Amazing place to stay, really well located. We didn’t get our check in email until after we had arrived so didn’t have the code to get into our room (the desk is not open late afternoon) other than that no complaints.

Pros: Great location for exploring, super comfortable bed, hot shower.
Cons: Parking is difficult if you don't want to pay the 25-30 euros. We parked in the tiniest place in a "lot" that was about a 10 minute walk away and we were extremely lucky to find that "spot". No AC after Oct 1st. The room was pretty warm so we just ended up opening the windows, which helped a lot. The issue then was the noise. Super loud below, with scooters, cars, and pedestrians going by all night. We closed the windows for a while to be able to sleep. It was so loud, even with using earplugs. Communication: we sent a message on whatsapp asking about the AC unit, using the after hours number (since it was after 2 pm), and we never received any response until the following morning shortly before we checked out. Breakfast: you can walk down the street to get a sandwich, coffee, or morning pastry for 12 euros per person. No thanks. We found a nearby market and bought some fresh fruit instead.
Overall: We did like the close proximity to everything, and the bed was super comfy. The room was also spacious and nice.

One of the most amazing hotel i’ve ever stayed. Great location, very historical apartment and room. You can feel like real Italian at the place. Very clean, hot and huge room. The mini bar was full of pretty snacks. The only thing is the bed was not in a balance. I felt backache in the morning. However, the stuff was very kind, helpful and friendly. You can accomodite comfortably.

Clean room and contactless check in. It is in a great location to walk around town

The room was a good size. Beds could be upgraded. This place was supposed to have AC, but it did not work and our room was so hot none of us could sleep. The contact for the place didn't seem to care much and didn't even offer fans or anything. Very disappointed with this accommodation.

It's not really a hotel -- other than the room, there is nothing –– but rather an office that hands out keys to rooms. My room was nice enough, but staff leaves after lunch, so after that you're on your own. One can leave one's bag when checking out, but it isn't really secure. And the phone they leave out to call a taxi if one needs one didn't work, at least not for me.

Careful staying here if you have any mobility issues. You must take stairs to get there and carry your luggage up. Clean quiet property.

Conveniently situated in Sienna within walking distance of the major sites, restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious and clean with great air conditioning. Great size for us and our 2 kids.

Very clean accommodation close to the center. My only complaint is in the room right by the reception desk is impossible to sleep past 8am as the reception can be very loud. Otherwise, clean, comfortable, spacious!

Amazing aparthotel. It is located right in the historic center, 5min walk from the Duomo. It is suited to many nights stay as well since it has kitchen and laundry areas.
The check in process can be done completely online.
I would definitely stay here again

The pillow and bed were extremely comfortable, so I thought about buying the same brand for my home. Perfect location and easy check-in in terms of covid procedure.

Great location. We didn't get the full experience because of COVID restrictions. The hotel sent a thorough and detailed letter for check-in which made it a breeze. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was strong.

We had a very pleasant time staying in Montessoro. The two hosts were very helpful and gave us good information about the train and the hikes.

Very clean and furnished new looking. The space is good and the all you can eat breakfast for $8e is luxury.

We stayed in one of the apartments across the street from the hotel, which was perfect for the three of us. The rooms were beautiful, as were the shared and private garden areas. The kitchen and bathroom were well appointed and meticulously clean. It all felt very special.
I will definitely stay at Piazza Paradiso on future visits to Siena.

First I chose and reserve Duomo Hotel and the confirmation came from Paraiso. It iş important because Duomo Hotel has a reception working after 18h00, Paraiso has not. I phone them 3 hours before I came, I inform my arrival hour and I ask them if I must know something special, they told me no! I came in the city, there was a celebration in the hotel district. All the roads was full of people. Quasi impossible to drive. We could leave luggages in the hotel and go to parking. But the roads were even more overcrowded. We couldnt drive, we call a taxi, he helped us to find a parking. We loose more than 1 hour with all this thinks. When I call them, they should tell us this special event, that it will be impossible to drive in the city between event hours. But no, they told nothing. In the mean time, we came at the hotel at the same time that another client of Duomo Hotel, the receptionist helped them to go to the parking etc... I am very dissapointed. First, I did not sleep in the hotel that I reserved, second they really dont care about their client.

We stayed three nights in unit #6 one bedroom apartment and we absolutely loved it. The apartment was well equipped, spacious, clean, very comfortable and just beautiful - so much character and so Tuscan. We had two patio areas - one shared and one private. We didn't want to leave and would definitely recommend a stay here if you are in Siena.

very kind staff, but being moved for overbooking and flawed wifi connections (often absent) make it a problem. Getting to Siena by car is a challenge. Parking and not getting fines is a convoluted exercise. Siena should have free wifi. The administration should smell the coffee.

Excellent choice of place to stay in Siena: very comfortable, impeccably clean, located right in the historical center, barely a 5-minute walk to the duomo and maybe 7 minutes to Piazza del Campo, and even a room overlooking the street was quite quiet. There is a trattoria right across the street, and plenty more dining options within easy walking distance, since youre right in the center. The only slightly challenging thing is parking, but they send you very detailed parking instructions for how to get nearby but without breaking the zona traffico limitato rules. (Another solution: if you dont mind a little walk, put porta san Marco in your GPS, which takes you up the hill towards the city until you get to Porta San Marco, which is one of the old city gates. At that point, drive past it and start driving back down the hill. Pass all of the restricted to residents parking spaces (outlined with blue lines and labeled as only for residents), until you get to the first blue parking spaces with a sign that tells you the hours in which you have to pay for parking. You can park in those and pay at the meter (8 am to 8 pm). From there its a solid 10-15 minute walk uphill to the hotel, so probably its much closer if you just follow the hotels parking instructions, but its another option if you dont mind walking and dont want to risk the whole ZTL thing at all (or if theres construction, like when we were there). In summary, though: excellent choice for staying in Siena

The service and communication provided by Piazza Paradiso was exceptional. We had a very difficult time navigating the streets of Siena and the staff here were a phone call away every time providing help. Maps were laid out with recommendations for dinner and landmarks suggested. The room was very clean and so close to everything you want to see in Siena. I cannot fault a single thing from this hotel. Thank you so much.

I recommend this hotel highly. The friendly guys at the front desk gave me restaurant suggestions, good directions to the market, and carried my heavy bag down the steps after I bought too much wine! The breakfast arrangement at the nearby bar/restaurant was great.

Great Location and wonderful breakfast in the caffe down the street. Room was somewhat noisy as it was on the street - thoughtfully, earplugs were provided.

Great boutique hotel. HUGE room. Nice, large bathroom. Within walking distance to all of Siena's sights. Super helpful and friendly manager. His restaurant recommendation was our best dinner in Italy. Would definitely stay here again.
