In the well-equipped lounge there is a sofa bed, a riser/recliner chair, large flat-screen TV. Strong Wi-Fi throughout. The bungalow has a fully fitted modern well-equipped kitchen, diner with and a dining table and chairs, a highchair is available. The level access to the bungalow is via a ramp accessed directly from the private parking area.
There is an enclosed rear garden with a raised decking area and patio accessed directly from the lounge via a ramp.
In the accessible bedroom there is a profiling bed and a ceiling track hoist,. There is a temporary carer bed in here, if required. The wet-room has a step-free shower, fixed grab-rails for WC, shower, and washbasin, drop-down grab-rail alongside WC, a wheeled commode shower chair is available on request and lever-style taps.
The second accessible bedroom is a spacious twin bedroom and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed. A further two guests can be accommodated on a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The bungalow has private outdoor spaces including an accessible enclosed garden, decking and a patio n to the rear of the property, and off-road parking for one large WAV and one car.
The bungalow is child and dog friendly.

The bungalow has good road links and guests can explore numerous local attractions and activities including the beautiful Jurassic coastline.

Our bungalow features a modern, fully equipped kitchen .The adjoining dining area boasts a spacious table and chairs, with a highchair available upon request. Wide doorways ensure easy access throughout the property.
Arriving at the bungalow is easy, thanks to the level access ramp directly connected to the private parking area.
Step out into our enclosed rear garden, complete with a raised decking area and patio. You can seamlessly access this serene space from the lounge using another ramp. It's the ideal spot for soaking up the sun.
Our accessible bedroom is equipped with a profiling bed and a ceiling track hoist. There's also a sofa bed available if needed.
