8 day stay. Apartment very comfortable with all amenities. It was as described in photos. Local shops and pubs all good. For us an easy walk into the centre of Brighton along the sea front. Taxis very plentiful if you needed them.

Really enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable including the sofa bed. Showers were excellent. Very close to beach and a little walk to shops. Would stay again

Stayed in the bigger apartment which was beautifully furnished and felt just like home. Would highly recommend it just a short walk away from all the attractions. Bed was super comfy and so light and airy when the balcony doors were open. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay

Accommodation was spacious & very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The arrangements for collecting keys was very easy & the location close to town & the sea was good & the surrounding area was quiet at night.

Fantastic pad ...close to everything...a real home from home

The apartment was lovely, well presented, modern, very clean with every possible household item available and in a good location close to the sea front. Both beds were very comfortable.
Owners, Laura and Paul, we're very helpful prior to our arrival and answered any questions I had about the booking promptly. They were also very quick to respond to a problem with the TV signal during our stay.
The only negative here, which is no fault of the owners, is the poor sanitation of the street which was dirty. Our view was of overflowing bins, rubbish in the road, from food waste to worse and dumped household items which was an unsightly view.

Situated in hip Kemptown, this apartment is perfect for a family of four to a stay in Brighton - short walk to the beach, local cafes, The Lanes, Royal Pavilion & the shopping area. It was pristinely clean, with lots of extra touches on arrival to make our stay very easy. Very comfortable double bed & sofa bed & plenty of fluffy white towels. Fabulous for our Brighton marathon weekend!
