The desk representative was very helpful and very friendly. Thank youbthe room was clean and spacious appreciated that. Your surrounded by different restaurant and department stores within reason.

The manager was very helpful and accommodating. Older hotel but she put use in Rm 203 which had been updated. The property is old and allot of it needs work. Our room was clean and everything worked. Dod not spot any bugs or dirty stains. Cheap place worth the money, I would advise checking room before checking in.

Stained bedspreads, torn sheets, very old towels, filthy air conditioner. We are not ones to complain but at $75 plus tax this was certainly not a bargain.

This hotel advertised business services which included a computer and printer. The computer was missing and no one knew what happened. I was in room 122, and There was domestic violence coming from my neighbor on the left. Screaming, yelling, door slamming. I called the police, and they came to investigate. (The next door guests were a hot mess (drinking/drugs) this was 3 days ago. The last 2 days, the hotel was having serious plumbing problems. In my bathroom, I could hear a loud machine pounding away. In the beginning, i thought it was the washer and dryer. I went to the office and was told they are having maintenance problems but when i asked when it would be fixed, they said the manager was out of town and they have no idea. I wore ear plugs the last 2 days. This was not a good experience at the hotel and wish to get a refund for the last 2 days.

This hotel was terrible i refused to stay in this nasty drug hotel. The hotel was dirty and had people outside doing drugs not a safe place for a mother and child to stay at...

The overall cleanness of the room was fair. The shower had a smoked cigarette and a razor top in the top corners. bathroom floors were dirty around the walls. The people next door were loud and sounded like they were chopping something loud next to the wall

When we arrived all the housekeepers had quit so our room wasn’t clean and ready as I talked to front desk about just getting off the road not having anywhere to go until it was only to find out it was clean. Went to the room and there was a dirty rag still hanging in the shower and the pillowcases where still dirty.

The property is kinda run down, rusty microwave in room, the beds were horribly uncomfortable..you sink into them, & the people staying there have a lot of drugs & prostitution things going on.

The rooms were filthy, saw roaches crawling in room. 2 night stay, no maid service. Walk to office and turn dirty towels in for clean ones.

Staff was friendly and efficient. The bathroom was not very clean, particularly the floor. TV had a broken stand. Ancient coffee maker and heating/AC unit. Property needs an upgrade. Some sketchy people hanging around---seemed like they were living at the hotel, and we felt a little uneasy.

I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up at the window when I checked in. Rang the bell several times, knocked on the window, and used my phone to call several times. The woman said she was trying to get someone’s TV to work. Had to wait again when I checked out but that was not nearly as long.

Clean but not as advertised. Bed had block holding it up, safety lock was broken, microwave was crappy,fridge was rocky. Door badges stop working twice in the 3 days I was there. Homeless people begging for money in the parking lot.

Cheap, convenient, clean, sufficient. Very noisy heater. But I didn't expect much for $60. I just needed someplace to get a sound sleep for one night and this was a good solution.

A little dated, the room could use some routine maintenance (i.e. toilet valve, light next to bed broken. Ice machine not available, have to go to lobby to ask for ice, no vending machines, have to go to Dollar General next door for drinks and chips) quiet location, not the best neighborhood but not the worse either. Would stay there again.

Parking could be better, it's hard to get around large trucks that are parked. Beds were not very comfortable.

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. Even for the low price, I still expected a little more. The carpet was filthy; I can't be certain that the bathroom was cleaned as there was an old bar of soap in the shower with hair on it from, I'm assuming previous guests (picture included); everything was dated. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone under any circumstances. They are in need of a serious upgrade!

The hotel was noisy and musty smelling when we arrived. The parking wad horrible. Not a place for a family to stay. The staff on the second day was rude. Our card did not work and she blamed us for it not working. The pillows were super thin and the blankets smelled. The remote to the TV did not turn the TV on or off. Will not be staying here again.
