Lovely stay, apartment was very big and the staff were extremely friendly and very well accommodating for different eating habits

Its hard to give a review as there seemed to be so much going on. Firstly, the staff who looked after us at breakfast were wonderful. There was obviously a staffing crisis so they were both cooking and waiting tables. What we received was lovely but it was only on the last day that there was a full menu available. The apartment was spacious, but very dated and we cleaned it ourselves. Some things didn't always work but we figured it out. Windows didn't close properly. Good job the weather was good. There were no bar or meal facilities as advertised, probably due to staff shortages. There were also people residing there long term, we spoke to two of them. A beautiful building, not presented at its best and very well worn. However we had paid up front for our stay so were stuck with what we had. Made the best of a disappointing situation. Maybe the national situation has not helped, but it felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

owners and staff was really good...parking is street parking...apartment was spacious and well equipped...was a little disappointed with main bedroom bed....definitely on the smaller side of a double and rather uncomfortable compared to todays mattresses....staff was really nice, helpful and informative.....

Fantastic stay! The staff was delightful, the apartment fully furnished with spacious lounge and equipped kitchen. The location was good although parking available on street only. I will definitely stay here again!

Clean, tidy and good size apartment.
There was a bit of a delay on arrival, reception said it was open until 10pm but nobody there at 9pm. After hours service got got it sorted relatively quickly though and made the extra effort to attend and show us around the apartment.
Breakfast was good and the rest of the facilities more than adequate.
All staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Great location and very well priced Guess House, the renovation that has been done as accelerated the guess house forward, still a few fine line details to sort but heading in the right direction. I will be coming back. High recommended.

Excellent apartment. Everything clean and comfortable and well equipped.

Location was good because close to main town, ASDA & Tesco but no good restaurants near by. We had dinner from the hotel and it was fish & chips but it was too oily. Breakfast was good. Apartment given to us was very sunny, large and clean. TV in the room did not work but we were out during the day time therefore it did not matter to us but that need attention by the hotel staff. Car parking was free and it was in front of the hotel. Very quite area.

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was quiet and comfortable.

Clean, tidy hotel with an old world feel about it. Staff were pleasant, and they have a pool table in the restaurant! Would use again, if I travel to Pembrokeshire. Good base to travel to all the main tourist spots in that area.

reliable wireless, good food, comfortable beds. On street parking only, getting luggage to rooms involves a lot of stairs with or without using the elevator. Perfect for the value conscious traveler who wants to take the ferry to Ireland

Dear the managers of the Albion.
Right from the start the managers were a joy. I had a late night check in and the owners were very quick to sort this for us. Sorting out a key drop for our room.
Once checked for our booked twin room we were very surprised to get a whole apartment with our own rooms. The apartment was very well kept and modern. With plenty of facilities.
Had a very comfortable nights sleep.
Breakfast in the morning was brilliant. Got greeted by two very pleasant lady's and the quality was very good. A great meal to start my day.
I will defiantly rebook as I sometimes have to stay due to work.
A great place to stay!

The level of service in this hotel was impeccable. The staff we absolutely lovely and welcoming and made us feel as if we were staying with family. They gave us a very personalised service, showing us to our room, giving us some local food and pubs. The rooms was really clean and tidy with everything you needed, even left us with a plate of biscuits.
They recommended places for us to visit giving us leaflets and maps with directions, recommending we see the Freshwater beach which is where they filmed Harry Potter.
I highly recommend!

On arrival the staff eventually showed up only to discover they had lost the room key.
Car parking, as it turns out, is limited to about 4 cars in an internal garage on the ground level. We had to park in the adjacent side street, and I got my door mirror smashed in overnight (it looked totally deliberate).
Wifi was not working in our room, which was a massive inconvenience.
There were no curtains but vertical blinds instead, and some of the individual blinds were missing. They let in plenty of light first thing in the morning, so we felt like we had hardly slept.
The chest of five drawers had at least 3 that fell apart when opened.
The electric shower leaked so we had to use the shower head attached to the bath mixer tap instead.
Breakfast was just about sufficient but by no means spectacular.
I couldn't wait to pay what we owed and get out of there, but even then I was asked to hand my debit card over to the staff as payment is via online transaction. I was less than comfortable with a stranger reading all the details incl. the 3 digit code, but like I said I couldn't wait to get out. NEVER AGAIN.
A Premier Inn or Travelodge is much cheaper, and parking availability is clearly explained beforehand, as is wifi availability.

We stayed here because it was one of few hotels in area that had two doubles rooms available for us plus son and partner. Arrived to find she had upgraded us to an apartment so that we could have rooms close together. Both bedrooms ensuite plus lounge and kitchen area as well. Excellent breakfasts, including a vegetarian and wheat and dairy free options.

It is a beautiful place with round the clock service and a homey feel. I had a room that was rather large with an en suite and a double bed. It was lovely from the start, the bed is comfortable, the sheets smell lovely, and there was a little art deco above the bed that said sweet dreams. The woman who ran it was really sweet and let me have as much tea and sugar as I wanted. She even made me food when I slept through breakfast time (without me asking). It is an expensive hotel, but if you can afford it, it is 100% worth it.
