Everything was great but the frig and freezer were not working well. I left Vrbo agent know so I’m sure she will let them know. Thank you

We enjoyed ourselves, the room was very nice, the only downside was no onsite parking

It was a nice property and location. AC units need to be replaced, and the bed mattress could certainly be upgraded. Listing indicates a twin bed in addition to the queen, but the "twin bed" is only an air mattress (which is actually larger than a twin).
4.8
Very simple access in and out. Easy safe walk to the arena and Ford Field.

Nicole’s apartment was in a great location for our stay. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants or take a quick Uber. The apartment is very welcoming as it is both bright and spacious. We will definitely book again.
4.8
The house was the perfect location to be able to walk around downtown. We will definitely come back.

Overall we had a great time at Luxury brush penthouse. This property worked perfectly for our needs. I felt safe, comfortable and would book again!
There are 2 suggestions for improvement for the host:
- give guests a heads up of the parking situation (no designated free parking) well ahead of 48 hours. Sharing this pre-booking is helpful in case having a car is a deal breaker for the visitors
- if there are events happening nearby warn the guests. We were smack dab in the middle of the marathon route which would’ve been a nice FYI for us to plan around

The only complaint is we didn't stay here longer! Great location within walking distance to everything! Parked right near the building and had no issues with anything. Definitely will stay here again the next time we are in Detroit!

Awesome place. Clean. Beautiful location. Beautiful building and place. Close to every th I f we needed: Thirdman, Shinola, Cass Coridor, Little Caesar’s Arena and the stadiums/theaters. My nephews came in (from Canada) and fell in love with Detroit. Thanks for the awesome hospitality.

We stayed in the Aurora to attend a concert at Ford Field. We were able to walk to and from the venue and felt very safe. The property was very nice and just as pictured. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely return!
