No words can describe the beauty and peacefulness of this property. The grounds are spectacular and our room was gorgeous overlooking the ocean and sunsets. Upon our arrival we were greeted with refreshing beverages and brought to our room where we saw Toucans and Parrots . In our two day visit we saw monkeys and frogs and lots of butterflies! It was so hard to leave. The entire staff was so kind and friendly and helpful. It was the highlight of our 10day Costa Rican vacation. We will definitely return again. .

Everything about this property was a 10/10. The view, the customer service, the room, the food, the drinks & the experience was amazing. It may be a bit of an adventure to get to at first but it was completely worthwhile. I would stay again 10/10.

i did enjoy this property very much. it is literally a hidden gem. there's panoramic views throughout this gorgeous boutique hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful, they remember our names and offer local suggestions around the area. i enjoyed breakfast and dinner. this hotel is a must when staying in costa rica, it is about 2-3 hrs from the airport and you will need a 4x4 but it is worth it. excellent.

Lugar demasiado hermoso, arquitectura, ubicación, vista,, vegetación, pero lo más relevante fue el servicio.

We came back for a second visit because we loved our first trip so much. The staff MAKE this place, from Ronald, to Fabian to Fabrisio, William and Annette, they all treated us like royalty and could not have been kinder or more attentive. Hotel Three Sixty will always be in our travel plans; we rarely go back to the same hotel, but this place is different, it is home, with absolute luxury, an infinity pool to die for, views (and sounds!) of the ocean, the jungle and the mountains. Who can top sitting on the balcony as four Toucans eat berries from a tree not 10 feet away?! This place, the people and the strong focus on conservation has captured our hearts...we will be back :)

This property is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. The views are breathtaking. The facilities/rooms are all like new. We will definitely stay here again! Food is excellent. Staff are friendly, and service is very good.
There are a lot of very good restaurants nearby and a ton of beaches and activities. Highly recommend Ojochal.
I recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle. Ours was a 2x2 and we made it up to the hotel, but It was a tad nerve racking.

Amazing place. Great service. Fauricio is great and anticipates every need we may have and made us feel very comfortable. Food at every meal is delicious. Drinks are great. Room is clean and very comfortable. WIFI and data signal is a bit weak up on the hill. 4x4 Car recommended to get to the hotel. Pool is beautiful and warm. Can sit there all day. Many areas to relax and unwind. Would definitely return and bring family!

The road getting there is a bit rough, and expedias map location is incorrect, but when you get there, WOW !!

Great service all around. Small luxury hotel, a breath of fresh air from the huge luxury hotels that are everywhere. This hotel makes everything very personal, all the staff members know your name. Amazing view.

Our drive was 5 hours from SJO airport to the hotel. The advertised 3.5 hours was misleading. Expect traffic. It’s a 2 lane road that passes through many towns.
We paid for the ocean view room. The view is amazing, but was mountains; very little ocean.
The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. They removed a tiny cricket in my room that was chirping throughout the night. It only took a couple of minutes.
The next night I asked for help removing a lizard, and the desk attendant responded with, “you’re in a jungle.” After I insisted, they removed the lizard from my room.
Otherwise, the employees were very pleasant. The food & drinks are great. Lovely sunsets. Great pool.

The hotel is simply beautiful. So clean and fresh water to drink! Breakfast every morning is a definite plus. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasure! There is an entire community on the mountain to become friends with. We can't wait to come back.

I’ve stayed in other hotels that claim tranquility and peaceful surroundings, this however is The Hotel that embodies excellent service, tranquility and calm - The staff are kind, so polite and professional and attentive. Our room was perfect and well taken care of. The food is good, with a decent choice from a small menu and some creative options made by the chef. I will return we had a wonderful peaceful and enjoyable stay.

We had a great experience at this location. The views are amazing. You can see mountains and the ocean. The staff is very freindly and accommodating. The beds are a bit firm for my liking. That is my only complaint here. Make sure you have an AWD vehicle to access the property.

There is nothing not to like about the look of Three Sixty. It’s very well maintained and absolutely gorgeous. It’s kept very clean and the view is absolutely stunning.
We were there in February and surprisingly there was always a nice breeze, making it less humid.... how nice.
The staff are so nice there. I really enjoyed meeting all of them. They were polite, helpful and so lovely to deal with. No attitude here!
The food is very good. Breakfast is included and all other meals and drinks are extra. I enjoyed all of my meals and I love food presentation, so the plating was appreciated. ;)
The room was awesome and the view from our balcony was even better. Wow! Super comfy bed, air conditioning and be prepared to fall in love with the bathroom amenities (raw botanicals bath and body products) and want to take them home.
Everything is there for you and Ojochal is amazing. So much to do around here and growing. You won’t want to leave.

An ideal place to come and relax - far enough off the beaten track to be calm and secluded, but with great access to rainforest and beaches, and also a good base for exploring Corcovado.
The hotel is recently built, and very modern, in an understated/classy way. Villas have a whole wall of windows and an enormous balcony, so made it easy to watch the morning routine of the toucans.
Service was discrete, but attentive - Rebecca, Christina, William & Jerson all took great care of us - as well as the drivers, chefs and security staff. Menu was limited, but the food was tasty and good quality.
Most toiletries and amenities were provided, although it would have been useful to have some slippers or pool shoes (seems the lack of these is not uncommon in CR - partly for environmental reasons - just wish I'd packed mine & not assumed they'd be supplied).
We would have liked a bit of information in the rooms (unusually there was nothing) - this seems to be a policy, but personally I like to read information at my leisure, not always have to ask.
But these are very minor things, and overall we really enjoyed our time there & were sad to leave.
Keep up the good work! :-)

Wow. This place is incredible. Impeccable service (thanks Rebecca and Jerson!), stunning views, large comfortable rooms, an incredible bar. You’re just up the hill from fabulous beaches. This place really is special. Fabulous stay.

The hotel is just amazing!! The pool gives a great view on the jungle and the ocean, the restaurant is really good and the vibe is just perfect (with an increadible view on the ocean). Finally, the room was so comfortable! We had three amazing days/nights.
If you pass by Ojochal, you have to stay and the Three Sixty.

Three Sixty Boutique Hotel is a masterpiece! The attention to detail at every level took my breath away. When you arrive, you go up a very steep hill to be greeted by a friendly gate attendant who will let you into the property. When you park, an attendant is there to take you in a golf cart to the hotel. The entrance is designed in a way to build anticipation of the view you are about to see... as you make your way up the steps you will be astonished by the beautiful 360 degree view of the ocean, mountains and tree tops! Seeing this for the first time almost brought tears of delight and absolute awe to my eyes... a moment I will never forget. The villas are stand alone, placed carefully throughout the property so each receives an optimal view of the ocean and rain forest. From our patio, we saw many exotic birds (including green parrots and toucans) heard the bark of the howler monkeys, witnessed beautiful butterflies and the graceful movement of mist through the tree tops. Staying at Three Sixty Boutique Hotel was like a spiritual cleansing for your soul, slow down and take it all in. This is what pure vida is all about.
