The property is situated in the Amazon Rainforest, specifically a conservation area. It is beyond gorgeous, green, and lush. The property itself is well maintained and taken care of. The staff are very attentive to any and all issues around the property and take great pride in the property. The hikes are fun, educational, and interesting. The food is very fresh but they keep everything as clean and safe since unclean water is an issue. They also have a bar and that was a nice addition. The rooms are a good size with a shower and bathroom and bed.

Our guide was excellent, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was beyond expectation as well as the over all comfort of the lodge. We were kept busy all day with various adventures up the river and into the jungle awesome.

Great location in the jungle with nice rooms, central restaurant and comfortable hammocks.
Rooms are ok, the comfort for a remote location like this is fine!
Food is good, not extravagant but very solid buffet.
Tour to the jungle (we could only participate in one tour) are good, guide knows a good bunch of stuff about the animals and plants.
Pickup at airport works - even though you have to look out for them.
Introduction to the location - including behaviour in an emergency, contact information (see below!). Also it needs a bit more information about what to bring to the jungle tours (especially water, however they tell you somehow).
Jungle guide was ok, however disturbing the tarantula spider with a straw only to leave daytime nest. Also he was attracting caymans by throwing stones and stuff into the lake. No biggy, but also not helpful for the peace of the animals.
Medical emergency:
No availability of reception staff at 22:30 - we had a medical emergency and no help until waking up our neighbors at midnight to go and look for / wake up staff.
Medical training or at least medical basic knowledge was missing: I suffered from a severe stomache infection and I was asked to put alcohol in my face. Also I was offered electrolyte powder but no water with it. After passing out 3 times and having muscle cramps due to dehydration we still had a long discussion to be evacuated immediately. Camp manager wanted to wait another 5 hours to have the hotel be able to run their early jungle tour with the only boat first.
After arriving at mainland, manager didn't want to disclose the hotel's name at first to the ambulance and neglected us as being his guests. After being in the hospital to receive treatment, at least hotel representatives in the city were offering their help.
Even though hotel refunded the full amount of money later, this again took another 2 weeks nearly as they officially tried to transfer money by bank first. When they decided to use the regular credit card cashback (which probably has not been the first time for them and is a standard process), they successfully saved 20 Euros because of an exchange rate in their favor. Here at least the communication was direct and immediate, so no criticism about that.

Victor was an exceptional guide. The food was healthy and good tasting. The accomodations were comfortable. Lots of wonderful nooks to relax and unwind. Pool was refreshing. The outings were excellent!! We saw lots of animals and birds, learned about trees and insects. Exceeded expectations.
The pool has ridiculously small pocket holes and one foosball player was not functional. The light for pingpong was very dim

Beautiful property in the middle of the jungle. We looked at several other lodges but picked this one for it's more modern amenities. This is an all inclusive lodge. Rooms are screened in (not all lodges are) with 5500 acres to themselves. The cost includes daily excursions around the many trails that they created for the guests leisure. The trails take you in to the depth of the jungle while experiencing the beauty that it offers - monkeys, birds, tarantulas, snakes etc. Guilds were extremely knowledgeable and kind. always on the lookout for things to see.
Things to consider - bug spray - the local ones work better than the US ones that we brought. Clothing - while hiking - long airy pants and quick dry long (or short) shirts will make your hike more enjoyable. I brought 2 but I wish I had 4-5.
Best room is called "Tarzan". We stayed in "Tucan" which was OK but close to other visitors. Hard to describe but you can hear anyone in proximity to your room since it is all screened in.
Staff was SUPER hard working. They were on their feet from 4 am to 10 pm daily. I have to tip my hand to these folks, simply incredible! 10 thumbs up for the staff
Would have love an area with AC but I understand the limitations of being in the native jungle. I know of only 1 lodge with that amenity.

- the organised tours are amazing and all of the tour guides were excellent
- great lodges and common areas, including bar, games room and swimming pool
- I think it would help if you were told your schedule of activities on arrival so that you could choose when to have the rest afternoon (for those staying three nights)

Facilities and rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff and guides were friendly and helpful, for the most part. The jungle was beautiful and we saw some amazing flora and fauna. The canoe trip to the lost lake was awesome. They also threw in a bonus night boat ride which was a nice treat.
The experience felt a bit "canned" and/or like we were on a conveyor belt. It also led to the staff seeming quite curt at times. Some of the "finds" on the hikes were clearly staged which is fine but they tried to pretend they had just found them which felt a touch disingenuous.

The perfect short stay in the jungle EVER. We booked 4D, 3N, which gave us extra time to relax on the final day (and visit Monkey island twice).
Don't hesitate; value for money! Everything was very safe, plesant, clean, and food included.
Only downside we could think of was the presence of some bigger groups/excursions.

extremely friendly and helpful staff; great guides with lots of in-depth knowledge about fauna and flora; awesome tours and stunning landscape; you are really in the jungle and might have the possibility to see wildlife right at the lodge; delicious food; fresh juices every day; great pisco sour 😊
personally you could use more local products and there is no need for meat every day;

Everthing was perfect. Staff was excellent. Our guide Victor was exceptional with knowledge of the jungle and Elwardo, the manager, went out of his way on taking care of us at the lodge. Our son and wife went to another place and by far didn’t have as great as an exiperence as we did.

Everything was amazing and so well organised. The facilities are beautiful, the rooms very clean and the staff super friendly. It couldn’t have been a better stay for a few days in the jungle. We had one small hole on the window mosquito net which was fixed immediately after we reported - the staff organisation is great and they are very efficient.
The tours in the jungle are really fun and very insightful - we absolutely loved our guide who just had the sharpest eye to spotting animals in the wild.
You can really feel that they love all things nature and strive to protect it. Absolutely loved it.
