Please note that hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30 each year. We do not offer refunds for weather-related issues or circumstances beyond our control. The property was excellent. Plenty of room for our whole family. Everyone had their own privacy with the bedrooms being on each floor. Amenities were great everyone had an amazing time.

The cabin was clean and very well put together. The kitchen was well stocked, which is important to us because we love cooking. The kids loved it and we would definitely stay here again. The property owners were very responsive and answered any questions that we had very quickly.

Beautiful space! Tucked in the back of the property, lots of seclusion and very well stocked. We loved the spice rack and toilet paper was provided and 4 dishwashing pods! The host was easily accessible and very accommodating. 15 minutes from, quite literally, EVERY activity, grocery store, and restaurant you need. Thank you!

I could not have been more impressed! The cabin truly exceeded my expectations and I have no doubt we will be staying here again! No small detail was overlooked by owners. The rooms were comfortably arranged and beautifully decorated. My grandkids loved the pool and hot tub and I loved everything from the pet supplies to the supplied laundry hamper in each room. We needed for nothing! I highly recommend staying in one of Tanya's cabins. You will not be disappointed!

The house was EXACTLY as pictured. It was in an excellent location close to so many adventures and activities. My only complaint was the traffic noise from the road. If you are a light sleeper, consider bringing a fan or noise machine along. I slept in the basement bedroom, which helped mitigate the noise. Our daughter loved the pool, it was perfect for just her. Although not deep, she was able to stay busy.

Overall this was a great property! Clean and modern. It is in a new (2024) subdivision type location so there are many of these townhome/cabins relatively close together. We weren't looking for a secluded mountain cabin so it worked perfect for us because it was close to everything. The units are not numbered in sequential order, so be sure to watch the YouTube video to find your cabin! Great communication and plenty of supplies for our four night stay.

We had a great time during our stay! The house is beautiful and accommodates 8 people very easily. The pool was great for our kids and the hot tub was a bonus. The beds are comfortable too!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Tanya's cabin. The pool and hot tub provided hours of fun for the entire family. Our boys gave it an A+ and so did we. Everything was as described and shown in the pictures. Location was in a good area near all the attractions and we had privacy. Tanya was a great host and checked in on us to ensure we were happy with our stay. Easy and flexible check-in. We are looking forward to staying here again on our future family vacations.

The cabin was just as described/pictured in photos. Plenty of room and came with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, etc. The kids loved the pool, games and air hockey. Everything was very clean and the host responded quickly with any questions we had. The only negative I can say is that it's a new development and there is still construction going on so that can get noisy in the mornings and it's right off the highway so you get some traffic noise at night at least in the bedroom on the top floor, but nothing major. It's super close to pretty much everything you need and I'd definitely recommend this place.

The description and listing of this property were 100% accurate and honest. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the games and the indoor pool! Property management ensured that we had everything needed for our stay. The location was perfect for us. We were only 13 minutes away from the main area.

We had such a great stay! The house was clean and welcoming. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. Great location, great host, and everything you need and more. We plan on returning for sure.

Everyone enjoyed the cabin. Just as described. The home was almost new and had lots of room and ammenaties.
Only thing that was a set back was its in an area of new construction traffic. But other than i would still come back.

We have enjoyed nice and clean house for our family and a dog. We always worried about places not having enough bathrooms but this place had plenty so everyone can be ready for the next adventure. We wrapped up and welcomed our New Year in a new place for a fresh start. Nice hospitality!!

Beautiful house, our stay was very beautiful despite a small detail in a room which as a family we knew how to solve. If you bring pets, know that you don't have the best place to take them out to do their business, but we loved that the person in charge recommended a park to walk our puppies. I would definitely return to this place

We very much enjoyed this home. The home is new, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. It was beautiful and there was a lot of space for everyone in our group. It is conveniently located to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. The home felt clean and the communication with the owner was great. Check in/out was an easy process. My children loved the gaming area.
It was a little noisy at night being located near the highway, but we knew that when booking. There was some issues with the pool area but it was being worked on during our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone and definitely stay here again.

Nice big outdoor grill that you can easily put 16 burgers at one time.. loved the picture frames around the cabin with recommendations and a QR code to scan. We found a gated dog park 7 minutes away that was pretty big for the dogs to run around. The little ones loved the indoor pool. We will definitely be staying here again

Such a beautiful cabin with so many amenitites! The kids loved the swimming pool, we enjoyed the hot tub, my husband made sure his pac-man score would be hard to beat and we played several games of Air Hockey. The place was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is not in a very secluded place but the neighborhood is very nice and you have some pretty views of the mountains. Great location, easy to get to wherever you need to go. We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone that has kids or traveling with another family. The host was amazing as well - she was easy to contact and made sure everything was perfect.

Inside was great, nice and new and very clean. The outside was rough, rocks , dirt and weeds. It’s a new build and there was trash from builders that should of been picked up. Also the dumpster down the street was a mess when we left , trash bags and garbage all over. The rough terrain outside was hard on our dogs!.

The moment we walked into the house, it was welcoming, from the extreme cleanliness to the little space for our dog, complete with bed and dog bowls. Our two teens loved having their own spaces, as well as the pool/ hot tub and gaming area, we spent a lot of time at the house and playing games as a family. The house is very modern with updated furniture and decor (previous places we’ve been have very cheap and mismatched items). It also sits as an end unit giving a lot of privacy! Considerations, which are listed in previous reviews and we were aware of, there is still new construction going on but the noise didn’t bother us, the workers were considerate of us driving through to get in and out of the development. There also aren’t many grassy areas yet so if you have a pet, take this as an opportunity to get a good walk in. The house is also on a busy road but again, the noise isn’t too noticeable inside the house and this road gives you close direct access to pigeon forge and other areas with restaurants, shops, grocery stores. We found that most places were at most about 4-5 miles away, which was very nice. Tanya was amazing with checking in and ensuring we had no issues. We’ve talked about coming back soon for another visit and would plan to stay here again!

We loved the cabin!! If I could give 10 stars I would. This was the best trip we have ever taken as a family.
We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and the hot tub. The ease of getting to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were a top highlight as well. Tanya made us feel most welcome and reached out after our first night to make sure we didn’t have any issues or questions. Even our little dog felt welcome as she provided a cozy bed, food and water bowls. We hope when we come back to the area that we can stay again. Highly recommend this cabin.

We stayed for a short visit while exploring the area. The house was modern, clean and perfect for a family trip- especially with the small private pool! It’s also located at the top of a new development so had a small area for our pet to use outside. The hosts go out of their way to have everything stocked to make you feel right at home. Looking forward to our next stay!!

This home was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured! We were so pleased with how well this home was cleaned upon arrival! Our 3 kids loved the gaming area upstairs and swam every single day that we were there! Our dog loved joining us and felt right at home too (Although there is a lack of grassy areas to relieve himself, we did have to get a little creative with walks and using the rocky areas). Tanya was very communicative & made sure we were comfortable in the home. Location was easy to get to Pigeon Forge and other destinations for our kids Spring Break!

Great location....away from busier part of town. Very peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Will be absolutely beautiful when neigborhood completed! Would definitely stay here again.

This property exceeded our expectations! Property is located in a new upcoming development. There is construction in the area but we never had trouble with noise. Perfect size for a family of 6 (teens & pre teen) each had their own space. The indoor pool and hot tub were a hit. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking. If you are looking for a place that is convenient to different sights without all the hustle, this is your place! Owners were very responsive.
