Spacious, bright, a ready to host your group. This central downtown 3 br, 2 full bath condo has views of the water, Telus Sphere, and parks. Transit (Skytrain) and the waterfront are steps from the building. Everything is across the street. Supermarkets, a shopping mall, movie theatres, sports stadiums, restaurants, spas and more. A private balcony, fully-equipped kitchen, and even a gaming/reading den are in-suite. The building has a heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, library, gym and more. 950 sq ft plus balcony, this 3 bedroom condo has 2 full bathrooms, a reading/gaming den, great views, and more. **Please note that access to amenities may be limited due to COVID-19 restrictions** Your kitchen is set up for you to cook and serve your own meals, though if you prefer to eat out, there are many restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the building. Across the street are Rogers Arena, BC Place Stadium, a supermarket, a liquor store featuring a number of local craft products, cafes, Tinseltown shopping mall, Cineplex cinemas, and a variety of food options. Your southeast view includes False Creek, where you can catch water taxis to Granville Island, Yaletown, Vanier Park and more. You have a great view of Telus Sphere/Science World's geodesic dome which shines silver in the day and is lit up at night. Professional hockey, soccer, and football teams play right across the boulevard, and events like Cirque du Soleil and Aurora Winter Festival are a block away. Several local parks and playgrounds are a short walk and perfect for families. The Vancouver Seawall is a short walk away and share bikes are plentiful for exploring. Inside the building you have access to a number of great amenities. There is a full-size indoor heated swimming pool, a large hot tub, a spacious sauna, change rooms and showers, a fully-equipped gym, a library, meeting rooms and more. 24-hour concierge is in the lobby. You will have high-speed WiFi on a dedicated data line (no shared DSL lines). Cable TV including sports channels also included. Your master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaker tub. There is a second full bath with tub and shower across the hall. Your balcony is furnished with a conversation set and sock-friendly tiles, and the view is perfect for a cup of coffee or wine. Stay anywhere else, this is not a 3 bedroom as advertised. This is two small bedrooms and a closet with a single bed stuffed in it. The room is 46” wide by 92” long. Literally a closet. By Canadian building code this is illegal. Very run down unit. The actual bedrooms were not much better than the closet. Beds are very old and incredibly uncomfortable. The unit is hot and very noisy. Owner would not accept responsibility for the outright lies in the posting of 3 bedroom 5 star property. 2 bedroom, 2 star at best. Have many pictures that show this.

This apartment was perfect for our first trip to Vancouver. It was in a great location - just a short walk to the Gastown district where there are many restaurants and shops, and a short drive to major attractions such as Stanley Park and Granville Island, as well as the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. The pool in the building was also a huge bonus for our 7 year-old. Great views from the terrace.

Nice and clean. Convenient location. The rooms are smaller than what they look like in pictures, and the converted 3rd br doesn’t have much space other than bed. Cloth Dryer is very loud, but works otherwise

The property itself was lovely. We all very much enjoyed the facilities. The only down side to this property was the washer and dryer, they are VERY old, hard to get to work and very loud. One bedroom only fits a small bed, but the pictures are accurate so there was no surprise there. We were all happy to have our own space after a week on a cruise ship. The location of the condo is a little sketchy, but we felt perfectly safe hopping on a bus or getting an uber to anywhere we wanted to go. The public transportation was easy to figure out and busses you just hop on and pay with a CC as you get on. It would have been nice to have a binder with cool places to go and see and maybe a page or two with the bus schedule or how to use public transportation. We even rented bikes one day and biked to Stanley Park and did that. Thanks Steve for a great stay!

This location was ideal for us. Steps from Skytrain, supermarket and Costco. Beautiful walk to Science World. Parking included was wonderful. Very clean, safe and secure building, although there are some sketchy looking areas close by. Lots of thoughtful details: salt & pepper and a few spices in the kitchen, Keurig & coffee pods, some tea bags, bodywash, shampoo & conditioner in each of the large bathrooms, two umbrellas in the laundry closet, LOTS of fluffy white towels, Netflix. The 3rd bedroom was very small but charming -- we referred to it as the "Cupboard Under the Stairs" and the boys took turns sleeping there. Communication with host was awesome. Great instructions for getting in and very thoughtful intel on how to load your car and leave without getting locked inside the parking garage. Will stay here again on my next trip to Van!
