Nothing! everything is disgusting. Please check this property as this has so many health, safety and all hazards you can think of.
The place is the worst place I've ever seen. When I came in, I can see that its very unhygienic. I got the shared room so I wasnt expecting a lot but atleast a decent place would be nice. The bed smells really bad and looked like they havent wash it. the room is full if people staying long time. Clutter is around and the smell is also not good. Looks like they lived they for so long and full of ther stuff hanging and even in the floor. When I went outside the reception area, there are so many people and some of them look really scary. I wasnt comfortable at all so I chose not to stay there. I chat with one room mate and when I looked at her, i thought she was sick but it happens that all her face and body is full of bed bug bites. That made me more scared and just want to leave since I started feeling itchy before I talked to her. She said everything isnt cleaned and washed. They dont give refunds as well which I understand and not even asked for it. I am just writing this to serve as an awareness and to check the property for everyones safety.

Very bad hostel, we booked for 3 nights but after 5 minutes that we entered the room (8-bed) we left. Can't call it a hostel, there wasn't even a backpackers. The room was dark and dirty, there was trash everywhere and a terrible smell. After 5 minutes we went back to the front desk to request a refund but of course they didn't give it to us.
They should pay you to sleep in such a place.
If you are backpackers looking for adventure and friendships this is not the right place for you. DO NOT GO!

Actually the worst place I've ever stayed. The place is completely infested with bed bugs in every room. Probably 80% of the people staying there are homeless. They don't have wifi in the rooms only the lobby, meaning that every time you enter there are middle-aged men staring at you. The fridge has heaps of off food & dead cockroaches. Every time you want to use cutlery or plates you need to get them from reception and return them. The cleaner (an older man) didn't even knock to enter the bathrooms to clean, he just opened the door and entered even though there were women getting changed. When I asked for a refund because of the bed bugs I was told to sleep during the day instead because bed bugs only come out at night time.

The location is good
If you picked a list of worst hotels in Melbourne this place would be on it. It's a low quality hotel in an old building. We thought for sure we would catch bed bugs but luckily we didn't. I'll spend my $140 per night somewhere else next time.

Room was messed up by people who stayed for long time.

The toilet on the 2nd floor for women was dirty and broken. The water was overflowing from the toilet, so I used first floor's toilet.

Didn't like anything, the whole place is dirty, smelly, very old. I gave up staying on this place went to another hostel. Lost $105 due to the booking cancellation policy.
The place is old, dirty, bed and sheets smells like mold. Didn't feel comfortable at all to spend a night.

No lift-had to carry everything all the way up. kitchen is basic, no fridge. room was dirty, stuff everywhere. no ladder on bed, difficult to climb up. door downstairs open so strangers could walk in and come up (which happened, a man came inside and followed me out to harass me.)
