The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought. Further south is Marineland where you can swim with dolphins!
The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself!

Our stay was short but it was really great. The house was such a short walk to the beach which was perfect and the house itself felt so home-y and comfortable.

We had a delightful stay. Property was spotless and just as illustrated online. Perfect for our 2 labs. Owner was very accommodating about early check in and prompt to allow us to extend our stay. We were looking for an extended stay property for 2025 and this one checked all the boxes.

Clean, well-appointed single family home. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. Nice screened in porch. Back yard had a sitting area with a fire pit.
All-in-all very satisfied.

Came to visit with family, and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the home! Super close to the beach! I would only add children’s dishes, this would be great for families with children! The dishes that were provided were beautiful but not toddler friendly! The neighborhood was cute and super quiet. Close to great restaurants. We will be back! Thanks for a clean, quiet house!

Lovely place with nice amenities. Loved having coffee on the screened porch so as to not wake up the rest of the family and enjoying the beautiful flowering bushes.

Two nights is too short. Beautiful well cared for home, very close to the beach, short walk. (I think the board walk over the dunes is the same distance) It was everything we needed for our stay. The house by the front door and covered porch were perfect for cleaning up after the beach.
Special note for toddler escape artist parents: there are five different doors that lead to outside. But there are different locks and types of handles on each of them. Just something to keep in mind if that is something that your daily challenges include at home.
Hosts were great with communicating with. We are saving this location for future visits. (And also making note of other locations they host) Wonderful experience.

The house was very clean and just as described. The rooms were spacious and the backyard was great. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when a small issue arose early in our stay. The house wasn’t as close to the beach as I imagined from previous reviews, but it was still walkable and not a strenuous walk. Bring a wagon if you have much to carry. We did and it was helpful. Also you can go down a small distance on A1A and purchase a pass to drive on the beach.
The only thing I would change is to provide more washcloths so laundry isn’t needed as often. But a washer and dryer was in the unit so it wasn’t inconvenient to wash anything that was needed. The house was wonderful and on a nice quiet street. I would certainly stay here again.

We were looking for a clean home within walking distance to a quite beach and pet friendly which included a fence in backyard to let the dogs run. This rental checked all our boxes and there is still so much for us to explore in St. Augustine that when we return, we will rent here again. Everything was excellent for the entire stay and we have no complaints.

Home was everything you could hope for. Clean, safe and steps from the beach. The backyard setup is amazing. We grilled and relaxed out there. It was perfect! All 3 rooms have a comfortable king size bed…When we pulled out, we started discussing the next date we would be back! Highest recommendation!!

Bikini Bottom is a great vacation home in a quiet beach neighborhood. Little details like dimmers on bathroom lights and extra plugs on nightstands are an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and truly love Butler Beach!

We truly liked being a few blocks from a beautiful beach and just a few miles from a very fun downtown st Augustine. The best of both worlds!
The 3bdrm2batg house was perfect and our 2 (well-behaved) labs loved the backyard and, of course, the beach. Great time for everyone!!!!

We had excellent communication with the property manager when we checked in. My family and I were so surprised when we saw what a beautiful home we had rented. It is very tastefully decorated. It is about a block and a half away from the ocean, you can walk there. The kitchen was exactly what you need. A very spacious family room. Large bedrooms, and clean bathrooms. I would not hesitate to request this home again for our vacation.

The house we stayed in was wonderful. The owner was very helpful anytime we had a question, which was only a couple of times. There was lots of room so close to the beach we enjoyed our walks on the beach several times each day. We had a great relaxing time and will definitely go again to this house.

What you see is what you get, and more...the home is exactly as pictured in photos, with the exception there was no longer a brick firepit in the backyard during our stay. Otherwise, it was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and though other homes were on the street, we felt comfortably secluded. It's surrounded by tropical trees and plants; which makes it especially nice when sitting in the screened lanai at night and listening to the surf. The beds were very firm and comfortable, and the home had all the amenities one could ask for. Most of all, we felt at home, and wished we could stay longer. We even made friends with several very friendly neighborhood cats who like to roam the area and grace us with their presence. By the end of the week, we were truly sorry to go and will miss them as well as the tranquility of our surroundings. Check in and out was easy and we had complete peace and privacy during our stay. Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend to others!

I stayed for a month with my two dogs. So grateful to have a yard for them, and able to walk within 5 minutes to the wide expansive shore of the ocean, via causeway over turtle dunes. I am missing the nature already.
