Aircon gave us raspy throat. It was never cleaned properly. Cleaned twice in a week for 5-10minutes. Damp room on the side of a busy highway. One elevator used by cleaning staff .. it can take 20 minutes to wait. Can hear the room above through wooden floor. No access to water. No amenities.

It was perfect for my family! Located 10mins walk away from Ginza main street and not hustle-bustle. Room condition is great and all staffs are kind & friendly. Definitely I'll book a room when I visit Tokyo again.
4.8
This hotel exceeded our expectations - the hotel staff was very polite , informative and helpful in every way. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for Tokyo standards, and the hotel location was close by to several convenience stores and train stations .

Take, our desk manager, helped us move to a new room after our original room had a malfunctioning AC unit at the peak of the Tokyo summer. He also gave us some great local guidance to eateries and gave us great navigation help for the subway trains. His smile and friendliness along with the rest of the staff there made this stay memorable.
This location is within about 10mins or less walk to 3 local subway lines, and one line goes express direct to Haneda. It was also a short 15-20 walk over to Ginza, Tsukiji Market, and the Sumida River. It was also a 15-20 minute walk to Yurakucho and Tokyo stations.
The 6-Person family room itself was meccha spacious with an actual walk-in closet. Beds were comfy and pillows ranged from firm to soft. Kids loved the bunks. The dining table and booths in the room were perfect for the days we did takeout on the rainy days. The clean and cold Fridge was perfect for all the nearby Lawson drinks and goodies. Their kitchen would have been nice to use if we had thought to goto the fruit market across the street. Be sure to take advantage of the free rental of the appleTV.
This area was fairly quiet, but as it is literally next to an expressway, the motorbikes and racers could be heard about 2-3am, probably the only big negative if you’re a light sleeper. It does take some effort to goto the stations or other locations, but we prefer to be away from huge tourist-crowded locations and this location and facility worked great for us.

The best hotel for family. We cooked dinner in room and the room is very roomy. Staff is friendly and speak English. Overall I like this hotel it's family oriented and I will come back again.

I enjoyed the quality restaurant and cleaned area

Hard to find at first but once there met expectations. Within walking distance of central area, close to convenience stores and restaurants. Staff professional, very helpful and friendly. Great chain for families and those travelling in groups. Fully equipped apartment with extras available. Laundry facilities.

Great place, kids loved Pokémon room

We really enjoyed our stay at Mimaru Ginza East. We were near several train lines and Tokyo Station. There were abundant dining options and shopping nearby. The staff were kind and welcoming. They all spoke English and made our stay easy. Our children loved the Pokémon themed room and the additional Pokémon gifts were a nice touch.
4.8
The location was good, the property was well kept and the room was specious.

We had a fabulous stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and quite spacious for our young family. Hotel was walking distance to the metro train line and also to a few local attractions. We would stay again!

Family of 4 (2A, 2Kids 11&9yo).
Stayed for 6 days total.
Very spacious, beds are especially comfy.
Well designed use of space, great the toilet is a separate space from the sink and is a separate space from the shower / tub.
Less amenities (no in room robe, heavier duty slippers, toothbrush/paste, etc..) than the usual Japanese hotel, which the hotel did inform us in advance. However they do ask you upon check in whether you’d like slippers (take them, the hotel rooms have aged thin carpet), and there’s a little stand with individual packs of face wash, face toner and face lotion, along with robes for your comfort should you want to take advantage (we did not).
Super convenient there is laundry facility and laundry service (where you drop off your bag of laundry at the front desk and they deliver it back clean 2 days after). We tried that but the service screwed up and we ended up washing the clothes on the first floor (3 washers at 400 yen per wash / 3 dryers at 100 yen for 30min).
Housekeeping replaces towels, makes beds, takes out trash daily and vacuums every 4th day (they don’t clean the sink or scrub the toilet).
Kitchen is super convenient with rentable kitchen countertop appliances (toaster, rice cooker, grill).
Location is about 10min from Metro (take note if you have littles but we did not have that problem and loved getting the steps in). Super convenient 7-11 and Larsons in opposite direction, two min away from hotel.
Would come back and stay again

Staff were great, helpful and super friendly. Loft room had lots of space and worked well for our family of 4.

Great hospitality! Spacious rooms! Grocery store right across the st! Awesome staff!

This was a great place for our first stay in Japan. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The room was very clean. Location was a convenient place to set out from.
4.8
Very clean property. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is a great place for families with young children to stay.
4.8
Fantastic service, great location within walking distance to many things, though still a little removed from the hustle and bustle.
For us with kids, the apartment with bunk beds was great and having a kitchenette was a game changer. Apartment is comfortable and has all the basic amenities you'd want. Staff are excellent. Fruit stand across the street with excellent produce.
4.8
Stayed here for a little over a week and absolutely loved it. We’re a family of 4 and had plenty of space. Close to shopping, train stations and food.
4.8
Loved this hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and surprisingly large for a Tokyo hotel. Definitely staff here again.
4.8
The cleaning staffs are terrible, the front staffs are ggod and willing to help, totally the cleaning services still bad.
4.8
We all loved this hotel so much! Very clean and comfortable. The location was good. The staff were wonderful and had all sorts of recommendations. They even created a really nice booklet with personal favorites. So nice! We stayed in 6 hotels on our trip and everyone voted this hotel as the best.
4.8
The space is big relative to rooms in Tokyo. This is an apartment hotel so it should not be compared to a regular hotel in terms of services. For us, the primary consideration was the room space for a family of 4 adults. There’s a dining table, mini kitchen, separate bath from the toilet. Distance from several train stations ranges from 350m to 1km. Tokyo Station is just 1km away. It’s a good distance to walk after running the Tokyo Marathon. Tsukiji Market, Ginza stores and shops are within walking distance. It’s 2km to the Imperial Palace which has a 5km running loop, so the 2km distance can be your warm up and cool down after doing 2 or more loops. You can also run at the Sumida river banks. Overall, it’s a good stay at Mimaru Ginza East.
4.8
All the staff was great particularly somit who helped get on a call and get me a hard to find item in Japanese and Guilia who helped w a complex request for our last day. Thanks to everyone we have a wonderful and memorable trip!
4.8
Overall the property was clean, spacious, and in a safe area. It is a about a 5 minute walk to a subway, and 10-15 minute walk to the fish market or Tokyo Station.
The only down side was the lack of transparency on cost of a lost keycard. Not used to keycards having any value in the US. The cost was 1000 yen at check out for the lost card.
4.8
Easy to navigate the city yet still quiet. Apartment living in vacation. Support convenient and staff was so helpful!
4.8
Would come back again. Really good people that works here

Great beds for the family
4.8
Great place, clean modern and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy walk to a number of metro stations, shops and restaurants.
4.8
Not much food choice located around the hotel.
Room is smaller than shown in picture.
No washing machine in room, hotel has 3 laundry machines and 3 dryers for all the residents, led to a long queue. Recommend to wash after midnight.
No view from the window, just another building. Pillows too soft, but bed was firm.
Staff at ground floor was friendly and speaks English.
Good house keeping.
Overall a clean hotel.
4.8
More than 15mins walk to Tokyo or Ginza station. It’s not near when pushing luggages. Sub-station is about 8mins walk. Staff is very friendly and nice. Location is the factor that is making me think twice if I will book again.
4.8
Convenient location, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. Our family of 4 had a great stay there. The staff speaks English so that is a plus point too. Overall we had a good time in Mimaru and we will definitely stay there again when we return to Japan!
4.8
Our family of four stayed here 7 nights. Excellent location, fruit shop across the street, close to convienece stores and subway. Felt very safe. The hotel was excellent and the theatre style room worked well for our family. Washing machines and dryers available for use. Very helpful staff.
4.8
Awesome hotel will choose again next time
4.8
Wonderful hotel. The front desk team is very helpful.
4.8
Great location. Bathroom was clean. Bed and pillows were hard.
4.8
Great stay, happy and friendly staff
4.8
Great place to stay with family. Everything is within walking distance such as Ginza, Tokyo station and Tsukiji Outer Market. Lots of choices of stations nearby.
4.8
We had an amazing stay! Short walk to Tsukiji market plus close to most of the subway lines. Also a tiny grocery store across the street. The staff was extremely friendly and was even able to hold our luggage after check out for a few hours since we had some time to kill before our evening flight. Would highly recommend!

Mimaru Tokyo Ginza East is an excellent hotel. It was perfect for my family (2 adults and 2 children) and the kids loved the bunk beds. It is walking distance to a lot of places, including the subways. (To get here from Narita airport, take the Keisei Skyliner bullet train to Aoto station, and then from there take the subway to Takarocho station. The hotel is about a 5-10 min walk from Takarocho). Tsukiji Outer Market is also a 15 min walk from the hotel. The staff is very accommodating and they helped me fill out the forms for Yamato to ship my luggage to my next hotel. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and I would definitely stay here again.
4.8
Pokémon theme room was great. It’s more like service apartment. We like that there is a dining space compared to small hotel. However, it is not very close to any station. Pushing luggage from Tokyo station takes ard 25mins.
