Location. Close to the convention center
#2: Property is old but very clean, especially room
Dislike:
#1: Refrigerator did not perform good and making noise
#2: Aircon performed very well on first day/night but not very well on second day/night
#3: extra room supplies not ready at the room. had to ask a toilet tissue. had to use one (for each person) bath towel for 2 days.
#4: smoking allowed at the parking lot only. There is no trash/butt can at the parking lot.
Conclusion:
Good for prices, Very good for convention or UNLV visiting. everything else is just ordinary.

Enjoyed newly remodeled rooms. Clean and comfy!

Hallway was still under construction (giant gap between door and frame for room 2204), room was not well cleaned before hand (stains on couch, barbeque sauce on the bathroom light switch), TV was out for an entire day, remote control also had dead batteries. Outside of the pool and breakfast there is not much appealing about the property.

This is an area that smells very bad and it is also full of homeless I felt very insecure.

When first entering the room we noticed our balcony door wasn't locking correctly. Definitely felt unsafe since we were so close to an alley way. The TV remote and box were not working correctly and had to be adjusted. The TV wasn't even mounted into the wall but had wall mounts on the back for some reason. Some of the outlets didn't work in the room and was hard to charge phones. The bathroom had black mold all around the shower base as well as the back of the bathroom door. There were stains splattered as well. When the maintenance person came to correct the issues he kept huffing and making noises while trying to correct the issues and ultimately ended up saying the whole place has issues and being dismissive.

The Serene is just that. A serene environment to enjoy amidst the chaos of Las Vegas.
The property boasts an enormous central courtyard with numerous, well appointed pools and lush lawns. The low density property, has large, comfortable rooms, a recently opened spa and an excellent restaurant.
The staff is organized, efficient, polite and friendly making every effort to accomodate guests.
The Serene is an oasis in the desert and a gem one will return to time and time again.

Good location, poorly maintained property, shower head and hose badly leaking, shower head too low couldn’t even stand under to shower, no tea or coffee facilities in room, only 1 seat at table, with two guests staying, no couch, hanging shelf too low,

The room was nice and clean. The associates are very nice. However, I feel that smoking should be allowed on the balconies like at the Cosmopolitan. That's why I stay there when I can afford it. My room at the Serine already smelled of smoke when I arrive. I reported this to both staff members immediately. (Kellii and Elena)

I had already paid online and as I arrived at night, I was charged another substantial fee that was for hotel. I was told it was required and not included as it should have in the original price tag of the hotel site.

Give 4 stars since we believe the property has changed ownership since our last visit (2022).
There is work going around the property to hopefully improve it.

Stains on the floors. Mold in the shower. Furniture had stains and chips in wood

I think serene was a very clean and decent place to stay. The lobby is outdated and looks like a cheap porno. The pool was dirty. The rooms were spotless! Very clean, decent size and was great for our quick stay in Vegas. If the staff and owners would just give it a little update it would be great. It just looks cheap and dingy. But the room was clean, and the staff was great, so I guess that’s what matters.

We stayed here before (2022). We like this type of hotel over the hirise like on the Strip.

Old hotel. Seems like they try to upkeep it though. Sheets had yellow stains. The minimalist in the rooms isn’t enough to make the whole room feel like theirs air conditioner. Just the front room it’s in. Staff was friendly and nice. Decent spot if there’s nothing else.

This place was a disappointment. They didn’t wash our blankets that they had layed out on the bed for us when we arrived. They had white crusty stains on them which was absolutely disgusting! And the furniture was even worse, we felt like we couldn’t sit down on them due to how badly they were stained!

Close to the airport, there are many eateries and good eateries around, as well as a pharmacy where you can shop for almost anything.

It was clean, staff was very friendly, and they were fast with requests such as needing extra pillows. The price was great and it was peaceful. Will definitely look into this place again when I return to Vegas.

Came here for a quick one night stay. Location was excellent to get to/from airport and the complex was clean throughout.

Hotel was average. The pool was closed because it failed inspection. I was really looking forward to lounging by the pool and there was no sort of compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, hotel was close enough from the strip (I am a fit individual and would suggest it is just outside of walking distance). Cheap enough to Lyft or Uber.
