The boat landings were a little rough. The place is beautiful. The guides are great.

This is not your everyday "hotel"! This is a resort in the middle of Amazon with minimum amenities, no Wi-Fi no hot shower and no electricity but only for 4 hours a day. BUT, this will be the greatest outdoor experience you can have.

Fantastic stay in the Amazon. Take it for what you're going there for and it'll be a fantastic Trip. Jonathan was a great guide and made the trip better.

The staff in the lodge office in the town weren't at all concerned that we waited almost 3 hours for the boat to the lodge. They were overly eager to sell their tours but couldn't give much information about the lodge itself. The pool wasn't clean and the bar staff were rude.
