We stayed in Madison for a family wedding. The house, location, communication and amenities were all wonderful!! We will be back!!

We were spoiled by the hosts here! They went above and beyond what any other host has done for me in the past. They took a major portion of the work out of traveling with littles for us and we appreciate them so much for this. Highly recommend staying here!! The set up was perfect for our little family with 3 of the bedrooms on the main level with the bathroom/bathtub. (One king bedroom in the basement). A/C kept the place nice and cool with the hot weather, which was a relief! Loved the bedding, top notch, so comfy! TV in every room! Hosts were super responsive to any question/need we had. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Neighborhood felt super safe, lots of people out walking/running on the daily. Never bothered by the neighbors and the street we were on was nice and quiet, only a little bit of traffic, no troubles coming and going from the driveway. The backyard felt private and super cute with all the perennial beds around and my son loved picking some raspberries from the garden.

Property was located in a great location in a quiet neighborhood right on the Monona Lake Loop Bike Trail.
Nicely stocked with all necessary amenities. Will definitely stay again!

Appreciated the location, renovated property, amenities, sleeping comfort/capacity, furniture/appliance choices, host responsiveness and accommodation. The few shortcomings were outweighed by those many things we greatly appreciated (like those above and the ample room to enjoy family.)

The communication was spot on with the host Keith. I didn't have to wait for an answer to my questions which made this process easier on me and my family. We came down to attend my Uncle Ricky memorial service and the house was clean and spacious. It is indeed a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed watching the boats come by, through the small space from the neighbor's yard across street. You can tell everyone in this neighborhood has a routine with their daily living. I haven't seen so many people so committed to walking, jogging, biking (kids included) and just getting out and enjoying the weather. Everything we needed was within driving distance. I will come back to this area and rent from this owner again because my experience was awesome. Thank you, Keith, for your communication and allowing me the opportunity to stay at this beautiful house.

Stayed here with friends and it was great for us! We loved the basketball hoop (bring your own ball) and ping pong table, and we had a nice little walk over to The Tasting Room. I'd recommend bringing some lawn chairs if you want to hang out outside by the hoop.

We were there for a girls biking weekend. The house was well located and we were able to ride right out of our front door. We also enjoyed the restaurants up the street and we were very close to everything Madison has to offer.
Check in and everything else was easy and very clear.
Overall it was a very nice experience.

We came to town for a team retreat and we’re more than pleasantly surprised with this space! There were plenty of seating areas for people to chat, and the ping pong table was the perfect for building the friendly competition that has already served to bring our team closer together.
The host is super responsive and helpful! The house was really close to the highway which made transit into downtown Madison really quick.
Overall I would give this experience a 10/10!
