Everything is definitely the way we want for an accommodation to be. The host was very approachable and helpful.

It’s definitely the cleanest accommodation we had experienced.

Gorgeous apartment, great host, central location would definitely recommend

The apartment was beautiful really lovely lay out and was equipped with everything youd need, host was soo quick in responding if you had any issues like we couldn’t work the tv to begin with and he replied right away and then when we realised there was only 1 large towel he replied right away informing us there should be extra in the unit under the tv and offered to drop off more the same evening if we needed so brilliant host and overall stunning apartment in the city centre great location

There is no lift in the building and our apartment was on the top floor so was a struggle getting up and down with the cases, and after a big fed could barely walk to the top lol but it was worth it for the stunning apartment, and with ours being top floor the seagulls being on the roof right outside the window are noisy friggers not that that’s the host fault but I’d invest in some ear plugs or just sleep on the sofa bed like I did

Interesting

The rooms are modern and minimalistic.

Not overly clean, quite dingy. Could do with a deep clean, there was dark brown marks on the bathroom ceiling. There was stains on the pillow case in the first apartment and the bathroom cabinet fell apart when opening. Our first night we didn’t sleep at all, the heating and boiler system was making ridiculous noises! When we woke up the next morning and there was massive leak coming through the bathroom ceiling, the ceiling was about to fall through. We contacted the property via message and they upgraded us for our second and final night and refunded us £40 via booking.com - not really good enough in my eyes. We had a short stay and had to head back during the day to pack our bits and move them up another flight of stairs.

Great stay, would definitely stay again!

Amazing property! So neat and tidy with beautiful decor extremely comfy.

Unfortunately our oven in the apartment didn’t work. This was a shame as we had bought oven pizza assuming that we could cook them for my birthday before we went out. It was slightly frustrating but we phoned staff and they were very apologetic, I’m sure it was a one off but it was upsetting.

Exceptional staff!

The location of the property is ideal. Situated in the heart of L1 it’s very easy get around Liverpool from here. I have to thank Mike and Cameron for going above and beyond by facilitating our needs. We really appreciate your kindness. 10 out of 10!

excellent location, clean, good size, but fix the taps and hot water situation please!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was suitable for the 8 of us. I think it would be too small for ten people because of only 2 toilets and 2 showers. The water was an issue, we ran out of hot water quickly, and one of the cold taps was broken. Some of us had to have freezing cold showers which was very unpleasant.

2 nt stay in Liverpool

Spacious apartment with loads of room for the 8 of us and very central to our needs

The stairs 🙄..would be so much better if a lift was installed. One of our party has trouble with her knees and found it a bit of a struggle unfortunately 😕

Perfect location, the noise levels when you’re trying to rest are unbearable

The location was perfect

The unbelievably loud club that’s open until about 6am. Put my AirPods in for the noise cancellation, didn’t make a difference, was awful

Location is so good east to go every where

First all there is no microwave in apartment as we bring food from out side need to eat hot but it not then there is issue with dishwasher washer not working at all flat no 1 flat ,flat 7 no fan available there and door is not smooth we locked twice in the room from inside it doesn’t open from inside .

Pleasant

Location was excellent. Right beside the shopping district. Right beside the Cavern club. Everywhere was within walking distance. The flat itself was spotless and very comfortable. Everything was supplied. The host was very responsive and quick to get back with any question I had. I would highly rate the host.

I wouldn't recommend for families with young children. A superb location though. Ideal for couples, friends breaks, shopping trip stays, match stays. Plenty of live entertainment, literally on the doorstep. The entrance was quite dark. No daylight and I just didn't feel 100% safe in common areas. We couldn't really open the Windows as they opened onto a side street where bins from local businesses were stored, so the flies were having a field day. The Windows opened fully fully. (Old style sash windows) so I wouldn't recommend for Young children.

Grubby grubby grubby 🤢

The whole place needed a deep clean! I cleaned the floors and surfaces when we walked in. It was all just mankey. The whole place was tired and uninviting. The street was also grubby, it was noisy, hallways grubby. Absolutely 100% would not stay there again ever!

Good apartment in the heart of Liverpool

Lovely spacious apartment. The main stairwell to the apartment was very run down and dirty, but inside the apartment was very clean with plenty of room for all guests. It was also very soundproof considering the clubs are just below.

The blinds were pretty useless and let all the light in - curtains or blackout blinds are definitely needed. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and didn't work most of the time. A fan in each bedroom would have been great in the heat!

Great stay

Great location & very affordable for the area compared to other properties available. Hosts were very helpful prior to arriving. I liked the self check in :)

Building entrance & hallways need some attention to bring it to the standard of the apartment. Hot water took a while to come on after a few cold showers. Late check out options would be great :)

Rooms were lovely- nicely decorated and all amenities we needed

The location- The property is opposite 2 night clubs open to 4am - so definitely no sleep before then!

The property was clean and was in a perfect location close to all the night life and close to shops the staff where amazing as we had a slight problem with our room at first and he sorted it out for us straight away

Lovely place to stay.

Great location, clean and stylish apartment.

If you’re in flat 1, you might want to bring earplugs at the weekends as there is a nightclub on the opposite side of the road.
