Ridgeview is mountain living at its best! Mount Meeker and forest views fill the wall of windows of the great room illuminating the natural wood finishes and huge ceiling in this stunning vacation home in the Meeker Park area, just 10 miles from Estes Park and close to Rocky Mountain National Park in the Wild Basin area. Easy hiking on less traveled trails. Offering 2 bedrooms and an additional sleeping area (2 queens, 2 triple bunk beds), 1 bath with Japanese soaking tub, and separate toilet room, beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace in great room, spacious dining area, and well-appointed kitchen, this bright and sunny home has a large deck for enjoying the views of majestic Mt. Meeker and the wandering wildlife (including moose!) and gas grill. Other amenities include a TV with DVD (no cable or satellite service), washer/dryer and WIFI. Private, and relaxing in the woods with a seasonal stream on site. Dog friendly for an additional fee of $20 per night and a responsibility form signed. We are a "no shoes" inside property as well. We had a great stay at Ridgeview. It surpassed our expectations and we loved the way it was so secluded yet only a short drive to the park. The property managers responded quickly to our questions. We’d definitely stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Ridgeview. The pictures don’t do this property justice. The cabin is beautiful. The property is amazing and you can hear the stream sitting on the porch. The only negative of our stay was the propane electric generator ran the whole time. It wasn’t mentioned in the listing the cabin ran on generator. This did have a negative as you could hear the constant sound.

We had a great time and the owner came to visit us, super nice guy 😁

We loved our stay here so very much! Every morning we did some front porch sitting while drinking our coffee before we started our day. The view was amazing and the sound of the stream was music to our ears. The Japanese sitting tub was so relaxing after a big day. The gas stone fireplace was a cozy feeling on cooler nights. The first few nights we slept with the bedroom windows open and it was so refreshing. The temperature in the cabin was always perfect. It was so peaceful there! The location was perfect for us. It was about a 20 minute drive to Estes Park. The property was perfectly secluded and a relaxing place to come back to. We didn’t want to leave and hope to come back!

Great place with a creek running through the property. Stayed here with our 3 kids and everyone really enjoyed it.

Was an excellent location with awesome Mountain View’s!! So peaceful and remote, just what we were looking for.

The place is very nice and secluded. Located off a long gravel/dirt road. Easy communication. There was white animal hair on the rocking chairs and upstairs sofa. Watered down dish soap. Not easy to carry luggage up/down the tight spiral staircase to/from the master room and the bunk beds are short in length not accommodating for an adult. Master bed was not comfortable.

Great place to stay. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

We stayed here 3 nights at the tail end of our Rocky Mountain vacation, and it was exactly what we needed after the crowds of RMNP! Still accessible to the south entrance, but peace and quiet with a great creek running through the property. A wonderful stay for our family!

Our family loved having a Cabin Christmas in the Mountains. It is always a blessing to find a place that can accommodate our large family including the furry ones. The cabin came with all the essentials and then some making it easy to feel at home. The views were amazing and the snow came just in time for it to be a white Christmas.

Beautiful property inside and out. There is no AC but as the hosts advised, opening the windows is near just as good. Just be sure to check the windows you open have a screen as some don’t and flies wait in droves to get in the open windows-then want back out as soon as their in:p The property sits by a babbling brook that is pleasant to hear and explore around. The property was NOT buggy at all despite being in its old Aspen filled world. Abbey is very responsive and we absolutely have this saved for future stays:)

The house and scenery are absolutely gorgeous. Mt Meeker to wake up to every morning. What's not to like about that. Only 2 things to mention: 1. It would be nice to indicate on the VRBO ad that the owners prefer a no shoes policy. For us oldsters with foot problems like plantar fascitis that is a problem. Also, the actual driveway up tp the cabin is somewhat rough. Other than that. Wonderful experience.

The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this property. We had such a great time and are planning our next stay already!

Perfect spot in Allenspark. The sound of the babbling brook was music to my ears. Best sleep for a week! The cabin was super cozy. Can’t wait to visit again.

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks to get away and hike. Very private. We saw a bobcat and turkeys in the early mornings.

A great cabin to escape and unplug to. Sit on the back porch, listen to the stream roll and watch for wildlife. But also just a short drive into Estes Park.

We want to come back again. The views were breathtaking! Pleasant drives to hiking, Estes Park, and RMNP! This home had everything needed. The pictures of the library do not even begin to do it Justice! Our family was so thankful for our time together in this cabin! Truly one of the best stays in CO (and we come every summer)!

The home and property suited our needs perfectly! The home is secluded in a beautiful wooded area with a creek nearby. We loved learning a little about the history of the home and property, as well as hiking around the property. Our grandkids loved hanging out in the bunk room and the library and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

The Ridgeview cabin was fantastic. Very secluded location with a great view of Meeker mountain. Easy 20 minute drive to Estes Park and RMNP. Loved relaxing on the deck after a morning hike. You can hear the nearby creek on the property while enjoying the great view. We would definitely stay there again!

The cabin was incredible and completely exceeded our expectations! We have stayed in lot of cabins all over the country and this was by far the cleanest cabin we have stayed in. We are a no shoes in the house family too, and I can’t tell you how much we appreciated that house rule. Our children loved the bunk room. There was plenty of space for our party for 6. We are already planning our next trip back to this cabin!

I can't even say how impressed we were with the property, it is absolutely stunning. The views, the mountain stream nearby, the forest and wildlife were all spectacular. We would give more stars if we could, we enjoyed it that much!

The location is just remote enough to feel immersed in and rejuvenated by the forest and massive Mount Meeker, while at the same time having all the comforts of home. The architecture of the cabin, beautiful and large dining table, hearing the rambling river from the front porch, the moose, and the views will remain memories forever. We played cards, read books and colored pictures of Meeker. It was a great week for our young family.
We did have electrical issues that were promptly solved after calling the property managers and our 4 little girls were a little nervous to sleep in the bunks downstairs so they nested in the library next door to the primary bedroom. Minor hiccups that would happen anywhere. Thanks for a great stay! We would love to come back!
