Beautiful house, staff was friendly. I enjoyed my stay

It was beautiful, an incredible property. I was lucky enough to stay in the presidential suite which was a dream. I was in the king room which was amazing but slightly louder being on the top floor as the roof acts like now of an echo chamber so you can hear the dogs bark at night. If you are not sensitive to noise then this won’t bother you! For me, it was too much. The food cooked by Carlos was wonderful. Abi, thank you, you have done a great job.

I stayed here on my own and had a great time at this hotel. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful too. I really loved their spa area. The breakfast food is fresh. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay on my solo

A beautiful place to relax with fruit trees and amazing mountain views. The hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in. The wood and stone work is breathtaking.

Casa Raiz is a heavenly sanctuary off the beaten track. We stayed for 2 nights and were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived - Luis and his colleague (I'm so sorry that I can't remember his name!) both looked after us excellently.
The pool area is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, and the massage treatments (which you can book through the hotel) were good value and very enjoyable (well done Estefany and Katherine!).
