This was a nice little place to stay while we were in town for my daughter’s graduation. The bed was comfortable and the area was very quiet. The only downfall was the temperature of the room was not in our control at all. The commute to Reed Arena for graduation was very easy and quick!

I booked this place expecting a new and unique experience. With a name of Vineyard Court Designer Suite and beautiful pictures on the web site I was expecting a nice Italian Villa type experience, what we got was an old, re-purposed, apartment complex with boiler style heating that they don't turn on until there has been an extended period of cold weather. So we were expected to heat the place with a 9 inch, plastic counter-top heater that wouldn't heat the bathroom. The pillows were stained and the bed was full of dog hair apparently because they consider themselves dog friendly. We checked in at 4:00 pm and went to the event that we were in town for and got back to the room at 11:00. There is no front desk support after 10:00 pm so we just left and made the 3 hour drive back home starting at midnight. Definitely not the experience I had hoped for.

Friendly staff and a pretty courtyard. But old apartments with old furniture. The AC is central for everyone and cannot be set, so the rooms were like ice blocks the entire time. It was cheap so we got what we paid for I guess.

Old, smelly, found 2 dead bags on floor.

The room was decent. It has potential but definitely needs to be updated. The pricepoint is reflective.

Great place

How do you go from $350/night on a Saturday to $60/night on a Sunday. That tells you everything you need to know about this place. Price gouging. It's a dump. Cockroaches and weed smell. Enough said.

Good from far, far from good. The courtyard is actually nice and relaxing but the walkways to the room had dead cockroaches (many) and stains on the carpet. As we walked through the door we were hit with a heavy smell of weed that never went away. The outlet in the bathroom didnt work. The bed was not comfortable and we felt the need to pull the sheets and inspect for bed bugs (none). Parking arrangement is a little strange. About the only good thing was the water pressure.

The front desk was extremely helpful! The actual room was a little dated, bed wasn't very comfortable.

Very dated but I imagine it was absolutely adorable back in its day. Bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. Squeaked every time you even blinked so I didn't sleep well but I appreciated the hot shower with strong water pressure. I would stay here again if I was in a pinch.

Comfortable bed. A little difficult to get up after sitting a while on sofa sleeper (sitting on the sofa), a bit deep. Kitchen is a very nice amenity. Roo. Prep a bit off...3 tissues fanned out in nice presentation in kleenex box, but they were the only 3 tissues in the empty box. Shower head had a lot of water/mineral deposits around entire surface. It's an older property, but it is more apartment or studio style than traditional hotel room, which is unique & nice.

Really great location. Grounds and room are in need of updating but it has great potential. a new mattress and blackout shades would've made a big difference.

Absolutely hated the staff and service. I loved the property and comfortable environment. The dark skinned young lady with glasses and colorful braids showed awesome customer service and was very nice and professional. The other staff members need a new profession they where so disrespectful and rude

Great for our overnight stay!

Upon check in we were charged extra for additional guest even though occupancy is 4. Also tried to charge us $15 more for a 2:00 check in when we call the day before and they said 2 with no extra fee. No VIP benefits

It'll be nice if in time the furniture in suites could be refreshed/upgraded to bring fresh feel.

We stay here with our dog every time she has an appointment at Texas A & M Small Clinic. Some rooms have microwave and/or stove top.

Improve the breakfast area, expand it.

The front office closes at 10. So make sure you plan to check in before then. They called to make sure we would be in before they closed and thankfully we made it.
The hotel seems to be an apartment complex thay was updated and converted into a hotel. It was nice enough for a one night stay and having 2 bedrooms for the price of a regular hotel room was nice. We would stay again.

It is an older 2-story building. Our unit was very hot on entering and took until next day to cool down. The kitchen fridge is so old, made loud noises and finally died day we left. The beds are comfy, the sheets were like sand paper. I had to get my beach towel and lay in that. Yes it was that bad. decorations are outdated, couch has two huge areas where people have sat. If the place and fixtures were updated, would have been real nice. The laundry room was very nice and cold A/C on. The breakfast was okay, no ice maker on property. I would not stay here again, would go to a hotel with updated AC unit and furnishings.

Very comfortable and dog friendly. It was nice to have the private courtyard.

The place was an experience. It was like an expensive hotel you would find in the old country only with charm. I felt comfortable and secure with the rooms opening to the courtyard.

This place is great for the price and location. Wish they would update the mattress on the beds but really like this place overall.

The property was very clean and the staff, Ny Ny, was awesome.

The property is pretty run down with stains on the walls, dirty dishes, and some moths in the suite. We stayed in a suite with a pull-out bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress obviously needs to be replaced. Although the reservation was for four people, there were not enough towels and toiletries for the four of us and we had to ask for more. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the pool - but like most other parts of the property, it was run down. On the morning of our departure, we found out the pool was closed and receptionist said the pool cleaner was unavailable until the next day (and was not at all apologetic about it). We will not be staying here again.

We had booked the hotel for the pool but it was closed and wasn't going to be ready before we checked out. We still enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great location, but need to better cleanliness.

Best thing was a 2 bedroom apartment for a somewhat good price. HOWEVER, it's time for a REMODEL! Furniture is very outdated and NOT comfortable especially the couch. Bathroom had mold and very old fixtures. Cleaning crew was great and very friendly and did what they could.

Nice upgrade to a larger suite. New person checking in, but she was very friendly.

Can't tell how cool it is when you drive up. It was an oasis in the middle of a city! We were not able to enjoy all of the amenities, and wanted to stay longer. Love the unique feel, courtyard, kitchenette, etc.

Staff was great! Clean rooms.. rooms stocked with everything needed. Only downfall was getting clean towels and that there’s no pool towels.. but stay was great! It felt like home away from home! Will definitely stay again when we come visit my granddaughter at college..
