About this chalet rental
Nestled on 6+ serene wooded acres, Trout Landing is a secluded chalet located less than a mile from the stunning shores of Lake George. Turn onto the private gravel driveway and ride through the trees to arrive at this hidden gem—a chic 4 bed, 3 bath home in the heart of Bolton Landing. Sip your morning coffee surrounded by nature on the oversized terrace, grill a feast for family and friends on the barbecue patio, or play foosball and air hockey into the wee hours of the night in the basement.
The house is comprised of three floors:
The basement offers a living area with a couch, love seat, 42'' flat screen tv with firestick, card table with 4 chairs, Foosball table, air hockey, record player with a variety of records, desk/ workspace, and a full bathroom with shower stall. Plush lake towels are also provided. There is a washer/dryer for guest use in the unfinished section of the basement. Outside on the ground floor, there is a large patio with a long outdoor dining table and a brand new BBQ grill.
The main floor has a large kitchen with a long marble dining table and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, stove, oven, and fridge. Nespresso and Keurig machines, a kettle, and a microwave are all also available. There are plenty of plates, bowls, serving-ware, mugs, wine glasses, champagne flutes, cups, pots, pans and more. Two screened doors lead out to the oversized terrace with 2 sun loungers, 2 outdoor arm chairs and an outdoor couch that seats nine guests. The well-appointed living room has a 55” flat screen smart tv on a swivel mount, a leather couch and 2 armchairs all surrounding the cozy Adirondack stone fireplace. On this level, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub/ shower, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a desk, and a bedroom with 1 queen bed.
Finally, the top floor of the home offers a full bathroom with a shower stall, a bedroom with 2 full beds, 1 twin bed and a desk, and the master bedroom with 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, a vintage seating area, and a private terrace with 2 Adirondack chairs.

Everything about the house was perfect, extremely clean, quality furniture in all rooms, all new appliances in the kitchen, beds were comfortable, had a great time using the fire pit. Pdf about the house gave answers to all questions we had, eliminating need to contact the host for questions. Can’t recommend this house enough if you’re planning a trip to Lake George!
