A very nice condo with everything needed for a 6 night stay. Close enough to everything (15-20 minute walk) but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a lobster cook at home. The slice of chocolate cake to greet us was a great touch. Thank you and we’ll be back!

The unit was very clean and nicely equipped. We didn’t cook while staying there, but it looked like it was well equipped. This is a downstairs unit. We could hear people walking around and talking. Parking onsite only works if you have a small vehicle. The unit is in the back and parking is tight. When we were there the other tenants had SUVs, making parking onsite impossible. After dinner the first night we had to park 5 blocks away. For the rest of our trip we took Uber to dinner.
The area is nice. Walking around the neighborhood is comfortable. There are a few small restaurants walking distance. We enjoyed our time in Portland.

Very close to the airport and located in lovely historic Portland.

This condo is well appointed and comfy. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of home providing great privacy for two couples. The bathrooms are especially nice and the shower is great. Kitchen well appointed and is supplied with all you need for a short stay.
Home is conveniently located and close to restaurants and conveniences.

The location and the property were great. This is the 2nd time we stayed here and it did not disappoint. Last time we were on the 4th floor-this time the 3rd. Noise from people above was quite loud-no parties, just normal activities. Parking was the drawback. We were to have the last spot but the person next door parked their car across from that spot and it was impossible to get in or out. The car parked behind us was a Jaguar SUV which did not help. Had to find parking elsewhere which as you know is not easy. Didn't know if they were supposed to be parking there but if they are you really can't claim there is a parking spot for unit 3 especially if there is someone in unit 3.

Just the best stay. Got to meet the owner on the way in, and he was so personable/helpful with suggestions. Would absolutely book again. 5 stars.

Stayed with as a group made up of 2 couples. The 2 masters were perfect. Everything was clean and exactly as expected. Easy location to get downtown. Only complaint is parking. It’s nearly impossible when the front 2 units are occupied. I wouldn’t use that as a reason to not stay here though! Just be prepared to play parking Tetris.

The condo’s location is pretty central to everything. The parking was a learned experience but once we figured it out- it work quite well. The condo is basically two master suites- plenty of room.

We stayed with our son and daughter in law and had a great time. We could walk to most locations and also had off street parking. Comfortable, convenient and quiet. Someone needs to plug in the stove/oven though.

This is a well-maintained, attractive place with a great layout for two couples, because there are two bathrooms and privacy. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is full of interesting older homes. It wasn't as close to key places as I expected from the description. What would have been so nice and added a personal touch would have been a tourist map and notes about local places to eat, favorite places to visit, best routes to get downtown, etc. That personal touch from an owner is one thing I really appreciate about rental homes vs. a hotel. .

My overall experience was very negative. The unit had a failed and flagged circuit breaker. I had no power to the kitchen. I had no refrigerator, stove, appliances. I had to throw out the food I brought in when I arrived. I placed 7 phone calls. Every time I was assured of help and a call back on the progress. The unit also had a bug infestation. I NEVER got a call back I NEVER got any assistance. I had no kitchen the entire 7 days I stayed there. Vacasa lied and took my money. You did not give me the product I paid for. Vacasa is unethical and doesn't care about their customers.

Our stay was incredible, this location was a comfortable walk to the old port and the congress street eateries. Photos of the unit are nice but in actuality the place is even nicer. This is a historic home that was rebuilt with everything you could ask for. Thanks for making this available. I'll be back soon I hope.

This place was awesome, very clean on a quiet street in an area of historic homes. The two ensuite layout proved great for the 3 of us providing a nice layout with privacy as each ensuite is separated by the living space. This would be my first choice next time I come to Portland.

Wonderful location on the West End, apartment #3 is on the first floor rear, quiet and charming. Two ensuites gave us privacy, and the open living and kitchen area was comfortable for watching tv and making breakfast! Kitchen well equipped! Bed was very comfortable! Good outdoor lighting and parking right outside our door.
Easy walk to Congress Street, Museum, and restaurants. Cross Arena is an easy walk, great hockey game! Old Port area easy access for walking! We felt safe and comfortable around Portland and enjoyed the oysters, lobster rolls, and a few of the outstanding restaurants.
This apartment is very comfortable and we definitely will want to stay here again! Portland has much to offer and this apartment for us perfectly, thank you!
