The lady at check in was a bit arrogant.
The room has been freshened up but it looked like a quick job.
Price quality not in harmony.

My travel plan is for coming October 2022. but for some reason, the date was messed up. The booking was made for September. I tried contact the hotel a few times, but no answer. Once they took your money, you will not hear from them. I paid for 3 rooms but have not started my trip yet. I am very disappointed.

Pleasant stay in room with balcony and distant view of aqueduct and cathedral. On site restaurant mid-priced. Easy 1/2 hour walk to town centre.

Quiet place. Needs some improvement in the rooms. Overall nice place to stay at a great rate.

Very convenient and good value for money. Easy parking and access out of the city. If wanting to visit the city centre then it’s a little far out to walk.

An ideal hotel to stay at if you’re wanting to see the sites of Segovia. The hotel has free parking which is great as the parking in the centre is a Nightmare. There’s a bus stop just across the road from the hotel (number 4) which runs regularly and only takes maximum of 7 minutes into the centre at the cost of 1 Euro per person. The hotel itself is a little dated in some areas but is very clean and tidy. The staff are very welcoming and friendly they will help with anything you ask of them. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Segovia and would definitely recommend it.

Evítelo!!
La habitación además de pequeña, lúgubre, la ducha solo cabe medio cuerpo, el wifi no funciona en las habitaciones.
Peor hotel en q he pernoctado.

Preterty location was great , free parking outside of hotel is nice . The room is clean a little outdared but great for the price

reasonable price with free breakfast, close to shopping mall.
little bit noisy when we arrive at hotel because of wedding party.

Nice bed and shower. Pretty comfy. Free and easy parking and only 7 mins bus to the city centre. Totally recommended.

The staff service is clearly not trained to the job, the hotel seems very old and IS very old. Service at breakfast is disappointing and its quality not related with the cost.

The location is easy to get to Segovia old town which is a must. Do not recommend taking the car as parking is challenging. The looks like a grand Spanish villa and in keeping with the exquisite old style. There is a Lidl and Aldi 2 min walk away.
The bedroom is a decent size with comfortable bed with a long joint pillow and several cushions and has a cupboard for storage. The bathroom is also a decent size with large towels and basic toiletries and has a bidet too.
There are a couple of restaurants in the hotel and a bar but note that no meals are available until 8.30pm. The drinks in the bar are reasonably priced and the 2 barmen - Danny and Sergio are very professional and deliver a quick service. Danny speaks English so that was a bonus as this hotel is primarily Spanish oriented. Danny was able to assist us with the menu which was in Spanish.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful with directions and places to go.
Breakfast was good value as were the tapas.
Both Wifi and air-conditioning were excellent. The TV did not have any English channels.
There is heaps of free parking in front of the hotel and it appeared to be a safe and quiet area.
Overall: I loved the ambience of this hotel and have no hesitation to recommend it to travellers.

but only one lady can speak English and the food can be better if served more careful from the customers viewpoints.

I was charged twice for my stay - when I emailed them inquiring over the transaction, they refunded PART of it, but not all. They subsequently ignored all my attempts of contact.
Overall, the hotel was not worth this hassle. It is not that close to Segovia (35 min. walk to Aqueduct), wifi did not work in my room, cleanliness was not amazing. The proximity to a couple of grocery stores was nice, but did not make up for this issues.

Stayed at the hotel for one night before going to the Segovia city ceter. Great location, free parking, several supermarkets around. Everything that is needed for an independent traveller.

pleasant but the bus service into town was confusing returning

Really accessible hotel with a good restaurant. Unfortunately, it was a busy weekend so it was noisy.

Nice place just a short bus ride to the Roman aqueduct area for just 1 Euro. Value hotel, clean, dated decor, super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Bar and great restaurant onsite. WiFi worked well. There is ample free parking so leave car, take bus into Segovia. There are an Aldi and Lidl stores next door.

Beware if you do not smoke. We stayed for 3 nights and suffered heavy smoke smell infiltrating the public areas and bar. Speaking of bar--it is closed on Mondays. Rooms adequate and surface parking is very good. Taxi drivers do not position there but are only 5 to 10 minutes away and the hotel reception will call for one.

Ok no inside lock on inside door Good food in dining room
