We moved our daughter in to a local university and stayed here and was able to get to know the area. This is a lovely home in a beautiful part of Indy. We loved how close it was to the Monon Trail and enjoyed walking into Broad Ripple daily. This house is in a lovely neighborhood that is quiet, and it was very clean and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds.We enjoyed the screened in porch as well. I look forward to staying in this home again and highly recommend.

The bungalow is spacious with lots of windows for natural light, and very well appointed. Appreciated the home’s original finishes and the journal for guest to sign. Would recommend a reference book for guest how to operate the gas fireplace, the thermostat and check out procedures. A perfect place to stay again!

Felt such peace during our entire stay. The host provided everything we would need. Our favorite place to unwind was the screened in porch. Pictures don’t do justice to the serenity provided by the bungalow.

The first night we had an issue with the thermostat reaching temps of 91 degrees. We called immediately and someone called back. We were able to resolve the problem mostly and get the temp down to 74 all weekend. Also, after the 1st night the door lock didn't work. We had to leave it unlocked all weekend.
