Nice location.
Good sized and well equipped kitchen.
Not the best shower - could probably do with another bathroom for the amount of bedrooms in the property.
Lounge space was a bit cramped and only one sofa.

big clean property in an ideal location
some of the rooms are awkward to around in, not an ideal fit for tall people. Also only one bathroom

Location was perfect. Kitchen had all we needed. Beds very comfortable.
Lack of comfortable seating in lounge area for number or people staying.

Location is amazing. Only a short walk along the sea front to get into town. Parking available and plenty of beds for people to sleep. The kitchen had a dishwasher which made breakfast time easier and it's a very peaceful street.
The place didn't smell very nice at all. When we opened the fridge to store our breakfast goodies there was an odour that was very strong and took over the house and was very unpleasant. We had 6 people staying and they only provided one toilet roll which I felt was poor having paid over £800 for two nights. The beds are super comfy but the living space is not at all. The sofa is uncomfortable and not enough space for everyone to sit and be cosy. The downstairs needs a rethink as it's not at all homely and reminded me of student accommodation.

Perfect location, modern with great facilities, made for a very comfortable stay
Shower was on the weak side but that’s such a minor thing in comparison to everything else

Clean inside and great location next to beach
No front door number and lockbox very well hidden so had to ask someone to come and help open property which took time. Beds a little too soft for my comfort but others may enjoy.

It’s location was perfect.
It was quite spacious.
The beds were comfortable & bedding was clean.
Very well equipped kitchen.
Wasn’t very clean, felt grubby & tired.
On arrival there was a strong smell of wet dog.
The shower wasn’t very powerful, needs more than 1 toilet for the amount of beds.
The doors & windows were difficult to close.
The owner did offer for the house to be cleaned again but we had already unpacked everything by then so declined the offer.
At the end of the day we had a lovely stay, these are just observations rather than criticisms, it didn’t impact our stay. Perfect location.

The property is in a great location by the beach front, about 10/15 min walk to bars/the pier. There were a group of 7 of us aged 25-26 and this was perfect for us. Nothing too fancy & the property is quite small, but it was just what we needed for a weekend away in Brighton.
The property is small & there is only one toilet, so you have to be a pretty close/comfortable group.

Great location. Parking for a small to medium size car although you can't do anything if someone parks in the space.
One road back from sea with 4 bedrooms.
You can see a fox enjoying the sun from the top rear bedroom.
Needs to be given a deep clean. Shower is like a mist and takes ages to have one. No where to sit outside as small yard is enclosed so does not get much light. The beds were not comfortable and towels are like cardboard.

Lovely location, nice spacious property
8.0 / 10.0
Top location exactly at the town centre near the beach and nearby pubs and bars
living room is a bit small for such a large property so spending some time in with friends isn't as cozy as it could be
6.0 / 10.0
The house is in Kemptown but close to the seafront and the bars are a bit more of a walk. There are shops nearby, the local Co-Op is around a ten minute walk.
The house is a lot smaller than the pictures suggest. As said on other reviews the shower isn't very strong and there is only one bathroom (which is a struggle if you have 8 people staying). The mattresses on the bunk bed and the double bed at the top of the house are uncomfortable. There is an additional £250.00 refundable credit card charge for breakages.
