The Hotel Indigo is an impeccably cared for property that is closest to the spectacular beaches of the La Paz area. In addition to two lovely pools, they have a great beach club on a white sand beach. The staff were all, without exception, incredibly friendly and helpful. We plan to return again every year.

It has the city's power plant next to it, so it was always filled with smoke, even the room hallways were all filled with smoke, couldnt breathe, did 2 day early checkout and property charged me the whole stay.. terrible experience, front desk people very rude!! DO NOT STAY in this hotel.

There’s a lot that’s great about this hotel- the staff is wonderful, the restaurant is good, Martin is the best pool bartender and the beach club cocktails and food is excellent. The little harbor location is good- but it is far from town (a 10-15 min taxi). BUT it was in the middle of renovations when we went- which we did NOT know before we arrived. The construction was next door to the pool, making the pool impossible to enjoy. And we were woken up twice in the night with the most intense toxic smell from finishing the floors 2 levels below us. It was not only unpleasant, but it made breathing really difficult. We talked to the front desk but it didn’t help much.

We love that the resort is so close to all the most beautiful beaches! Balandra beach was breathtakingly beautiful. Pichilingue beach was so relaxing. We found our home away from home! Lastly, the staff at the resort was top notch, from the receptionist to all the restaurant staff to the cleaning crew. Thank you for taking great care of us!

The property was beautiful and the staff was great. The bedd was too hard and the pillows too soft for my, woke up everyday w a sore neck and stiff back. Also the pool was unusually warm. Not uncomfortable, but noticeable. Still loved the resort and I would stay there again.

We love La Paz and the harbor area. This hotel has a nice location within minutes from Malecon and some of the best beaches in Baja. It is also in the Goff/ Harbor area and has really nice amenities. I enjoyed having drinks at the pool and Martin and the other bar tender were great. Hope to be back very soon.

House keeping and front desk staff provided good service as the attendants. Restaurant had bad service in the morning even with the limited guest present. No bar is open late and they wont allow outside drinks or food by pool area even though you cannot get any of these items since they close early. Any outside beverages or food will have to be eaten in your room.

The staff here were GREAT. Extremely friendly, accommodating and informative. We were treated well by everyone: the concierge, the management and even the restaurant staff. Great resort. Great value. Highly recommended. We'll be back for sure.

I do not consider this to be a 5 star hotel at all. For the price you pay for a room with a “sea view”, it was very disappointing. I stayed an extra night but decided to change to a cheaper room, it was completely the same just the “view” was different. The room was very simple. I would consider this hotel 3.5 maybe 4.0. Definitely NOT 5 stars.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The spa was divine and a must-do for pure relaxation. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet pool (Tues-Friday) and the walkability to the marina and its restaurants. We wish there would have been lounge chairs/umbrellas more conveniently located to enjoy the beautiful, secluded, pristine beach though.

This was our second stay at CostaBaja Resort and we love it!! You feel very safe and secure. Surrounding marina village is wonderful with great restaurants. We needed COVID test to fly home and the staff had someone come over and due the testing with limited time and fuss!! We will defiantly return again and again!!
