Our host, Melissa, went over and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and all questions answered. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

very centrally located in the Abacos! We went from Green Turtle all the past Elbow and visited all of the Islands in between each day. Great place and the owners are awesome as well. Very tight community. Must go!

We had a great stay! Everything we needed was there. Location is great and it was so convenient so have boat slips for the 2 boats! Will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later! Thanks Melissa!

Our group consisted of 4 very senior guys wanting a 5 day fishing get away.
The property exceeded our expectations in all categories. There was not one “thing” that was not supplied. The owners, Melissa and Tom thought of everything.
Melissa arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport. The driver’s name was Lucky and he was waiting for us as we left the terminal in Marsh Harbor. He took us to the grocery store and liquor store before taking us to the unit. Lucky was a wealth of information and told us many interesting stories about the effects of the hurricane on the way to Treasure Cay— about 30 miles.
Another bonus was that our guide, Mark Carroll picked us up right at the property’s dock. If you are looking for a guide, I highly recommend Mark Carroll. His boat was always clean and he definitely knows the area. If fishing for the day, take a break and eat lunch on Green Turtle Cay— Mark knows the best places to eat. If your group is interested in preparing fish in the unit, Mark is a pro when it comes to fish cleaning.
A young man, Wilson, was there when we arrived to help take luggage and supplies into the unit. In addition, he was available during the stay should you need anything or have any issues.
Excellent meals are available at the local resort which is a short golf cart ride away. There is a modest grocery store, bakery, and liquor store within walking distance— maybe half a mile or take the golf cart.
