HOTEL FRENTE A LA PLAYA

Ubicación. Habitación remodelada sencilla, pero bien,es un tres estrellas Estaba limpia.

Las camas. No sé si hay distinta categoría de camas,pero cogimos una habitación de dos camas y eran pequeñas en ancho y largo. los colchones eran duros y nada confortables. La televisión tenía todos los canales de pago, pero no hubo forma de poder ver los canales normales y poder ver las noticias y otras cosas que no fueran series o películas. La 1 la 2 la 3 ......desterradas.El ascensor . La cafetería necesita una remodelación.

Hôtel idéal pour apprécier le feu d’artifice sur la baie

Idéalement placé sur la Concha, tout près du vieux San Sebastián pour aller manger des tapas. Personnel très sympathique.

Le parking proposé par l’hôtel est à une centaine de mètres, attention il est bien mais assez petit. La salle de petit déjeuner est très petite, il manque de la place

Contenta porque la ubicación es muy buena es la segunda vez que estoy en el hotel y me gusta

La ubicación es extraordinaria. El desayuno es limitado el bufet en opciones pero está bien.

Las habitaciones son bonitas pero les falta algo más de decoración. No tienen en el teléfono instrucciones para llamar no hay detalles en el baño como kleenex súper importantes algo para escribir un block para notas pluma Es súper básico lo que tiene la habitación.

The best location in San Sebastián

This was the second time I visited San Sebastián and stayed at the same hotel. Niza Hotel is great. Location is perfect, just in front of the beach and close by the city center (walking distance). I chose a room with sea view and was very beautiful. Also the room was very nice, with super comfortable beds and pillows. Personnel was very kind and always available to help us with advice. I will come back.

Beautiful elegant hotel on the sea front

This is a beautiful, elegant hotel and the sea view rooms are breathtaking. It is right on the sea front with a walk of about 1km along the front to the old town. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a beautiful antique lift. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in superb location with friendly and helpful staff. Our room had a glorious view over the whole bay, and the beach was literally on our doorstep. The promenade, many restaurants and bars, and more shops than anyone needs were right next door. It was wonderful, and we'll be back, that's for sure.

Smallest, cheapest room..

The location was perfect. Outside of the room, the hotel was beautiful. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good (though not included in the price). The bathroom was fine, the bed wasn't super comfortable, but I've had worse.

Had İ not asked beforehand, I'd have been terribly disappointed but my room: the small window looked upon the ventilation duct. The room was airless, hot and of course there was no natural light. The air conditioning and ventilator helped, but they were very noisy.. There was lots of hair left behind on the floors from the previous guests.

The location on the beach was great and the bed very comfortable.

The dining room was very loud and outdated. It could use a makeover with soundproofing. The antique elevator was charming the first few times but got to be a workout after that.

Seafront location. The breakfasts and evening tapas were good.

Lack of air-conditioning in the bedroom. It was very hot at night, never below 23c our first night.

very old hotel—A/C wasn’t working but the very nice staff took the parking cost off our bill to make up for this. Badly needs updating and the mattresses are very hard. condition of hotel and bed would not justify cost, in my opinion.

I would not recommend to get the Breakfast. The quality of the buffet was very good but it was very basic for the amount they charge

We had a wonderful stay and look forward to a return visit.

We found the hotel tricky to locate but once alerted the staff were so helpful, especially Estavalid (spelling?) and John. The view from the room was exceptional and worth the tradeoff of no AC. Breakfast was good and Elena was a welcome face each morning.
