Very good value for money

Plenty of space. Ceilings were high, Generally clean. 4/5 people could be accommodated. Appartment was devoid of clutter. TV room was a lovely extra space. Bathroom was excellent. Your business card was a great idea.

I am going to make some recommendation to you. As they say: the customer is always right. 1) Sheets and pillow cases were not up to standard. They looked and felt used too often. 2)I feel your beds were not up to hotel standard. 3) There should be a rubbish bin in each room. 4) 2 pairs of keys are essential. 5) Supply a large map of brindisi and trace the route to the station. 6) The station was not too far but we lost our way once or twice 7) There is no bus station in Brindisi. 8) Front room was noisier than back room 9) Phone no of taxi company is important

Great value in a good location.

Great location - easy to move Brindisi and to get the train to lots of towns. Comfortable lounge. it’s not a flashy apartment but is great value for money. clean and functional. Owner was really helpful and responsive to resolve a couple of minor issues. He was really keen to please and help.

As others have mentioned there road noise in one of the bedrooms. but to be fair it depends on how much noise you are usually used to and it is a city. our children were in this room. they did get used to it.

Excellent accommodation with a great authentic feel of Brindisi..

The apartment was very quaint and authentic with a very rustic feel of Italy. The location was fantastic, very close to all amenities and close to the harbour etc. The host Massimilano, was extremely helpful and communication was excellent, would highly recommend this apartment.

It was a great place to stay and explore life and history on our doorsteps.

The apartment was quiet, spacious with high ceilings and perfectly situated in the historical part of Brindisi only minutes away from shops, restaurants, harbour and a lot of historical buildings. 10 Min walk to the train station. It couldn't have been any better, highly recommended.

The apartment was on the 2nd floor, hard work with lots of luggage.

La loggia

The apartment is really great situated -10 minutes walk to railway station and 2 minutes walk from promenade. Very spacious,light.Kitchen is very good equipped,there is also a washing machine. Very good soundproofed,balcony along living room and bedroom. Massimo is really great host-ready to solve every issue,reacts promptly. He really cares if everything is ok. He also sent us welcome pizza :-)

Good location in Brindisi

Location of the apartment is very good, right in the heart of the old part of Brindisi. There are shops (butcher, baker, Fruit) nearby and also a range of restaurants. It is only a few minutes walk to most of the things to see. Apartment is spacious and fairly comfortable. Plenty of hot water and towels and reasonable cooking facilities.

Wifi was not working while we were there. Shower (and other sinks) were slow to drain. The apartment was clean but some aspects showing age. Bed linen was clean, but disappointing quality.
