Eigenlich nix.

No pudimos cenar allí.

From my scores you can see not much.
Staff charged us again when we had already paid, which we had to point out and correct with them. The hotel was not full but we were ina room with no view. A bike team was staying there and they were looked after to the detriment of everyone else

was clean and rooms ok, bar looked nice but was closed !
was told diner was till 10, then at 8:55 was told it would shut at 9! receptionist had to tell them to keep it open till 9:30 at least. also bar was closed and told we could only drink our stuff in lobby till 9!

Staff and all the common facilities were excellent.
We have been using the Pic Maia hotel for the last 12 years and found that the quality of the rooms year-on-year improved. Unfortunately, this year we were put in a room that was very poor at the back of the hotel, I found this odd as the hotel was under-occupied. Why were we put in a low-quality room when there must have been high-quality rooms unoccupied?

great location, next to the slopes.
the team was very helpful (reception, restaurant and bar).
The person of the ski rental was little bite more “sleepy”

The staff were fantastic especially Alexis in the bar, he made our stay.

Position, nearly 8,000 feet up in the Pyrenees, yet only a few minutes from town by car.
Staff. Fortunate to have travelled in Europe, USA, Latin America and the staff at Picmaia are hands down the best I have ever experienced. If I ran hotels I would headhunt them, every one of them. Superb.
Attitude: positive, helpful, courteous, polite, just plain brilliant.
Room: booked an economy room. A week before arriving wife broke her arm, was in plaster, and could not manage a bath. No problem, upgraded foc to a huge room with views to bring tears to your eyes.
Food. Buffet style, more than enough in terms of quantity, plenty of variety all very well cooked.
Loved the hotel and hope to return next year.
Having seen the economy room I would pay the extra and book a superior room. Well worth it.

convenient location
The hotel deceives visitors and settles them in old rooms, not in accordance with the rooms on the site (see photos). There was a lot of dust in the room that flew around and it was impossible to breathe. There room looks like a birdhouse, I am 1,8 meters tall and could not stand at full height. Also, the light went out every hour in the room, which was very annoying.

Nice mountaintop location. Friendly staff, good food and drinks at the bar. Comfortable bed, simple room.
There really wasn't anything I didn't like.

The location!
Nothing.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. We went there with my family and we were quite happy with this choice.
nothing to mention

Franco at reception was fantastic! Very friendly, remembered our names and was very helpful.
The food was great. Not 5 star, but healthy, fresh and tasty. Beds were comfy. The renovated parts of the hotel were greats
The room was a little dated but we knew that when we booked so no expectations of anything more.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location

Absolutely fantastic hotel right at the top of the Pyrenees. Our family room was a great size and well equipped.
Staff were really helpful and the bar whilst a bit pricey was still a great place
Pillows were absolutely rubbish!

Had a lovely stay. Super comfortable bed, great wifi, views of the mountains, everything was perfect!

Excellent breakfast
Everything was perfect

The ski hire was so helpful and friendly. The best staff member at the hotel.
The food was very poor. There is nowhere cosy to sit and relax after skiing. They need a lounge with a fireplace and some music.

Very interesting Hotel, in the middle of the mountains, in snow dierctly near the slopes.
Please keep in mind, there are two sets of rooms: the old ones, are really something about 2-star, and the new ones, more like 4-star modern room. Depending on which room you get you may have completely different experience.
I like:
- Direct slope access
- Winter feeling, lots of snow around (in contrast with for example Encamp)
- Lounge atmosphere in lobby
- View at the slopes from room
- Open wardrobe
- Skirent inside
- Ski locker with hot air
- Flexible staff
- Free parking
Pretty expensive
Breakfast is expensive
Dirty windows
Looks old outside (not inside)

Very nice staff, professional and helpful in every way. Great location for skiing with easy-access ski lockers. A comfortable room and quiet. Very clean. Easy and convenient parking outside at no extra cost.
No place in the bathroom to place own things next to the basin. No view from our particular room. A little bit too hot at night.

-Breakfast is great
-Staff is great as well
-Location is far from all necessities but actually OK thanks to ski track in front of the hotel AS LONG AS THE ROADS ARE NOT COVERED OF SNOW
Our room was quite old:
-old furniture
-no mini bar
-old bathroom
-poor noise insulation

Staff were amazing...reception and bar and restaurant...all friendly and excellent at their jobs
Bathroom a bit dated...but spotless
3.9
The staff were friendly and the location is right across the street from the Pista Port.
The room was small, it smelled, and the bathroom had broken tiles and looks like it is from approximately 1970.

Hotel was lovely, booked hotel with breakfast which was also lovely and had a great selection to choose from.
Location was fantastic and only a 2 minute walk to the slopes

The Staff is very friendly and they are on a great location for skiing. The slips are just across the road.
The newly refurbished side of the hotel is perfect for a ski trip.
They organised the ski lifts and insurance for us which was amazing.
The old rooms are in need of refurbishment specially in bathrooms where there were broken tiles, and mouldy silicon around the bath tap.
I found hair in the bath.
Mariano on the ski rental was so great. He seems to be such a happy person. Extremely helpful and kind but he was working as fast as he could by himself and people kept on asking him to adjust equipment while we were getting ours. The whole rental took so long (at least 45mins) and we were frustrated because we were loosing time from skiing.
We were two vegans within the group and for breakfast the choice was understandably reduced. We felt that we were ripped off to pay €12 for basically cereal, fruit, and some veg. There are no other places were to have breakfast because the hotel is isolated in the mountains.
The solution they gave us was to charge us for coffees separately but did not let us have it within the breakfast room. I guess they did not trust us not to help ourselves from the buffet. We also requested to be charged for toasts separately but they denied it.
The staff handle it in a polite manner But we could not help but to be disappointed.
Check in and check out is extremely slow.
3.9
Mariano (in-house ski rental material) was very helpful and staff in general.
Ski rentals in the hotel are also in line with prices from other shops in town (El Paso de La Casa)
Location is a bit in the middle of nowhere and has no direct access to town. Always need a car.
Also, it is clearly visible that parts of the hotel are renovated whereas others are not. Unfortunately, we were on the non-renovated area where rooms are a bit older and you can hear literally everything that your neighbors are doing.
