A must stay for large groups! Beautiful deck, clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and a great location..
The only complaint that we had, was there were no goats seen, on Scotchmans 😉.

Thank you Rachel for allowing us to stay in this beautiful place. The view was spectacular of Lake Pend Oreille. The house was very comfortable and welcoming. We liked it so well, the majority of the family didn't want to go and explore other towns/places. It was nice to be able to take the Kayaks and explore for those that did want to go out. There was plenty of room. Loved the theatre room, however there was no DVD player as stated in directions and there was popcorn on the floor and the pop corn maker was very dirty and found candy bar wrappers in the seats. One of my siblings was awaken by a scratchy sound out of the window well on the bottom floor. (late at night) There was a bunny that fell, so we found a ladder in the garage and crawled down to save the little fellow. Might want to put screens on the window wells.
Enjoyed the fire pit!!!
Thanks again for such a lovely place. We would love to come back again!!!

Wow, what beautiful views! My family enjoyed the deck for the entirety of the stay. There were a couple very minor issues we noted upon check in which were taken care of immediately.
We'll be back!

What a fantastic place for our large family group to base ourselves out of for activities in and around northern Idaho. We booked 6 nights here as we had a large extended family with 5 different families aged 2 yrs to 70 yrs old. The place was perfect as it gave us all our own space. Hanging out on the decks and patios each night and morning was a highlight of this place, looking at the lake and mountains is something we miss already. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and the kids loved the theatre room and games room. The kitchen and dinning area was perfect for the large group and had everything we needed. Rebecca was easy to work with and super accommodating. Would most definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay with extended family at this beautiful lakeview home! There was room for everyone to be together yet have their space. We enjoyed all the extras: the theater room, the firepit, the hot tub, the multiple decks and patios. The comfort and condition of the home was top notch. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The view was amazing!

We travelled here with a few families (6 adults) and 5 children between 5-9. The house was the perfect set-up to all have some privacy with separate bedrooms, bathrooms and some dedicated "kid spaces". There was also great group spaces to gather and enjoy meals, conversation and movies together. The back deck is beautiful with beautiful lake views.
The home was well equipped. This location is a little far from action (groceries, restaurants, public beaches etc.) but worth being a little out of the way for the extra space. (15-20 minute drive from Sandpoint) The kitchen and other house supplies (soaps, toilet paper, shampoo etc.) were well stocked.
The hot tub was dirty while we were there. I think it needs a good deep cleaning. our group did not want to use it due to the cleanliness. We did not mention this while we were there so I am not sure if the owner is aware but we let them know after we left.
We would go back and recommend to others.

The views from this property are mesmerizing! The pictures don’t do it justice! We were a large family group and everyone had a room and comfortable space. We had four children under five and the easy drive to Trestle Creek beach was perfect. The house itself provided many things to do, games, movie theater, bbq that we canceled one day’s plans and just hung out at the house. Would love to come back for another visit in the future!

We are a blended family doing our annual summer Idaho trip. This property was everything we wanted and more. Clean, well appointed, and had all the amenities. We had campfires in the beautiful outdoor pit overlooking the lake, played poker around the large dining table, cooked tons of food and just loved our stay. Thank you to our gracious hosts!

We do a family trip once a year, we all convene and spend a week together. This was our favorite place so far. Great layout, we watched the Stanley Cup final in the theater room. We enjoyed the fire pit. Just far enough out of town, but still close enough to easily get anything we needed. Great golf, B's Beacon in Hope had great food and very nice people. We love this place.

Our family of 9 spent a week at this amazing property & we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place that has everything promised in the ad. The only issue I had was trying to figure out the gas to the bbq & some issues with the tv's everywhere but the theatre room, but overall this place is great!

When we arrived we were stunned by the panoramic view of the lake and the vastness of the patio and decks. I was thrilled by the fully equipped kitchen and the plentiful bathrooms and towels and pillows. Between the decks and hot tub we spent much of our time outside. The evenings were heavenly with the bright view of the stars and crickets down by the lake. The house is perfectly situated to explore downtown Sandpoint, Hope & Clark Fork. We found delicious pizza at The Old Ice House and wonderful cinnamon rolls and pies at Clark Fork Pantry. The theater room wasn’t something I thought necessary in a vacation rental but I’m now a believer! I was so impressed watching movies with the whole family in surround-sound in deep luxurious recliners. Better than any movie theater. We were all delighted with old-fashioned popcorn maker that completed the full experience. Check in and out instructions were clear and easy! Rebecca is friendly, kind and a fantastic communicator! We heard back within minutes whenever we reached out. Five stars! We hope to come back soon!

Great house for large families. We were a 3 generation group of 12 (2 children) visiting for a ski trip. House was well set up with plenty of room for everyone. We were able to play games, set up a puzzle, and watch TV in the theater room. We did have an issue with the WIFI but Rebecca stayed in communication with us until this was resolved. Everything we needed to cook meals (although a tea pot would be a nice addition...) and multiple coffee pots for those mornings before heading to the slopes or shopping!!
Thank you so much for a memorable trip. We even got to see some eagles out the windows!

This was the third time our family stayed at this house on Eagan Mountain for Thanksgiving and it's the third time we loved it. There's lots of room and the house has everything you need to cook big meals, play games, and gather for coffee in the morning. And that view can't be beat, especially at sunset.

The manager said she would put a welcome packet in the mail 2 weeks before our arrival. I never received it. The cleaning crew were there when we checked in at 3 pm and they didn't leave until 5:45 pm. There were pills all over the floor when some of the family arrived. I found one near the dining room table a few days later and was relieved that one of the kids didn't find it. The air conditioning wasn't working and it was in the high 90's when we arrived. We had to leave the sliding door open at night and it sounded like the trains were coming through the bedroom. So we didn't get a lot of sleep. We didn't need to use the code on the front door because the cleaning crew were there but the first time we left the house we were locked out. We couldn't get the code to work. Luckily there was a sliding door in the back unlocked. One night we were out on the patio and we saw a mouse running around. The next night we saw it in the kitchen and it ran under the dishwasher. There were ants in our bathroom, mouse droppings behind a chair in the living room and a large spider on the steps in the lower level. The ice container, in the inside of the freezer, kept falling off and my 83 year old father-in-law fell when he bent over to pick it up. There wasn't any foil, plastic wrap or baggies in the kitchen. The manager sent an email about the air conditioning not working, on the day we were flying, but I didn't see it until I got home. Poor communication.

We loved our stay at this very comfortable and well-appointed home. The location was beautiful, quiet and still close enough to anything we needed. The front deck with its stunning view was our regular hangout and the weather didn't disappoint.

Short stay, unfortunately because AC was not working. Property manager was hard to contact when we needed her. Beautiful home, beautiful location.

Only negative was we could not get a hold of property manager….number listed was incorrect and she never answered email. I had to directly contact the owner.

This property was beautiful. We had 18 people stay with room for everyone to have some privacy. I do wish they had more supply of the staple items, IE paper towels, salt and pepper, toilet paper, foil, saran wrap. The view is amazing and what makes this house so desirable!!

We had a great time in this beautiful home! It was incredibly comfortable and spacious enough for our large family gathering.

We all loved staying in this beautiful house with a phenomenal view of the lake and mountains. The layout works very well for a large group and for multigenerational stays, as does the huge deck on thee main level as well as lower patio and the grill area. The beach access is very close, easiest by car, and the hot tub was enjoyed by young and old, especially after hiking! The kitchen is unusually well stocked and the dining room table seats 10! I thought I would be more bothered by the train noise, but the house is quiet. We would all stay here again and thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Everything we needed was there. Everything was first class. Beautiful view of the lake from all over the house and the decks. The teens and young adults really enjoyed the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and eating 'smores. Highly recommend

This was one of the best VRBO/ABnB properties we have stayed at. Beautiful sunset views from the decks above the lake. Very tranquil watching the wildlife while relaxing outside.

Parking was a little hard, thankfully we had the garage and were able to park two cars in there. View's were amazing. House was clean. Everything we needed was there. Left with some great memories.

Fantastic property and beautiful setting. The view of the lake was terrific.. I was born and raised in Sandpoint. This was a little piece of heaven for me to return and have this awesome rental to enjoy it. Thank you sooooo much.

The view is amazing. House beautiful. The only negative we could say was there needs to be some maintenance work around the home. Deck needs to be restained, spider webs haven’t been cleaned out in a while. Blinds that are broken. And duck tape on the screen doors. And windows don’t look to have been cleaned in a while either. I would have expected a little better maintenance on a home such as this. Over all, home is fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great house with plenty of space for large groups. It's only a 45 minute drive to Schweitzer Mountain making it ideal for ski trips. With a movie theater and plenty of games there's enough activities to keep everyone entertained.
