We had an amazing time at this hotel, it is a beautiful piece of architecture and has excellent service, located in the heart of Morelia.

Literally the best hotel. I’ve stayed at the Ritz in Mexico City and USA, by far this is the most beautiful hotel that transports you back in time (inside an oasis of artisan workmanship and beauty). Just absolutely stunning and lovely. And, the staff also very attentive and thoughtful in every detail.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff seems very proud to do their work. The location is excellent just a few steps from the main plaza. Food and service were magnificent.

Beautiful hotel. Soledad suite was gorgeous. Restaurant was almost perfect, yet I found a hair on my plate. Server did not seem to care. He just took my plate and charged our bill right away. Was upset but couldn’t find it in my heart to give it less than 5 stars. Hopefully it never happens again.

Gorgeous hotel, feels like a Mexican Hacienda (very luxurious). Its location is perfect, at a walking distance from the Cathedral.

It’s hard to explain in words how amazing this property is. The staff is exceptional and staying here was the pinnacle of our trip. The beauty in visiting Morelia lies in La Soledad. The restaurant was amazing. The security makes the property feel safe and will be always at your service. There’s only 1 place in Morelia to stay if you want to have an amazing time. Beyond grateful.

Will come back any time. The only problem is that every time we wanted to use the restaurant we were told it was full, and we could see it was hardly half the tables busy. We had to say that we were staying at the hotel for the hosted to make an effort to find us a table. Recommendation is to reserve a table the day before.

Beautiful property! Some of the staff members need training on how to treat customers.

It is the best hotel in town. I highly recommend staying there on a honeymoon or for couples. The hotel has a romantic atmosphere.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, but the restaurant is mid.

Front desk staff didn't offer any information about hotel dining, services, basically just here your key and that's it. For such a nice hotel and the price, I expected a little bit more welcoming.

This is a world-class hotel!
The grounds and rooms are absolutely stunning, and the staff are all very friendly, professional and accommodating.
The location is the best in Morelia as almost everything is within an easy walking distance.
My wife and I enjoyed the spectacular firework show at 9:00pm.
If you're in Morelia, this is probably the best place to stay.

This is a beautiful hotel. The check-in process was interesting, as they do not explain anything but move quickly to have you sign your life away.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the historical center as the cathedral is just steps away. The hotel itself is beautiful and very luxurious while the service we received was excellent. Pricing is at the higher end for Morelia hotels, but definitely worth it. The grounds were lovely and provided a great ambiance for a magnificent stay. Our room was very spacious and clean and had a great sitting area. Although the room windows faced the street, we could hear no noise from the outside. Non hotel guests are limited to the ground floor where restaurant is located. We appreciated this as non hotel guests couldn’t roam freely all over property as we experienced in other hotels. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again in future trips.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. This hotel is beyond beautiful. From the minute you walk into the property the decor, the grounds, the ambience is truly magical. The rooms are super nice, comfortable beds, super clean and decor a plus. Dining is superb, delicious food. Staff are friendly and so accommodating in all your needs. Highly recommend this hotel and will return in the near future.

Ive stayed in this property multiple times for years. I’m happy to say that they haven’t put their guard down, every time I go the place is immaculate.
I love it there. That’s my number one choice.
