Idéal pour quelques jours à proximité de Genève

Grand logement en duplex avec petite cuisine, à deux pas de la frontière.super piscine et salle de musculation sympa , bar avec possibilité de manger , terrasse. Très calme malgré la proximité de l’aéroport

カルフールという大きなスーパーが徒歩で行ける距離にあり便利です。夕飯はスーパーで買って部屋の電子レンジで温めてたべました。冷蔵庫は良く冷えます。冷凍庫に入れた保冷剤もカチコチに凍りお土産のマカロンを保冷剤に挟んで持ち帰りました。到着した日はとても蒸し暑い日でしたが部屋にエアコンがあり快適でした。朝食は種類が豊富で特にスモークサーモンが美味しくて毎朝いただきました！

Mauvaise nuit , alors que le seul but était de passer une bonne nuit avant de prendre l’avion

L’emplacement pour la proximité de l’aéroport en restant en France

Nous avons occupé l’appartement 221. Une très mauvaise odeur. Sans doute dûe à des moquettes sales et anciennes. Les chambres donnent sur la rue et une isolation phonique inexistante fait que nous avons eu le bruit de la circulation des véhicules toute la nuit et même des personnes discutant sur le trottoir.

We had a very pleasant stay and found the majority of staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly.

Good location, majority of staff were very friendly, quiet pool area. Centrally located for bus into Geneva. Upon our arrival late at night Hubert promptly brought us a glass to milk to our room for our toddler which was very much appreciated! The younger bar man and another multilingural receptionist were very helpful and hospitable.

The noise on bin collection morning (6am) was awful and roadworks were still not complete - hotel website needs updating on this. It would have been nice to have more vegetarian meals on the menu too.

A Nice Little Jewel in Paris

The two Filipino staff and the Sri Lankan front desk person were very helpful and pleasant to converse with. The others are okay too but, these 3 I thought treated us really well.

Nothing really. The elevator was small but kinda nice and unique.

Pool was nice and self laundry machine was so helpful!

Inconsistent House keeping service, they didn’t come everyday. When I requested morning service as we needed the room, they didn’t come etc… maybe the hotel should have the door knob card “ please clean my room” sign?

Large free parking. There is a large store nearby where you can buy groceries. There is a kitchen and dishes and a dishwasher. The airport is 5 minutes away. A good varied breakfast. The family room is quite large. There is a bedroom with two beds and a sofa in the living room.

The hotel is declared as 4 stars, but there can't be such a dirty room in a 4-star hotel. A huge stain on the carpet. The whole sofa is also stained. Dirty bed linen, and someone's discarded food is lying on the balcony, and it's dirty and very old. Check out of the hotel at 11 o'clock, exactly at this time we were leaving the room, but the phone rang and I came back. It turned out that they were calling from the reception to inform us that we should already vacate the room. The hotel is half empty. There wasn't even a 5 minute delay. We travel a lot and this is the first time.

Good location when avoiding the buzz of Geneva

Good location when aiming to be in Geneva.very short distance to CERN and factually few hundred meters from border crossing only. Good breakfast service and choice

An OK stay for what we needed

Friendly staff and even received a message in the day to see if I had any special requests upon arrival.

Strange room layouts and quite dated but fine for what we needed which was just a night stopover, arriving late and before moving on the next morning.

The best place to spend the night before an early flight from Geneva airport.

This is a very decent hotel in a close proximity to the French sector of the Geneva airport. We arrived quite late when all nearby restaurants already closed. The manager on duty was very friendly and helpful and served us a nice supper from the products they had in the kitchen.

Good place close by to Geneva Airport.

Close proximity to Geneva airport so it's ideal place for overnight stays for early departures. It has dedicated parking which is a plus. Close to carrefour grocery and a pharmacy. It's in a quite residential area in south France.

The road constructions and road closures in the area is making the travel to and from quite confusing. Area is in the border of Geneva and France so Uber is not available if you are planning to go by Uber, they just dont come there as it's in the border. However, there's a closeby bus stop that takes you to Geneva city center or airport.

Good location but service was lacking

The location is very convenient for trips to Geneva and surrounding area. Everything you could need is provided in the rooms (iron, fridge, kettle, hob). The room size was fine and the breakfast was good.

The rooms are in need of renovation as they seem quite dated. The key cards for the rooms often didn't work and the cleaning was well below par for a four star hotel.

overall, most of the staffs are really nice and helpful, especially the gentleman who checked us in upon arrival. conve

breakfast was great, lots of choices of food, many tea options. Kitchenette and Bath was great.

Room was not clean enough as hair was found on the bed and floor was not hoovered especially near the area of the dining table. We paid all the room charge upon arrival, upon check out, the receptionist told us that we have an outstanding bill of 50 euros and she were asking us if we paid the whole room charge upon arrival. Eventually they found that it was a wrong posting of 50 euros about the purchase of suitcases which showed on my bill, and we didn’t purchase anything from the hotel.

Conveniently located: good hotel to use as a basefor visiting Genevre, excellent Quality/Price ratio

Very Good Location, just outside the France/Swiss border, on a road always free. Allowed us to reach the parkig in the centre of Geneve in 20min max by car. Plenty of free parking onsite as well at any time. Huge size of the room (2 floors) with a terrace in each floor and a small kitchenette (small but with all needed provided)

Cleanliness is OK, Staff not overly helpful.

I think that for guests that are alone, there should be a big bed instead of joining to single beds.
